Ali's POV

Before Kyle could finish what he wanted to say, Jake came up behind me and surprised me with a bouquet of roses and a box of my favourite chocolates. He put them down and whisked me up in the air and that's when I dropped my phone.

Jake carried me to Kara's living room and placed me on the sofa as I giggled. "I missed that sweet giggle so much." he said stroking my cheek. I felt my cheeks flush when he said that. "And I missed those striking blue eyes that pierce my heart every time I look into them." his eyes lit up like stars.

We gazed into each others eyes for a few seconds before he looked at a tray that was covered with a cloth. He gently lifted the cloth and under it was small versions of all my favourite foods and treats. I looked at him smiling "How did you know?"
