71 The Don

Evan Livares was still on his way home.

Though an hour had passed since he walked away from that back alley, he was still far away from his house as he wanted to walk to collect his thoughts. As his mind was fully occupied, he couldn't even move fast.

Forty-five more minutes passed and Evan found himself standing in front of his house. It was already dark and he glanced at his wristwatch only to notice that it was almost time for dinner. His mother might probably be home by now and his father was also less busy these days. That means both his parents might be home.
