Suppressed Dreams
Throughout his way to the room of the ACF, Evan Livares was bothered by what Hannah said earlier. Through his father, he knew very well that the lives of Military Officers were so far from rosy.
One time, his father obtained a serious wound while carrying out a mission and he still remembered how hard life was for his family at that time. And like always, the one who suffered the most was his mother.
"Wow! You two look great!"
Evan Livares was snapped out of his stupor by the remark from one of his fellow seniors in the ACF. He glanced around his surroundings only to realize that he had reached the room of the ACF with Hannah.
"Yeah! You should date already!" Another senior chimed in and playfully added, "It will be so fun to have a couple among us!"
Everyone else laughed while Evan Livares let out a sigh.
