2 Boatload of meat shields

Since he insisted… Don't blame me for taking full advantage. I should test him as well, like it is commonsense right?

I mean; what if all of this is a trap to get me killed?

It would be a total noob tragedy if I fell for such a thing.

Well, I am aware now, it's fine, I am prepared.

My trademark smile covered my lips, eyes void of emotion, I nodded for him to lead the way. 

Fluidly he turned away, looking at his broad back from behind; my mind travelled. This servant chosen seems quite strong, then again this is a test so this should be expected.

Poor thing he might die without even knowing any moment tragically.

Never mind though, I have prepared myself as best I could.

The ant Queen has once again upgraded, her queens had matured enough to start breeding and I have even raided a few nests to steal some males and workers. The transformed four-armed monkey, who now looked like a Celestial being because he had those refined looks. I could not help but think at least I can survive without dying or with a boatload of meat shields use them as cannon fodder.

We walked along the rail for a bit, even though the sea smelled welcoming I still thought that my inner self was screaming 'stranger danger!' Childish sure but ah the warning is well informed.

"Miss Wu, this way ahead of us leads to the…"

He pointed in that direction which led to the upper deck reserved for the first 15 ranked students accompanied by their guest and servant. Above had an assortment of games, private rooms for karaoke, meals and other entertainment. I have no idea what entertainment besides those children our age would need but it's not my problem because I simply wished to stay cautious for now.

Next, he pointed in a secluded area which led us down a set of six steps after we stood in front of one of about twenty elevators, though I wonder where the transporters are right now but whatever.

"Miss Wu, these elevators have automatic sensors. The first to the right side is for the fourth-ranked student, this golden one is your personal transported. This transporter can only be used by you and guests, all servants have their own transporter located on the opposite side, including myself. If they try to forcefully enter without you present, they will be denied the first six times before being banned regardless of if they personally accompany you, you will need to manually stand to be scanned along with the chosen guest to be once again entered into the system." 

I nodded at this, following his instructions a while later-- ".. yes miss Wu, to the back..yes, ok now as you enter; simply, state where you wish to go, I will follow shortly using the designated servant transporter, see you then,"

"En,"

I replied shortly entering the transporter, then said where I wanted to go.

Listening to him, I informed the transporter that I wished to head to my personal quarters.

In a flash of motion, I arrived in a spacious area.

Standing there I looked around.

slightly shocked by what I am seeing, I wondered for all of a split second if this is the boat still or an island somewhere.

before me, was a foyer, not large but the details were well done, it was...fit for someone of the highest class, the floor was a light tan close to being white, the tiled floor looked extremely smooth and shiny especially from the crystal chandelier high above.

directly ahead was an archway, and beyond that was a section area with a sofa, able to sit around eight, a three-seater and two one seaters all were large; able to hold, ah, big-boned people or mini giants like Xi'An and Cehn.

Before I can take a step, there was a small noise and the butler by the name of Thyme appeared.

"Greetings once again to Miss Wu."

"en,"

"Would you like to tour with me?"

I nodded, walking around would be no fun anyway and since this Thyme will be trailing behind me, it would be best to make him exceptionally loyal to me, then somehow down the line betrays me for personal gain.

meh, it's early now, I can always think about all of that later.

"Very, well, miss Wu; directly in front is the relaxing area, tea can be served..."

so besides the sofas were lounge chairs, several low seated tables and one oval table. the view itself was of the underwater itself which can be darkened. Thankfully it has a shield as an extra precaution blocking all light from bleeding out.

my body shivered at some sea monster ramming into the ship because of the light and destroying the boat...ah..this is simply terrible!

"..this side we have a kitchen, a chef will arrive shortly, servants will sleep below, two maids will be available besides the chef and myself,"

so four servants for this place, he led me into the kitchen which was reasonably sized.

it consisted of a stove, sink, Island where servants will eat, a fridge, dishwasher, oven and the strange area for all kitchen necessities.

on the opposite side is the dining room a ten-seater table.

beyond that is the small archway leading to the servant quarters I had no interest in.

following that is the short flight of stairs leading to the upper level.

the entire top floor consisted of my private quarters, closet, bedroom, bathroom, study and gym.

I felt excited by all of this, I could not even believe that my private quarters was so large!

holding in my excitement I turned to Thyme with a smile.

"It is more than expected, this is good. Receive the chef and maids when they arrive, they can leave my personal quarters alone, I do not require them to be cleaned. relax, I will comm you when needed."

Thyme bowed, "thank you miss Wu for having me,"

I nodded walked further in then headed directly into the bathroom.

this is well built but ah, my sleeping area is a bit on the large side, separating half for the four-armed monkey and ant queen would be nice.

hmm, but first.

'System, can you scan the room for hidden cameras and my entire quarters for any underlying issues?'

While the system scanned my personal quarters I proceeded to strip looking at myself in the full-size mirror before continuing forward.

The shower was a full glass one, a high-end shower to this boat's standard but to me, it is the one I normally used even slightly inferior.
