Within a small room a middle-aged man was coughed a mouthful of blood and then collapsed on the floor, A kitchen knife stuck in his back and a stab wound could be seen on his stomach. Beside his collapsed body, a person figure standing, and silently looking at him. The figure was wearing a black clothes. If anyone see this person, they will definitely feel suspicious.

"Seriously, I just finished the game," He said in low voice.

The middle-aged man vision began to blurred and his body temperature also began to falling dawn. In his current state, the man could only feel confusion, panic, fear, rage, and despair.

Takemoto Akira was just an middle-aged man, unemployed, and a shut-in who make a living out of playing a game. Akira was just finished playing a game that he bought recently, but because he played the game for 24 hour straight without sleeping, he forget to eat and become very hungry. So he tried to find a food in the fridge, and not notice the front door was open. The moment he left the gaming chair, he suddenly got stabbed in the stomach. Akira was panicked and tried to run away but he get stabbed again in the back by a thief that got in his rented room.

'Why something like this happened to me? Why… why, why! Why! Why!!'

Akira wanted to cry, but his consciousness began to fade. And then his heart stopped beating.

Though he depressed for a brief moment, Akira soon realized that he still have consciousness. He tried to open his eyes slowly. His face was facing a white ceiling and when he look to his left there is an IV bags, that he usual see in hospital.

'This place… It looks like I'm in the hospital, am I saved? but why I can feel that there's a bandage on my head. Strange, my wound should be on my stomach and my back.'

Akira was puzzled. He know very well that he was stabbed in stomach and then stabbed again in the back.

Akira tried to calm down, he carefully rose up from his bed. But when he see his face on the window, he shocked.

'Who is that?! Wait! Is that my face?! What is happening to me?!'

After a few minutes, Akira regained his composure.

"I need to calm down." He said while sighed, "Okay, first, I need to remember what was happened to me. If I'm correct, I was previously killed by a thief. And now… I'm in someone else's body, this is ridiculous."

Akira paused for a moment.

"Also, for unknown reason, this body has wound in head. Maybe this guy got himself into accident or something?"

Akira began to look around, and found several things that he familiar with.

"That calendar picture, it's similar to the calendar that I saw in the room of the protagonist in a game that I play before my death. No way, its only coincidentally similar, right?"

The game that Akira playing before his death was called Z-Love.

Z-Love was a gal game that Akira played based on his childhood friend's recommendation. Gal game is a dating simulator game from japan that uses anime graphics. The game was set in a parallel world where zombie apocalypse occurred.

The parallel world in the game was a bit similar with Earth. The difference in this world was only the History, which is one of the things that makes Akira interested in playing this game.

The game wasn't really popular, but his friend said that the game had some interesting ending. Also, according to his friends, It looks like the game gives players the choice to turn the main character into a hero or a villain.

Just like other dating game, players will be given a quest to conquer the existing heroine girl.

"I can't confirm it just by looking at this calendar… wait! If I in the game world, can I access that…? Uuh… I would never know if I not tried it."

After a few minutes of confusion and panic. He take a deep breath and calmed down.

Akira looked toward the window to see his own appearance, black, short hair with light blue eyes. From what he see, he had a average height for high school students male.

Akira sighed, "What is happening? Why am I here? Is this the so-called reincarnation? I… don't know how to feel about this…" He said while sighing again, "What done is done, I can't do anything about this. Lets just start a new life."

Suddenly, the door opened which startled Akira. He could see a nurse coming in his room, but later she notice him. The nurse was surprised to see the young man had woken up, she rash to called the doctor. After a few minutes, a woman doctor came and immediately checked his condition.

"How you feel right now, kazuki?" Said the doctor spoke to him with smile on her face. Her voice was smooth, making Akira feel comfortable.

'Right now, I need more information. So lets just act that I got amnesia.'

"I'm fine doctor, but can I ask a question?" Said kazuki with depression face.

"What is it, kazuki?"

"It's "kazuki" is my name?"

Doctor shocked with the question. 'Is this kid got amnesia, well his head is seriously injured so memory lost is not unexpected.'

"Are you not remember anything?"Asked the doctor.

"Y-yes, I don't remember anything. Can you tell me what happened to me?"

The doctor started to explain what happened to him. A few hours ago, on his way home, Akira was fell down from the stairs in some place, and was seriously injured on the head.

'Maybe this kid wanted to take a shortcut or something. Is he slipped from something?'

After done explaining thing, the doctor examined his condition again and said that his family is on their way, And she left after telling him that.

'Family, huh?... in my past life I am an orphan. I don't know how to act when meeting the family of the owner of this body.'

This is a game world where zombie apocalypse will occur. According from the calendar in his room, the apocalypse will occur in ten days from now.

He sighed. "I guess I'll have to make the best out of the situation and take it one step at a time."
