Her Mission

I walk away from the school after speaking with Rias and the other. I massage my head as it hurt a little thinking that my brother finally involved in dangerous world like this. I wish he was far away from this dangerous world but it's seem to be inevitable for him to become a devil.

To heal my headache, I stop by the dango shop that sold my current favourite taste. While eating I hear whisper of him inside my mind. I sigh and enter my soul to meet a ghost of ancestors that seem can't die peacefully after all this time.

Inside my mind is a tranquil place where several cherry blossom trees exist and a traditional Japan house on the middle of the lake. As I walk towards the shrine. My appearance change to a petite girl that look much like Koneko with the same white hair but much more younger and my eyes always black. I was wearing dark blue stylist kimono. This how I look like in my past life and the true essence how I recognize myself. As this place is how my soul look like.

"So you have finally come to visit." In my past body I look up at the cage inside one of the room in the house inside there was an old man that known as Madara Uchiha who once a famous man in our clan and our ancestor.

"Why do you meddle with my emotions again?" I demand him an answer straight to the point of the problem because the only reason I snap out today is because of him giving me the emotions that being suppressed by the cube.

"Did you not wish to be free like that idiot brother of yours? I just tried to help you in simple way." He give me that smirk again that saying he was right.

"You do know what will happen if I lost control of my emotion right?" I ignore his remark as I ask him sternly. He then went silent knowing the reason of my muted emotion and the fact that he exist inside my soul even after I has killed him in the last war with my twin and my best friend help to do so.

"Tch, if not because that meddling God, I will gain control of your body and free to do what I want." He scowled. "Why are you so dead set unleashing Infinity Tsukuyomi? Is being alone that sad?" I ask this old soul in a moment of curiosity.

He went silent again for a moment before glare back at me "You can't judge me! You miss that weak brother so much that you're no different than me!"

"Don't call Itachi Nii-sama like that! He was the most heroic and brave man there was!" I yell back at him as he insulted one most precious memory I have.

"Hah! So, you admit that you also want him back! Stop being a hypocrite and just do want you want!" Like a victorious man his smirk become even bigger than usual.

"No, I can't! Nii-sama don't wish for it to happen! That's why he told Sasuke nii-san the truth. Not even if I want him back so much. I will respect my brother wish." I clench my hands hand and hold the sadness that pooled inside me.

Madara look at me before sigh "It's no use. You're not like your twin that act like a child. Being a vessel of Mikoto-no-Susanoo make you grown to fast for your age. And now look you're being forced again to be a vessel of this beast behind me."

We both look at the big twin door behind Madara's prison that supposed to brimming with holy power but now it's start to dimming as the chaos and insanity incarnation power begin to slip from it.

"I don't have much time left. After that, I leave this monster and my body to you Madara-sama." I said looking solemnly at this situation that was forced upon me. "I know that is my purpose here to become the next warden after you. My soul is the only second after yours that have enough strength to hold it." He nod know that my job is important, if this beast is unleash not only the world now will ceased to exist but also many other.

The God using my somehow old soul along with his remaining soul to create Exodus Cube that was supposed to be the cage for this beast and Reality Breaker as the last trump card to detain this beast from it's existence. Because this creature my soul slowly being used to maintain the condition of this prison and Madara-sama who is nearby is as guardian for me not to die early and substitute if something happen to me.

"Then what are you going to do now? Your new idiotic imbecile of twin brother is going to bring trouble to us like that blonde idiot back then." Madara bad mouthing them but there no ill feelings in his word.

I smile again "It's seems both of us is cursed to have idiotic naive person near us. But we do nothing unless my brother need my help. I have no other meaning to live, besides helping him."

"You really need to graduate from your brother complex. It only going to hurt you again." Madara-sama advice me. I went silent this time, his word remind me the betrayal my past twin did to me and my team. What he did hurt us very badly, I'm just glad we back as a team before I died.

"I know that's why I tried to put some barrier around us. So, he won't be to involved with me." I said in small voice as the emotionless mask come back.

"If you just notice, you act a lot like your favourite big brother of yours right now. You never really cared about yourself and always sacrifice yourself for protecting your so beloved brother, like what I did. It's an Uchiha's trait but yours is too self sacrificing. Once you find a reason to be yourself, don't abandoned it or you will loss everything you think important." He then move back inside his prison.

Madara-sama become more subdued after his defeat but he still very cunning person. He know my weakness and he keep a watch of it. To grabs the moment when I was at my weak and took over. That how he think and we think. Another trait of blood tainted history of Uchiha. The cursed blood line.

I exit my soul and saw that my portion of the dango that I bought almost finish. I ate the rest and walk home as it already night. I walk in moderate pace but then I met up with the less unsuspected person that I thought will met in the road.

"Iva!? Why are you here!?" He yell and stop himself from bumping with me. "Hello Nii-san we meet again." I said it plainly because the probability we met in this road is very high as our home is on the same place.

I lift up the packet of dango that I just bought for my family and show it to him. "Oh, dango again. Someday you really going to get toothache from eating it to much." My brother give me a deadpan expression as he knew my only habit eating dango almost everyday.

I shook my head "This for you." And I give the packet to him. My brother accept the snack in shocked face he turn his face and cover it with his hand. Thought I can still see the blush on his face. "I see, thanks Iva." I give him a nod with tiny smile tugging on the side of my mouth.

Our small conversation is the interrupted by the killing intent I suddenly feel above us and it's targeting my brother. I immediately move my polished instinct and push my brother a few feet away from our original place. I then stand in front of my brother to ready myself to protect him from any other harm.

The place that we just stand a moment ago is being pierced by several light spear. "Ho, that's a surprise. I never thought that a human able to dodge my attack." Said the man who currently standing several feet away from me. I did my basic instinct and read his information like what I usually did in the dungeon.

One of the Fallen Angel that come to Kuoh with Raynare. Under Kokabiel order they hunt any Sacred Gear user, but it seems that they planning something else. He hates human and devil alike. He thought that they're an insect or a pest.

After reading it my body freeze but I immediately stand up and glare at him "You are one of the Fallen that killed my Nii-san." I said it calmly but under it there is my cold fury.

"Oh, so that stray devil behind you is that unfortunate human that Raynare played yesterday and to think that he had been turned into a devil. That's hilarious!" The man than laugh at my brother predicament.

"Shut up." I said calmly while the cold fury inside my frozen heart burn. "Wha? Who do you think you are human?" The man sneer at me.

I ignore him and call Reverse Site of Sun and Moon. "Nobody can mess with my brother. Except for me!" With that I dash to the man using only ten percent of my power. I slash the sword aiming at his brain and heart.

I manage to hear my brother indignant protest but my focus now is the enemy in front me. Using his instinct he manage to dodge my attack but with a price.

The man fly away from the range of my sword with his right shoulder almost been tear of by The Moon and his destroyed right eye from The Sun pierce.

"I-impossible how a human able to injuring me! An attack that even I can't see! No! I refuse to believe this die!" The man went from panic to mad anger and start to throwing his blue light spear at my position.

I use the Sharingan and then I saw the attack move very slowly. Even a snail can beat them in a race. "Your ey-!" Using my eyes I can read what he want to said. Immediately I jump and closing my distance to him. I slash his throat to shut him up. 'Nii-san still not need to know. My darkness. My bloody past.'

"Begone." I then burn his body with a simple fire spell that I saw in the past to eliminate the pest. Then I saw a red magic circle glow near us. 'This evil energy, devils.' I make my emotionless face again and face the new possible threat.

The one that come out is Rias and Sona. 'So, the other devil energy in my school is her group.' I stored my sword in my dimension pocket. Seeing that they pose no threat to my brother.

Rias shown her surprised face a bit longer than Sona when they saw the burning corpse behind me. She look at it calmly before look at me. "You did this." I give her a nod as she already know by seeing.

I then turn and walk my way to home, but once again interrupted by Rias. "Wait! How did you do it?! No, ordinary human can defeat a Fallen!" She run towards me and about to reach my arm. I immediately took Site of Sun and point it near her neck. "It's none of your business."

I can feel the panic and fear in Rias while surprise and fear in Sona as my attack so swift they can't see them. "Hn." I ignore them and continue to walk home. "Let's go Nii-san. It's already dark." I took my brother hand and drag him to follow my lead.

"But Buchou-" I then glare at him to make him shut up. He finally shut up after I force him, but look like a kicked puppy. I unable to bear that look finally surrender. "Fine. Tomorrow after school, I will met you in the old school building." I said that while facing Sona and Rias.

My brother then held my hand more firmly than before. He give me his happy grin and mouthing 'thanks' at me. I give him a tiny smile that only he can see and went home with him. 'Anything for my brother.' I reply him in my heart.
