The situation in the store was getting dangerous. The employee had never been face-slapped by a poor looking customer before. She had always been flattered. Man: "Manager Feng, I never knew this is how the employees you employed treat customers. I guess someone no longer wants their job."

Manager Feng immediately went to the man and kneeled down.
