64 C60 Dungeon 2

As of this chapter, the patreòn is 4 chapters ahead at chapter 63. I'll probably be writing and posting some more chapters for patrons today. Also there are 6 chapters of the Naruto story on the patreòn as well.

A large soda machine appear before you, but the contents of said soda machine seem different. As you look at the buttons you see things that don't make any sense. The buttons seem to be labeled with super powers. One button at the top is golden and says reincarnations with 3 wishes, but it costs 3 power stones to get. Enjoy the chapter as always.)

{Congratulations: You've ranked up to rank 3. Would you like to turn on auto looting? Auto looting will take all useful parts/possessions of your kills, and place them into your inventory.}

'Auto looting? Yeah, turn it on.'

When I turned on auto looting, the two carcasses before me changed. They were skinned and some parts of them were removed. After checking my inventory, I see that I have all of the useful parts as the system said. Huh, this makes looting extremely easy. What would happen if one of my clones killed someone from afar? Would auto looting still work? I'll have to test a few things out later on.

"That was easier than I thought it would be, but I've been training for my first real fight for a while, so I guess I was well prepared." I say as I brush some dust off of my clothes.

"This is only the second floor, Master. You won't have much trouble until the fifth floor." Souei says.

"Huh, then I'll handle the core beasts until the fifth floor. I want to get a feel for my powers before we get to the harder sections of the dungeon." I say and everyone nods.

Souei leads us through the Labyrinth, and we run into a few other beasts. I handled them all alone and slowly got used to fighting for real. It wasn't hard to kill them, in fact, it was easy. I would dance around whatever I was fighting and would slaughter any core beasts that we came across. By the time we arrived at the stairs down to the third floor, I had reached rank 4.

After a short break on the stairs to the fourth floor, we descended into the darkness. When we reached the bottom, we were met with a dark cavern.

"It's really dark, huh." I say looking around me. I couldn't see 3 feet in front of me. "I'll light a path for us." I wave my hand conjuring a bright flame. "My mom had my dad teach me this for dark areas in dungeons." We move forwards and the flame follows us wherever we go.

"A very handy ability, Master." Rem said. Souei and Nova nod beside her.

"Isn't it? Now, let's move forward without wasting time, so we can get as far as possible. I want to get to the palace in time for dinner with my parents."

Souei once again leads us through another floor. As we maneuver our way through the cavern, we run into a group of oversized bats. There must be at least ten of them, and they circle us as they prepared to attack.

"Master, would you like some help? There's a lot of them." Rem asks.

"No, let me handle this alone." I look towards the oncoming bats. "I want to test myself, and I'm sure Souei will save me if I need it." I say and Souei nods in agreement to my statement.

"Alright, just be careful." Rem says with slight worry in her voice.

"I'll be fine, so don't worry."

After reassuring the worried Rem, I step forward and ready myself for the impending battle.

"Hmm, I think I'll go long distance for this one."

Countless flaming arrows appear behind me levitating in mid-air. With a quick thought, the arrows shot forward towards the bats. As the arrows closed in on the bats, every bat let of an ear-piercing cry. The cry seemed to be some sort of ability, as many of my arrows were diverted by some invisible force. They must have some sort of sound attack. Some of my arrows struck a few bats, but the majority managed to counter with that sound attack of theirs.

After countering my flame arrows, the bats honed onto me and screeched are me. I got this weird feeling as if I was Spider-Man and my spidey-senses were tingling. I decide to trust my instincts, and battle energy rushes to the correct areas in my legs. I then kick off the ground. In a burst of speed, I appear a good distance from my previous position. Behind me, a large explosion occurs where I once stood. The bats are definitely using some sort of sound attack.

Smoke filled the cavern from the explosion, and I use this as a chance to pick off as many bats as I could. Activating my magic sense, I fire spear after spear into the cloud of smoke. As I fire countless attacks into the smoke around me, I could hear the sounds of screeching bats and sizzling meat. Soon after the sizzling sound came the sound of something hitting the floor. This continued until the smoke cleared. When the smoke faded away, I could finally see my handy work. Every bat is laying on the floor sizzling and dead.

"*sigh* I seem to be destined to cook every opponent I face off against."

"I've noticed that as well, Master." Rem agrees.

"Whatever, let's just move forward. We have to go back topside soon, so let's try to make it to the stairs down before we leave."

Souei leads us forward once again. As we make our way towards the steps, we run into a few more beasts. Nothing as crazy as the big group of bats, so the trip is easy and fast. When we reached the stair, I turn to my servants.

"Alright, we'll be stopping here since we have to get back for dinner. Nova, can you bring us to the palace."

Nova cries out and we appear in the entrance hall of the palace in a flash of fire. When the servants of the palace noticed my presence, they bowed to me as usual. One servant informs me that dinner is ready and my parents are awaiting my arrival. After a quick trip to my room for a change of clothes, I cleaned myself up a bit and made my way towards the dining hall.

"I'm home!" I exclaim as I barge into the dining hall.

"Welcome home, sweetheart!" My mother replies.

"Welcome back, son." My father says.

As I enter the room, I see that we have some guests eating with us as well.

"I see that we have guests." I shoot the guests a friendly smile. "I'm Syrin Fortis. It's nice to meet you all."

After introducing myself, the guests stand and bow to me except for one man. My mother speaks up to introduce everyone.

"Sweetheart, this is the..." the man that didn't bow interrupts my mother.

"Astrid, if you don't mind I can introduce myself." He says and my mother shrugged. "I'm the beast king, Malik Bestia. I've heard good things about you kid." The beast king is a tiger man with ginger hair, tiger ears, and a tail as well. He looked to be the same age as my father and carries himself with strength and pride. "Thanks for the help freeing my people a few years back."

"No problem. Slavery is illegal, so the decision to act was quick and easy. Lily and the men you sent were also a great help." I say as I give him a slight bow. He is a king after all, so I should show him respect.

"Hahaha, when Lily returned to the capital, she wouldn't shut up about you." The beast king laughed.

"She was saying good things I hope." I said as I take a seat at the dining table.

"Yes." He nods and turns to the other two guests. "Syrin, these are my daughters Aella and Ruby." The beast king points to the only other two guests.
