Wings and Crab Ragoons

The past is in the past. why does it keep haunting me? Kenji messaged me again... after it has been such a long time.... Why are you doing this to me?..... Why is this happening now? Jackson Hasn't been in touch with me for a week now too... Ugh What's going on. What's wrong?? Why did kenji have to be stupid and send me that dumb shit! UGHH! It's making me think and I'm going crazy!

A few days after my date with Jackson Kenji messaged me.

K: Hey Ori.. It's Kenji... I'm Under Scotty's FB.. Long time no talk. I hope you've been doing well. I was in town the other day and I happen to come across your FB on Scotty's account... Scotty and I are so close that we log into each other's FB all the time. Soo That's why I'm messaging you now.... I just wanted to say. I miss you Ori. I miss you soo much...My relationship is soo complicated. It's not even worth it anymore... I miss your sweet face...Can we talk about this? I want to talk to you? Please reply back. I miss our late night conversation, and how you'll be so cute to me and how we skype.. Nowadays the girlfriend don't even skype me as much as we use to... I miss you... Let's talk soon.. Do you miss me too???

After reading this message, I was super mad and upset. What does he take me for? A rebound?! OMFG. What? Am I a toy? So what if you miss me? I don't need to know! There's a reason why I blocked you! UGH! Just leave me alone. Why are you haunting me?? WHY?!!

I ended up crying. The memories with him rushed back to me and My heart ached. The way he smiled.. The way he laughed and hang out with me during the New Year Festival. The dance.... the late night skype sessions. That ugly dumb message he sent me saying we should only be friends after so much.... UGH!! Why.

I continued crying... I thought about wanting to end this pain.. I wanted to end all this stupid pain... I smashed a vase and I saw the pieces of glass shattered onto the ground..

I could end it here I thought.... But deep down. I knew I couldn't do it. I continued to cry..Why is it that it's so hard.. I don't know what to do..

Buzz Buzz.. My phone ringed.

I looked at it. It was Jackson.

Why are you messaging me now??! I thought... still crying.

J: Hey Ori. It's been a while since we've talked. I'm sorry. We had midterm exams and I've been busy studying for it, that's why I haven't replyed or texted you ever since the movie. I Just wanted to say, I had a great time that day and I'm interested in knowing you more. Like I said, you're really something... Sooo, that said..... I just got home from taking my midterm exams... Did you eat yet?? How about we go for some food at Hidden Star China? I'll come get you. :)

I hope this helps.. At least I know he's still wanting to see me.. after that Kick... OMG.. I'm so embrassassed.. Should I even go?.... but I do want to see him tho.....

I wiped my tears and replied.

Me: Hey Smiles, I'm down. You can come get me when you're ready. I'm scrubby today so I hope you don't mind. But I hope your midterms went well. I'll love to eat right now as well.

J: Sounds good. See you in a bit. I'll text when I'm outside. [:

I washed my face from the tears and went downstairs. Buzz buzz.

J: I'm here.

Jackson and I went to Hidden Star China where we ordered our food at the counter.

Jackson: Hey, so how hungry are you?

Me: I'm not too hungry. Hungry enough to eat, but not for a buffet.

Jackson: Hmmm... Ok. So how about I order some wings like a plate of 12 and crab ragoons.. like 8 of them?

Me: Sounds great.

Jackson: Hi, So we'll take 12 wings and 8 crab ragoons, for here please. Oh and please include some water cups!

He turns towards me

J: And this one is on me ;) You can treat next time!!

Me: okay loser, sounds good.

Our food arrived.

J: Here, don't be shy. Have as many wings and ragoons as you want.

Me* Thinking to myself: OMG! I can't be eating this much! What if he judge how much I really eat?? What if I actually eat all 12 wings? OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me: sure. but I'm not that hungry

Jackson and I ate our wings. In total, I finished 2 while Jackson went at it. While eating we had small talks here and there, but obviously our mouths were full from eating.

J: *Chewing... How's the wings?

Me: Good. I've never had them here before. They're pretty good though. (Truthfully, still thinking about Kenji and about how I kicked Jackson...)

Me:....So... how are you doing? It's been a while since we've talked..and it's been a while since the kick... lol

J: Well, my legs were broken. I was hospitalized. I can't believe you didn't come visit me.

Me: What are you talking about? You landed on your knees and drove home!!

J: Yeah... but once I got home, I cried and cried and got knee surgery! You really did it this time Ori!!! I should have sued you!

Me: .... douchee

J: Ouch, that hurt. Almost as bad as the knee!

Me: Ohhh Jackson, stoppp! Sooo ugly!!

J: Haha! You know you loveeeeeeee it! But realistically, I've been Great! Just finishing up the semester at the University. I've been quite busy. We have finals coming up soon. How about you?

Me: I'm alright. Nothing new. Just school and work lately.

J: That's good. Stay motivated! You'll need it in college.

Jackson drank his water and looked at me, picking at the wings, the crab ragoons, untouched.

J: Why aren't you eating the crab ragoons? They're good.

Me: Oh, Well I don't like crab ragoons...

J: Wait what?

Me: I don't like crab ragoons..

J: OMG!

Me: ? What?

J: Why didn't you say anything?

Me: What do you mean?

J: I ordered the crab ragoons for you!!!!

Me: LOL what? I never said I wanted them

J: You said "sounds good"

Me: Yeah... so..?

J: So I thought you were going to eat some

Me: Hahah! What? I thought you just wanted some! Hahah

J: Well.. I mean I did, but if you didn't like it, we could have gotten something else that you would have liked!!!

Me: Oh... Oops XD Haha!!

J: Wow...Ori.. As I said last time, you really are something! Hahah

Jackson stared at the plate of crab ragoons..

J: Well, I guess I'll eat them cause some "loser" don't want to

Me: Shut up :P

J: And if I said No?

Me:.......

J: Hmmmm that's the 2nd? I think time you said shut up to me.

Me: Wow, look who's counting.. Don't you have better things to think about or do.

J: ACTUALLY... I do

Me: What's that?

J: Its the thought of you

Me: What do you mean?

J: Well, if you really want me to shut up... hmmmmm
