34 The Picture
A while later after talking smack with Jackson, I finished my assignments and was just clicking around on Social media. It honestly felt weird not having anyone waiting for me or I had to wait for someone to talk to especially since Kenji and I made it a routine. Staring at my blank phone for a minute, I started to Miss Kenji, although he hurted me... As heart broken and stuff as I was. I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious to see how Kenji and his new girlfriend was doing. As much as it hurts, I just want to know if he's doing ok, since I missed him so much.
I searched up his name on Social Media, and he popped up. I clicked his picture which lead me to his page. I looked around a bit, but the screen automatically refreshed.
That was when I saw it...
I saw a picture...
After soo many weeks of Me ignoring him page and all. I finally saw a picture of Him and Gigi. She was taking the picture and he leaned in to be in the frame. Their faced touched... My heart ached... having a small flashback to when Kenji asked to take my picture on Skype the first time we ever skped...
Tears came to my eyes..... I missed those memories... but there's nothing I can do anymore.
The caption wrote
"With my first & my one and only. I'm so glad you came into my life. You've showed me wonderful things and I can't wait to spend every day with you"
Again, I was hurt... so I just stared at the picture of them together for a moment. I placed my fingers on my phone touching his head and moving it down to his cheeks.... like the night I did when he fell asleep on Skype. The last night that I ever saw him. The last night that everything changed.
I cant go back now, but I see that he's really happy with her. It's rare that he smiles like that, he only smiles like that when hes really happy.. like how he once did when we skyped. And I guess if he is smiling like that with her... then it means hes meant to be with her and not me....
I wiped my tears a little and logged off my social media. I've seen enough for one day.
