The First Date
I grabbed my purse and headed outside to find Jackson leaning on the back on his car dressed in blue Jean's, white shoes, a Jean sweater, hair spiked up, with a smile on his face as he stared at me.
Hopefully, I look ok I thought, as I tried to recall what I was wearing... I wore black leggings, with tan heels boots, my hair was down, with some earrings, light make up & my top was a floral tank top with a long, tan cardigan sweater.
I finally reached where Jackson was standing.
J: hey, you look nice today.
Me: ahha, you think so?
J: I know so.
Jackson smiled.
Me: haha, you dont look bad yourself.
J: of course, I'm Jackson.
Me: haha, whatever!
J: Let's go.
Jackson opened up the door for me.
J: ladies first.
Me: haha, I thought you were the lady
J: shhh shh, just get in.
I got in & off we went to the Movies.
Upon arriving to the movies, our conversation in the car was short.
J: Soooo, I bet you've been on plenty of dates before eh?
Me: Of course...
J: Hahah Lucky for you then, I'll make this one extra special so you'll never remember those other dates before.
Me:..... Sure..... Well.. To be honest, this is "technically" my first date..
J: Seriously?? Hahah
Me: Stop being mean
J: No I'm not, I think that's actually kinda cute. It makes me feel special that I'm the first guy you're going on a date with. Well in that case, Don't worry, I'll make this date... well I'll make your first date memorable... Soo memorable that if you were to go with another guy in the future.. you'll find that date dull and during that date, You'll be thinking of me :D
Me:..... Wow. aren't you full of yourself.
J: Of course, I'm Jackson ;) I know you Like it
I smiled.
We reached the movies and Jackson parked the car and we both got out.
Jackson walked over towards me and we walked inside.. Our hands both at our sides, but at a short distance. Jackson Looked at my hands. I caught him looking, but he looked away.
Big Hero 6, 2 tickets please said Jackson as we both reached for our debit cards.
J: What do you think you're doing?
Me: Paying duhh
J: No, I invited you Out.
Me: Well you drove, so I feel bad
J: Oh Quit it. It's a date on me.
Me: No you quit it. I'll pay for myself, you can get yours.
J: Stubborn aren't you?
Me: Always
J: Fine. Don't say I didn't ask to pay.
Me: Of course not, I'm independent :P
J: Fine.. But then snacks are on Me :P !!!!!!!
Me: Hahah DEAL! I was hoping you'll say that :) Large Popcorn please with a soda. Make sure You get the good size... :P
J: Who do you think I am to be buying you all that?
Me: My date ;)
J: Slick... Haha.
Me: Thanks :D
Jackson bought me the snacks and walked over towards me.
J: Are you ready?
Me: Of Course. Here let me give you a hand.
I reached over and Jackson grabbed my hand instead, still holding the popcorn and soda.
J: Thanks for the hand. Now I'm ready. Let's go.
I blushed.
Slick I said.
J: Always.
The movie started and we sat way at the back. It was quite empty to my surprise. It was just Jackson and me along with a few people at the front of the room.
Half way through the movie Jackson leaned over to me and whispered.
J: Hey... do you want slushy? I want a slushy
Me: Sure, if you want one then go head and get it.
J: Okay I'll get one and we'll share
Me: Haha ok. 2 STRAWS please :P
J: Ok ok :P
Me: Good. Thanks
J: Soooooo Raspberry or Blueberry?
Me: I don't care..
J: Are you sure?
Me: Yes. Whatever you want
J: Are you sure? Cause girls always be like "ohh whatever you want" then when the guy comes back they be complaining like, "ugh why did you get that one... blah blah blah.
Me: Shhh just go. I seriously don't care. lol
J: Okaaay ;)
Jackson returned with a blueberry one.
Me: Awesome choice.
J: Of course, smart people think alike.
We continued watching the movie..
J: Hey.... I want a drink of the slushy.
I handed the drink over to Jackson
J:... Ummmm Ori. My hands are "buttery" I can't drink it..
Me: Sucks to be you then
J:.... No.. Feed me..with the straw as a scoop thingy.... Ahhhhh
Me: No!
J: Oh come on. Please? I'm thirsty
Me... Seriously?
J: Yes
Me..... (awkward). I used the straw and feed Jackson.
J: More....
I continued.
J: More.....
I continued.
J: Hehe, Thank you. Gosh you so nice... :)
Jackson leaned in and placed his head on my shoulder.
My heart pounded and I blushed as we continued watching the movie.
2 hours flew by and it turned out to be a great movie. Jackson and I finally walked out.
Me: Thanks. That was fun.
J: You're welcome....... Sooooo hmm It's about 6:30..... What's for Dinner?
Me: Dinner??
