The next day I woke up with puffy eyes from crying the night before. But that didn't stop me from pulling myself together and getting ready for school. I rolled out of bed and let my hair down, pulled out a clean pair of jeans, a warm sweater and I was out the door.

* At School *

Once I got to school, everyone was staring at me with my puffy eyes. But I didn't care. I didn't noticed it until Carina came from behind me and grabbed my shoulder to stop me from walking away.

C: Are you ok?

Me: You should already know the answer to that.

C:... Well I'm glad you at least let it out.

Me:.. Yeahh

C: Well... have you been on Social Media?

Me:.... No.. Why? What's new...

C: Kenji... Well. here Just look at it.

Carina handed me the phone. I took it from her hand and looked on Social Media.

I stared at it for a while, then handed the phone back to Carina.

C:.... How long has he been seeing her... Do you know?

Me: A few days... a week at most.

C: WTF?! SERIOUSLY AND HE PICKED HER OVER YOU? WOW, WHAT A BITCH!

Me:... Well in his defense he said "she didn't make him wait"

C: DONT FUCKEN MATTER. YOU BOTH CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD WHY Y'ALL WERE WAITING! UGHH. He better not fucken show his face here in LillyVill again, or I will kick his ass!!!!!

Me: Yeah... Me too.. He better not come back...

C: Yeah that's the spirit Ori!

Me:... But I'm hurting inside right now... Carina... It hurts and I just want to cry and..

Carina pulls me in and gives me a hug.

C: It's ok to be hurt Ori. That just means, It'll get better. You'll move on. It's going to take some time, but hey all you gotta do now and all you can do now is Love yourself and focus ok?

Me:..... *speechless*

C:.... Don't loose sight of your education. Make him see what he lost.

Me:.. Yeah

*I pull away from her hug.*

C: It's okay Ori. Since he left you, it's fine. That's his choice. All we can do now really, is see how far he goes with her. Let's just see how long he lasts with her.. We'll see.

Me: Yeah we will.

C: You'll find someone better Ori. I know of it. Someone will come along and love you for who you are unconditionally. I know You'll move on. You WILL move on. You HAVE to move on.

Me:....

C:..... Ok, Ori. as your BEST FRIEND. I'm telling you. YOU WILL MOVE ON.

Me:... *smiled* Okay BEST FRIEND!

C: GREAT! Now, let's go to class. I'll walk you.

The rest of the day went well, although there was still pain in my heart and there were many times I wanted to cry, but Carina made sure to be there.
