22 My Uncle is Weird (Or Maybe it's Me who's Weird)

20XX, September 15; Konner House

I think my uncle is weird. Remember I wrote last time that it looks like he likes me or like having a daughter. Well, that may be true or maybe I'm just not used to being noticed by a father figure this much.

You see, my classes always end early and I immediately go home after. Our current home is also near the house were living in now. I don't have to get Eli too since aunt wants to spend more time with Eli so she insisted on being in charge of that. Not that I'll complain.

I thought of joining another club but I still haven't decided on what club. Like, do I want to have the same as last time or try something new? I also haven't looked at the available clubs in the school so...

Back to my uncle,. Like what I wrote before, he works at home as a mechanic and he actually waits for me at the door when I got home. The gate was near the garage so he can see who's coming in since the garage was always open while he is working. Then, he always offers a snack for me to get me by before dinner, he said.

He asks how was my day which is always the usual while he also enters the house with me then proceed to the kitchen. Also offers to teach me when I need help with homeworks but when I tried to show him my math homework, he didn't understand it. I think he was a high school graduate, though.

He was also the one defending me when aunt was stopping me from watching tv or me not doing some household chores or cleaning my room. It feels weird. I never had anybody who does that.

Then, he always touches me. Not in weird places or anything. Just that, when I'm close to him, he always has a reason to touch me, even when passing me things like food during dinner. There was also that time when he guided me to the kitchen for a snack when I just got home. Or, sometimes, he puts his arms on the back of the sofa when we were all watching tv. Well, he always does that when he was watching tv.

Maybe I'm just not used to a father being so close to me. Oh, and he always smiles at me. I've never actually seen him smile to aunt though. Most of the time he was frowning to aunt.

He also offers for us to go out, just us two since aunt always takes Eli out somewhere after his class. I actually want to go somewhere else but I'm really not comfortable with him and me only and I actually prefer to be alone like my time in the park before.

I'll just decide faster on a club now so we won't have time alone together. So I'll probably be busy again the next days and won't be able to write. But it's not like I write regularly.
