8 I Don't Know if Staying at Home was Actually Better

20XX, October XX; Home

It's the school trip. I woke up when the alarm rang and got ready by myself. I left home without waking anybody up. Dad slept late last night so he told me to go by myself today.

When I got to school, only a few were already there. The teacher was arranging our seats. We will be together in a bus with another class so she was talking to another teacher.

I went to where my other classmates were grouped at and took out my notebook so they wouldn't disturb me. After a few minutes and our teacher was done with the arrangement, there were already a lot of kids in the grounds.

They let us enter the bus and I was beside some girl from the other class. I was supposed to be by the isle but we exchanged places. Good for the both of us.

It was supposed to just be a boring trip with a visit to a few museums. It is but my seat mate was a witch. Well, a bully. And a chatterbox.

I just told her she's noisy talking with her friends in the other row and bullying the girl in the row behind. We were seated near the end of the bus so I guess the teacher didn't notice.

Or doesn't care since I heard the kid was the daughter of the PTA president. I never thought there will be a student with a background will bully me.

So I spent the day cleaning my things that were dirtied by her thrown snacks or removing crumbs from my hair. I don't wanna take revenge for something so 'petty'. Huh! I feel 'mature'. Well, I decided I don't wanna join on another trip again. Eli drooling is still better than this girl.

The trip ended earlier than I expected and we got back to school at maybe, 6pm. Since I don't wanna go home yet, I stayed at the park. It was peaceful there now.

Dad actually got home earlier than me with Eli and he was already making dinner so nothing much happened after the school trip.
