Message from Layla

It was yet another day in the Land of Dawn. A bird started chirping outside the window of the barracks.

"Hey what's that noise?" Lesley had just woken up that morning. Gusion looked outside and saw a bird with a letter in it's beak.

"A letter", He said. He went outside, took the letter and went back inside immediately. Who is it from?" Lesley asked. "Layla Malefic. an old friend of mine in the Mage Academy." he answered. Gusion opened the letter and read it.

"To: Gusion Paxley

Hi Gus, its Layla. You do remember me from the Mage Academy right? Alright look, Dr. Rooney and Commander Yi Sun-Shin seems to have noticed your power, and they would want to see you here in Antoinerei. I don't really know for what reason but they would like to see you. We also have lots of discuss here. Ask permission from King Tigreal before you head here. I'll see you here in the city, text me when you arrive alright? This is important.

"Sending me there for no reason?" Gusion is confused after reading the letter. "Antoinere is like a thousand kilometers!". Lesley grabs the letter and reads it too. She, also had the same reaction.

"Should we ask King Tigreal about this?" Lesley asked. "Maybe later. Let's have breakfast first. Here's your coffee." Gusion looks at his map and he sees the sprawling city of Antoinere in the north. "This bread is good! Where did you buy it?" Gusion asked, as he looks in the map searching for routes. "In the store across the street."

After a few minutes, Gusion and Lesley gets ready to meet King Tigreal, in accordance to Layla's letter. "Lets go, Les. We dont have time to waste."
