Act 1 Chapter 1

"Any news of those Shelbies?" The commander of the army of the Kingdom of Entusia asked his subordinates. The Shelby Gang was one of the most notorious gangsters of the Kingdom. They had deals with many businesses like illegal medicine, terrorising merchants throughout the Kingdom, mercenaries for hire, demanded protection from nobles and many more.

They had been a nuisance to the Kingdom for more than a year now. Even if they caught a man from the Shelby Gang, they couldn't find anything about the higher ups. All they knew was that a person named Thomas Shelby was the leader.

When they tried to find him, he disappeared. He was like a ghost, only appearing when he wanted to. Some said that he was responsible for the Purge.

The Purge was the mass murders of all the gangs throughout the Kingdom and the rise of Shelby. All this was orchestrated by Thomas and he himself was responsible for destroying many of them. When the guards interfered, they were also killed. Half of the army of the Kingdom had been called to quell the riots taking place and stop all the ga g violence. The commander of the Army himself battled Thomas and lost his eye in the process.

From then, he wanted to catch Thomas at all costs. But he manages to get away every single time.

The King of Entusia has personally put a bounty of 10 million Ren on Thomas's head. Which was enough for a common peasant to live and eat fully for 1 year. But to no avail.

"We mustn't let them deal with the Kumar's of the North. If the deal happens, then it will mean a huge trouble for Entusia and their northern brothers Ruthenium." Commander Wallace instructed his men as they were going to attack the place where the deal was going to take place and catch them red handed. They had gotten a tipoff about the deal and began to quickly mobilise their forces for the attack. The King had declared that no 3 people must move together in the open. If they did, they might get arrested.

The people tried to question this but were silenced. Now the streets were sparsely populated. The army could use this to their advantage.

"Let's get that bastard Thomas. "
