"I want a full report on the anomaly" said senior researcher David

A junior researcher who had investigated the site spoke up "it seems a large electro magnetic pulse started at an orphanage" he said "it's suspected that one of the orphans caused this though there is no clear way they could have"

Another junior researcher chipped in "several other orphans have been shown to have developed anomalous abilities though nothing major such as a slight regeneration factor that heals minor wounds in a few minutes but any large wounds such as a cut larger than 5 inches or burns" she continued with a hint of excitement "there was one orphan who has a chance of joining the foundation he has complete resistance to amnestics and memetic hazards after administering amnestics to those who showed no anomalous properties he was completely fine and could completely tell me exactly what happened during the events of the EMP after further testing he showed complete immunity to all memetic hazards and amnestics even mind altering scp's such as me SCP-426"

The senior researcher felt intrigued after all nobody has ever found a way to resist my effects

"So is that all?" David asked

"No" another junior researcher pitched in " he shows genius levels of intellect for his age"

After discussion for a few more hours they were deemed allowed to return to regular society with strict monitoring and for personal to adopt and raise the children to possibly be introduced to the foundation at a later date they would be given amnestics and be raised in normal society for Jared he would be very closely monitored and the meeting was ajourned

Jared was happy so happy in fact that he was almost shouting from happiness first he was finally free from whatever was keeping him alive but he was also scared what if this was just his imagination he had given up and his mind made a reality where he could actually die for good?

But he highly doubted it after all his mind was totally in his control the only thing that stayed was his mind after the reset so he made his mind near invincible to all attacks that could be used to weaken him

Then he realized another fact he could... DIE for the first time in his many lives he genuinely felt fear I mean sure he had felt fear in the first few hundred lives but after that he realized nothing could kill him untill he turned 100 so there were no stakes the only thing they could do was grevious harm him

I had never I my lives felt this many emotions fear and anxiety but also joy and jubilation

And then I decided to act

My first objective was to get powerful however I knew you need a good foundation for growth

So getting into shape was my first priority the next priority is getting various useful anomalies and snuffing out any that could destroy everything like the scarlet king

Maybe I should try and help SCP-507 and even recruit him?

Either way the universe is full of potential that is ripe for the picking
