44 044 - Repopulating Labyrinthian

[A/N: Time to begin the votes for the Next World! The following choices are:

-> Fallout(Also made by Bethesda just like Skyrim, will be just before Fallout 3's events begin)

-> Halo(This would be quite fun, especially since if we do this world it will be before the fall of reach)

-> Metro(Another post-apocalyptic world filled with radiation, monsters, and bandits)

-> RWBY(If you don't know what this is then I am disappointed in you, will start after the fall of beacon)

-> Infamous Second Son(Basically a world filled with Superpowers, will start just before desmond gets his powers)

-> Supernatural(A TV that features a Modern World with supernatural monsters and beings and how two brothers save the world multiple times, will start just after Dean and Bobby meet Castiel)

-> Primal World(Just a normal world filled with beasts like Dinosaurs, and random animals)

-> Resident Evil(The movies with the umbrella corporation and Alice and the whole world in a zombie apocalypse)

Well let me know which one you vote for via a Chapter comment!]

(A/N: Also the game creating will come back as soon as MC reached 50,000 Divine Energy, btw MC has 6,790 Divine Energy)

A day passed since I last chatted with Tommy.

I have sent him across Skyrim delivering news about Labyrinthian and that it is guarded by the 'other Dragonborn' which is me, although I am not technically a Dragonborn.

I also had him inform travelers that Labyrinthian is fair and open to all races and even have our own laws that are much fairer than the Empires or the Stormcloak's.

I also guaranteed that Labyrinthian would be neutral in the Civil war and that both sides are welcome to the city as long as they don't fight or discriminate against others.

Not only that but whoever becomes a citizen of the city will have a right to vote for changes in the city.

And because Democracy doesn't exist in this world and only the powerful have the right to decide this rule helped gain the city even more popularity.

Our first visitors were a Khajiit Caravan who came to see the city and see if the rumors were true.

And only after getting slightly scared by the Living Armor which I created to guard the city they stayed for a few days and talked with me.

I told them that they were welcome back anytime and that if they ever wished to settle down then they can come here and even set up a shop for themselves if they feel like it.

They thanked me for my hospitality and went on their way and helped spread the popularity of Labyrinthian.

While I waited for more visitors I did some major construction in Labyrinthian and even went to Saarthal in my spare time before moving the Eye of Magus to Labyrinthian and into a safe place deep underground where only I and the very strong can reach.

In my construction, I remodeled much of the city I recreated the city using the Nordic style and even began constructing another part of the city that would dwell underneath the surface.

While the lower city would be mostly for residential areas the surface city would be for shops, businesses, government buildings and etc.

I tore down Shalidor's Maze after collecting everything of importance from it and moved the Dragon Priest Shrine over to that area and created the City Office that would be where we held speeches, votes, and do many of the things related to the city such as a Tax Office, Guard Office for people to resolve and report crimes.

What I did not tear down in Shalidor's Maze was the Dismay Word Wall which held a piece of the Dismay Shout.

I did many things in order to make this city the best and only after a week of effort did I feel like I could take a break.

In this time I gained some new residents!

I got farmers who worked outside the city on farms that I helped them construct and even got some people with different expertise.

So far my residents were a Wood Elf Hunter, an Orcish Blacksmith, three Nord farmers, and even a Breton Alchemist who set up shop.

After settling down I was happy to find that the new residents were getting used to the Living Armor Guards who protect the city.

Don't just think that these armors are just mindless puppets, they each are sentient and can think of themselves I even give them shifts and things to keep them happy, they even have a personality and are happy.

They are also skilled combatants and if a dozen of them work together I bet they could take down a Dragon.

I equipped them all with Ebony Armor that's appearance has been changed to make them appear more friendly and 'holy'.

Their bodies are their armors are their bodies and once they take off their helms all that will be revealed are their Golden Flames with two Dark Golden Flames for eyes.

I even changed half of them to have a female personality and female body shape as in armor meant for females.

And Morokei? Well, I condensed the Mana Attractor to the size of a bead and implanted it into his brain while also decreasing the size of the Barrier to fit his body.

Basically, he is free to move around the city but can't leave without my permission.

Just to make Morokei a bit happier I built a Mage Tower for the city where any mage can study magic.

In the Magic Tower, I set up several facilities, a Library that encompasses an entire floor, the ground floor where Mages can sit in the lounge and talk to each other, a Magicka Training floor that houses a Mana Attractor that condenses mana on the floor making it far easier to train their Magicka.

And finally on the fifth floor would be the expert mages lounge.

Basically, any mage that reached the rank of an expert can enter the floor and talk with mages of a similar rank.

Morokei spends most of his time in the Magic Tower just relaxing as he waited for me to bring back his fellow Dragon Priests.

Besides that, I continued to work on the city and its surroundings, I also worked on a few different techniques that I wanted to learn and try out.

I had an Ability that would allow me to split my mind and body creating two of me that I can control at the same time helping me Multitask no matter where I am even if I am in different dimensions.

Of course, I am still practicing because every time I try to create a Clone and control it I get a killer headache and have to immediately disconnect the connection.

Turns out having my senses doubled and my mind split in half isn't exactly comfortable...

Guess all I can do is keep practicing until I can get a hang of it.
