1 School love
"Woahhh , did he see me?" she asked her friend. "Yeah as usual he acted as if he didn't but he obviously did." Replied he friend.
Everyone has a school love story which is basically known as infatuation, but unlike any other teen - love story this is the story of Nayna and her one and only crush Krishna.
It all started during the annual exams. Nayna had joined the school with one main goal which was not to fall in love but all of it had gone for a toss after seeing Krishna. Nayna was an outgoing girl who couldn't keep things within her so she decided to tell him about her feeling , knowing that it was going to be a "NO".
The rejection had hit her hard but she still decided to give up her self respect and keep loving him just with the slightest hope that someday he'll understand her love.
Nayna used to run to the exit as soon as the bell rang so that she could reach before he does and see him go home. This was an everyday affair.
Time flew by and came Nayna's birthday, she was really excited to go to school in civil dress and also go to his class of course. Krishna is a great boy but can be really annoying at times like he was talking to some boy and didn't even see Nayna when she went to his class on her birthday.
Nayna wanted to give Krishna chocolate , just that she didn't have the courage. So , she gave Akash (Krishna's friend) chocolates and asked him to give it to Krishna as well. It seems as soon as Akash gave the chocolate , Krishna smiled and said "8th right?" and had it. She had also given his brother chocolate.Then later that day while going home his brother literally pointed at Nayna and said "this akka only gave me chocolate" , Nayna nearly had a heart attack imagining Krishna's reaction but all he said was " I know , I also got a chocolate" and went home :)
One day Nayna was absent and her friend called her saying while going home Krishna didn't speak to his friends , was upset , his eyes were red and was searching for someone.
Nayna was happy but angry at the same time because she thought it was his ego which was stopping him from admitting the fact that he likes her too. She was irritated with herself for loving an idiot like him.
It had been a year and now it was time for Nayna to move to the city , that means change of school ! Nayna was used to this because of her father's profession but this time it wasn't the same.
Nayna had written a letter for Krishna and gave it to Akash asking him to give it to Krishna only if he searches for her.
Three days passed, Krishna was upset and was not revealing the reason either so Akash decided to give him the letter. Krishna opened it and read it out loud ----
Dear Krishna ,
So, after this I won't be loitering near your class unnecessarily, I won't be bunking my music class just to see you play football and most importantly I won't be waiting at the gate just to see you! For you I might not even be a small part of your school life but for me you were my whole life at school. A piece of my heart will always be with you and this school. I'll miss you a lot.
Bye.
Krishna bursted out into tears after reading the letter and said "I loved her too" , Akash said "you deserve it , why so much ego bro?" , Krishna said "Not ego, I had thought about this a thousands times. I don't hold hands to leave in between , if I hold I don't leave and this could've never worked out because of our religions , my dad would never agree and you know how afraid I am of him. Besides this I may not be able to give her the lifestyle she is used to, I wanted her to be happy that's all. I didn't want her to get attached to me and that's the only reason I suppressed all my emotions and gave a stone faced look but I loved her. I really did , I hope she finds a better guy". He raced to the washroom and wiped his tears but again broke down. Akash came , gave him a hug and started consoling him but all he said was " I miss her".
Krishna's grief was valid, after all he had lost a girl who loved him with all her heart, who never gave up on him , who tried her best leaving no single effort unattended and who loved him more than herself.
Nayna on the other hand was shatter into a million pieces , crying and hating herself for loving such a guy with all her heart but little did she know that what she considered ego was love , ignorance was care and whom she now considered villain was her knight in shining Armour.
Only person capable of clearing this misunderstanding was Akash. Will he do so? Will Krishna and Nayna who loved each other dearly in their own ways cross paths again? What will happen if they do?
Both had lost the energy to love. Will they ever find love again? If they do, will it again be the two of them? Will it be a bed of roses or a bed of thorns? Will their love reunite? Will their journey have a happy ending or will it remain unfinished?
