She mutters to herself and is aggressive to everyone around her except me. She says she sees these monsters following her around everywhere. Everyone tries to be "nice", but I feel like no one is actually trying with her like I am. It seems I'm the only one she might feel safe around. No one knows as much as I do about Scara though. It's odd to hear things that a child her age shouldn't even know. Whenever she freaks out, the lights flicker and things begin to float. There is something wrong with this child and I plan to find out more tomorrow.

I read through her file once again. Why wasn't her name, date of birth, and her original doctor's name filled out? None of this is okay.

I noticed a small young girl walk into my office with a guard behind her as she came in through the door. Her hair was as white as snow as it brushed against the floor and was very unkempt. She looked so pale and underweight. The dress she was wearing was a simple white dress that matched her skin well. She looked as though she could camouflage in snow and no one would be able to find her. The only few things off about her were that her eyes were covered by a blindfold and her neck and hands were chained all together.

"Why is she chained like that?" I asked the guard. No one said anything in return. The little girl sat in the chair in front of me and asked in a soft tone, "Who are you?"

"I'm your doctor, John Underwood," I said. She cracked a creepy smile and said, "I would get out here if I were you, Underwood. There are monsters that lurk the halls. Though you would know, you were here before."

"It's my first week here so I have no idea what you're talking about. What's your name so I can find your file," I said. The girl looked at the file on my desk and said, "It's right there in front of you."

"Oh, your name is crossed out though-" the girl interrupted as her voice started to sound distorted which made my eyes widen in slight fear, "No one is allowed to say my name. Especially you."

The lights began to flicker as the door slammed closed and she took a breath of air as the lights stopped flickering. I went to go ahead and speak but my mouth felt dry for a moment. I cleared my throat and said, "Oh, um, would you mind if I were to call you by your number?"

"Just call me "S"," she spoke. Silence filled the room as she went quiet once again. I sighed as she looked towards the window. This was becoming seriously annoying with her. She was so silent that it was annoying.

"So S-" she interrupted me once again by muttering, "They're coming. They'll tear my mind apart if they get inside."

"Who?" I asked. Her eyebrows furrowed and she spoke, "The monsters are everywhere."

The room immediately went dark and once the lights came on, S was gone as there was a note left on my desk.

This has all happened before

You should get out while you still can

TRUST ABSOLUTELY NO ONE

-S

I sighed and my eyebrows furrowed in disappointment. I sighed and looked at the guard that was leaving the room through the now open door. He stopped for a moment and spoke with a gruff voice, "She may be able to teleport, but she can't leave the grounds. She's the only one you can trust in this Asylum other than me. Everyone here is trapped because of her and it's best you get out while you still can."

"Why can't she be free?" I asked. The guard went silent and left as he shut the door behind him. I huffed in annoyance and sighed as I just packed up my stuff. I didn't want to deal with this crap right now. What is even going on around here? I packed up everything to leave for the day when the head doctor came in.

"I hope it's okay with you if you could stay the night. Number 666 usually gets night terrors and doesn't allow anyone here to calm her down. Since you're new, maybe you can help with that, if it won't be any trouble?" Dr. Crow asked. I hummed and said, "I'll help, maybe it can even allow me to get to know her more."

"Yea, great for you. Maybe she'll begin just trusting you more and you'll be able to get through to her so she'll begin to open her eyes to the real world rather than be in that nightmarish hell of hers," Dr. Crow said. I hummed and said, "What does she even imagine anyway? I've never seen Schizophrenia this bad on a child before."

"She thinks the world she lives in is a monster filled world and we're the monsters. She hasn't been able to realize that it's just her imagination," Dr. Crow said. I sighed and said, "I'll see what I can do for her."
