1 Hayabusa

I remember the first time I laid my eyes on him. He was with his parents that time.

"Hanabi! Come, meet Hayabusa from the Shadow Sect."

I, being a child was curious to know who this Hayabusa was, made my way to my mother and father talking to another couple holding a boy hiding on their back. My mother rest her hands on my shoulder and faced me to the three people whom I didn't know.

"Meet my daughter, Hanabi." I heard my mother said to the smiling couple. "She's an exceptional child. She already received the teachings of the Supreme Grandmaster."

"Nice to meet you, Hanabi. This is our son, Hayabusa. He was chosen to undergo training and represent our sect." The boy shyly stepped forward to face us as her mother introduced him.

I stretched my hands. "Hi, I'm Hanabi. Nice to meet you!" I said with a proud face and voice.

He took my hand and shook it. "Hello, I'm Hayabusa. Glad to meet you."

I didn't know that that day I met my forever rival.
