1 first day of school

"gah" andrew said quietly as he woke up on his wooden floor, he was in the middle of a dream about being eaten by monsters.

15 years ago monsters arrived on earth no one knows why but on night 15 years ago monsters just appeared out of nowhere that night most of the world got destroyed and almost half the population got killed. now the population have moved to safer areas in giant city's with 20 feet walls around them.

that night 15 years ago all the army's in the world were mobilised and tried to fight off the monsters but guns seemed ineffective because the monsters skin was too thick.

then heroes appeared and protected the cities from the monsters.

after the cities were safe the public found out the heroes got their mysterious powers from skill books.

As Andrew got up for his first day at his new school where you were required to go to learn about monsters and how to fight them.

but he lived about a mile away and had to walk because his parents had abandoned him for his younger brother.

because he had more potential, when every child reached the age of 12 they had there power and potential tested. as his brother was 14 now his parents abandoned him when he was 13, they gave him no money or comfort all they gave him was food, water and a place to stay.

his potential was only a 1 which was the lowest person to have ever been recorded and his power was only 10 which was also the lowest to have ever been recorded. he was so weak that if he punched dirt his hand would be bruised and hurt.

but he never gave up and is now going to school.

so he got up and had breakfast put on his uniform and left his house he lived on the edge of the city with his family where it was cheap because the edge of the city had the least protection.

so andrew started his walk to school it took him about a hour to walk the mile and was 5 minutes late to his first lesson where he learned about monsters.

the first monster was the demi-dog which was just a large dog the size of a cow.

the second one was a giant cat which andrew forgot the name of after the lesson because he was not listening to the teacher and was thinking about how fun this school will be.

but like in every school there was bullies that quickly found out he was the weakest in the world and decided to beat him up whenever they saw him so at break time the bullied came up to andrew and introduced them selves and the bosses name was Darren and he had two people following behind him named Phil and jill.

phil and jill were twins from the same family.

then Darren put his hand out for a hand shake and as andrew went for the hand shake Darren grabbed his hand and squeezed really hard until Andrew's hand broke.

then Darren punched him in the stomach with his other hand and andrew flew back and hit a wall then andrew coughed up some blood onto the floor.

then Darren walked away to leave andrew to get to the nurse office by himself.

when andrew got to the nurse office the doctor told him to lie on a bed then the doc handed him some green water and told andrew to drink it then the doc said "since you have broken some bones you have to wait here for 3 hours " then the doc said his name was Dylan and andrew replied " I'm andrew".
