Chapter 1 : Reborn as cannon fodder in otome games.

It been a couple of month, since Ren woke up in this place. Ren spent most of his time in the study rooms, reading and finding information of the world he had been reborn. Eventhough, he had problem on the begining cause the character and alphabet was different than what he had learn in his past life but he was able to get through it when his father start to teaching him how to write and read during his free times while his mother teach tell him the history of the Kingdom.

After manage to picks up a few words, the rest started to come easily and he ended learning every languange that his father and mother knew. He become a bookworms because of that he found out that he had been reborn in otome game 'The Red Strings' that his sister force him to play in the past life cause his sister said that it was famous games among teenager especially girls and the story line was great.Although,Ren felt sad towards the villaness Aeliana Irene Xenia Eldricks.

When he finish the last capture target route, he was given a side story explaining the reason villaness acted the way she did.It kind of odds that the game didn't explain it from the begining but he was happy to finally learn more about the villaness cause she was his favourite character.Her story was so sad,her mother died after giving birth to her and she was sent to orphange cause she had no father and relatives.

Her life at the orphange was horrible,she was force to do chores and other works.If she didn't do his job the caretaker will starve her or worst they would abused her but she manage to hold out untill she ten year old.She decide to run away after she find out the orphange director tried to sold her to a baron as his mistress.

But the director found out her plan, he order his worker to capture Aeliana but she was saved by the Count Eldricks knight and brought to the Count household as young miss of the house.She was happy cause she finally had a family but little did she knew that she had step in wolf den and worst than the orphange even his own maid dare to bullies her while her brother treat her as if she never exist but she always tried her hard to impress his parent and brother but they never pay attention to her.

Untill one day,a girl came and claim that she was the duke daughter and her name was Laurentia Anella Fillys Eldricks.All of the servant treat Laurentia better than they treat her while both brother and father doting on Laurentia.In the end of the route,Aeliana try to poison the Laurentia but was arrest by her own fiance while their engagement was broken infornt many people.Three day after that, she was beheaded and died in regret.

After learning Aeliana past,Ren felt nothing but pity for the villaness cause it not like she was evil since born but it all due to her bad life and had no one to express his feeling.She didnt had friends to spend time and her own fiance ignore her but when she found out that her fiance had fallen in love with his sister Laurentia,she snap and vent her anger by harrassing Laurentia.

But Ren identity was not that different than the villainess cause he was reincarnated as Micheal Finn O'Leary Linclon one of the cannonfodder who was deeply in love with the protagonist Laurentia but was rejected by her because of that he had kidnap Laurentia but he was caught and killed by the Crown Prince Adrian Aurav Dominicus Ceasar with the help of other capture target.

When Duke Alexander O'Graham Linclon found out that the Prince Adrian killed his son he rebel against the the King but didn't success cause he was subjugate and killed by the Prince Adrian while everyone in his house hold was killed by the royal army.After remembering the plot Ren felt sympathy that everyone of the Duke Linclon had died because of Micheal action.But he was grateful that he had reborn before the main plot started and he promise to himself that he would change his and the villainess fate.

The doctor does his check up regularly, Micheal condition had improve a lots. Currently,he was busy reading the history of this worlds.Apparently,there are multiple races in this worlds such as, a human,demon, vampire,beastmen,elf,fairy and more.Thanksfully,there no wars and all the races lived peacefull with each other.

When Micheal asked his parents, he learned that his father was a pure blood vampire while his mother was a human. That mean Micheal was a half-vampire and he also learn that his father was the Duke of the Kingdom.

After finish read up on each races, Micheal decide to read books of a magic. He learned from the books that everyone had mana but not everyone has an aptitude for magic.There are two way to find out if they had aptitude for magic by attend ceremony at the age of 5 or try a spell from each magic trees.

Currently, Micheal was 7 year olds buts he never attended the ceremony.His parents said that due to his weak body since he was child ,they had to declined the ceremony.They say the next ceremony will be held on his 8th birthday, since he was in coma after the incident on the lake when he was 6 year old.

These all the type of magic tree but there are one problem that is he need to speak a phrase to activate the magic but it was a drag to chant a long phrase to activate and it can give the enemy enough time to kill you.So Micheal decide to learn a chantless skill to improve his magic and save the time.There are less information about it but he decide to find it by himself.

Micheal decide to work hard to become stronger to change his fate and saving the villainess from her death flag but he didn't know why he felt uncomfortable with his feeling that something bad will happen in the future if he didnt strong enough.
