Resonance

In the land of Hot Water, 3 days after Sasuke left to look for Tsunade.

A relaxed Tsunade could be seen happily stretching her arms as she walked out of a hot spring. 'So good! This little town would be perfect if it wasn't for the lack of a place to gamble'.

As she kept walking she saw a group of kids ranging from 5 to 8 years old approx. She paused and focused on what they were doing.

Surprisingly, they were playing cards and gambling using coins. Tsunade's mind wavered for a second thinking if she should join them, but discarded this thought immediately.

'What am I thinking? How could the great Tsunade gamble with little kids, that would be too much bullying. Forget it, I'll just look for a place to have a good drink'.

~30 minutes later~

'This should be the place, I can feel the tracking seal close by, the problem is that it only marks the approximate place the target is, I need to improve it to be more precise...'

He walked towards the little town in which Tsunade is supposed to be. He walked towards the middle of the town and spread his soul force. 'There you are!'

He went to the place where he felt Tsunade's familiar chakra signature and was surprised by what he saw. There was a group of children playing cards and laughing at a particular child.

That child was a little girl of about 6 years, she had blond hair tied into two low ponytails, a cute face that was flushing because of anger.

"Again! this is all the money I have left, all or nothing, do you dare?!" Said the little girl to a black haired boy who was shuffling a deck of cards as she placed a stack of money.

"Why wouldn't I dare? You haven't won even a single time, so why would I reject the money you're giving me?" He answered with a smirk and the children at the side started making fun of the girl for being so bad at playing.

Sasuke was looking at the scene smiling in amusement. 'That's Tsunade for you, when it comes to gambling she even gets bullied by little children ahahahahah! I need to take a picture of this'.

"Stop laughing! I'll definitely win this time and you won't be able to laugh anymore! "

A minute later Tsunade walked away grudgingly, stomping her little feet in anger and mumbling "damn kid, I'm sure he was cheating! There's no way he could have won against me with my great gambling skills otherwise!".

What do I do about the money now? Those were all my savings... should I go back? No! There's no way I'll go back so soon, I can already picture the annoying expression on Sasuke's face'.

She then imagined Sasuke's face with a smirk saying "already back so soon? You missed me so much that you couldn't bear to stay away any longer?".

'On the other hand I really do miss him a little', when that thought crossed her mind she immediately shook her head, "no no no! What are you thinking Tsunade? he's way too young for you!"

"Who's too young for you? Tsunade-chan?", Sasuke who had been following her while hiding his presence decided to show himself at this moment.

The little Tsunade looked really comical as she stiffly turned her head like a robot, she had a disbelieving expression and her mind was in chaos.

' how did he find me? And how did he recognize me so easily? I haven't shown him this form of myself before... This damn monster!'

Her mind working in overdrive, she decided to play ignorance, "who are you talking to, mister?"

Listening to the sweet and innocent tone of voice, Sasuke almost died of sweetness, but for the purpose of unmasking her, he shuddered and showed a creeped out face.

Tsunade, seeing his reaction lashed out, "what's with that reaction you dammed brat?! my child acting is the best!, you should be smiling like an idiot for seeing such a cute little girl, not creeped out!"

Then she realized she had been tricked when she saw him smirking with a triumphant face, she widened her cute eyes and shouted while pointing at him with her little hand.

"You tricked me! How dare you?!" She started hitting his stomach and Sasuke laughed seeing how adorable she looked while doing this.

Hearing him laughing so hard, little Tsunade put more strength into her punch and Sasuke's body bent like ">", he fell to his knees gasping for air.

"OK I'm sorry, I'll invite you to a meal just stop hitting! " Sasuke hurried to apologize seeing how she was raising her fists to continue.

~humph~"it's good that you've learned your lesson! Now let's go, I'm starving and penniless, so you'll be my wallet from now on!"

After a short walk, they entered one of the few restaurants in this little town, which only receives visitors because of it's hot springs.

They ordered their meals and Sasuke decided to start talking, seeing how little Tsunade kept pouting at him. "I came to take you back, will you come with me?"

"Not coming!" She said crossing her arms and humphing. "Did you know that you look really cute when you act all grumpy?" He teased.

"Lolicon! Pervert! Asshole!"

"Oi Oi Oi! If I am a lolicon then you are a shotacon, since I'm way younger than you!" Sasuke couldn't help but blurt out.

Tsunade's face was filled with black lines hearing him say that. "You tricked me to do it and took advantage of my maiden heart!".

"I'll take responsibility for what I did", " you better do!" Then Tsunade paused a bit, looked at the smirking face of Sasuke and realized she had been tricked again.

"Damn lowlife! Stop tricking me!".

"If I don't trick you then you'll probably end up spending your life alone and that would be such a tragedy, don't you think so?"

She kept pouting and ignored him. It was only when the food arrived that her face brightened a bit.

After eating a sumptuous meal, Tsunade was showing a content face that suited her current childish appearance perfectly.

Sasuke felt like an uncle tricking a little girl with food 'what am I thinking?'.

"Are you happy now?" He was smiling seeing the content expression on her little face.

"Pretty much! but I would be happier with a few drinks" she reached her little hand toward his and tried to put a seductive expression "how about you buy me a drink so we can have a heart to heart chat ~wink wink~"

From a third person point of view this scene looked so wrong...

Sasuke was going to say something when he suddenly felt a jolt once her hand touched his.

It wasn't something physical, but more like a jolt in his soul, as if his soul and whatever he just felt had some kind of resonance.

He was dumfounded because he kind of knew what it was instinctively. His face showed a myriad of emotions; afraid, excitement, happiness, nervousness; it was the first time he reacted so strongly towards something.

He had a frown on his face, thinking on what to say to Tsunade. Seeing him frown, Tsunade urged him,"it can't be that you don't want to treat this lady to a drink? How can you resist the charms of such a beautiful girl?"

The she put a shocked face and said "no, it can't be! You are gay?! Why didn't you say it earlier?!".

Sasuke finally reacted and shouted "I'm not gay!, do you need me to prove it to you again?! And no alcohol for you, you are forbidden from drinking from now on!"

They were so absorbed in their little world that they hadn't noticed that everyone in the restaurant were paying attention to their quarrel.

Sasuke had already been labeled as a pedophile and people were looking at him in disgust.

"Who are you to stop me from drinking?! Stop acting as if you were my husband!" She snapped at him angrily.

"So you won't honour your bet?", " we didn't set a time limit, so I have all the time in the world to pay my debt" Tsunade put a crafty smile.

Seeing her crafty looks, Sasuke knew he couldn't win on this, so he pulled out his triumph card, "but I'm the father of your child, and as such, I have the rights to prevent you from damaging him\her!".

'~humph!~ let's see how you counter now!' He thought with a smug face.
