Plot Hole Fixings( You may or may not read)

Some things really don't make sense in Naruto. There might be absurd reasons to justify those 'plot holes' but I don't like them in my story. So you can assume my story as AU.

And I am going to fix them.

1. Impure Reincarnation:

How does it make sense to have INFINITE Chakra?

If that was possible, everyone could just do it.. Or the ones that became very old can do it. You are practically immortal. Even Madara could've done it on himself before he died. And there won't be any story at all!!

And when he is revived by Impure Reincarnation, he is all young and energetic. Shouldn't he be old like Chiyo was when she was revived?

If they have immortal body with infinite chakra, they can destroy the whole world. Just keep a big Jutsu going on. You have infinite chakra, right?

FIX: Therefore, someone who has been revived with Impure Reincarnation will have immortal body, only one third of their total Chakra capacity when they died, and high chakra regeneration. Also, it is a VERY DIFFICULT jutsu to learn unlike in canon where Orochimaru says, "It is not even that difficult".

Izanagi: Honestly, this is just dumb. If they can change the reality, then just change the reality in a way that even after using the Jutsu, your eye is still intact and working. Congratulations. You just became a reality warper!!

FIX: Izanagi can only change your destiny of ' dying ' to ' not dying '. And the eye can no longer be used. Also, the eye socket is not a bulb socket. You can never use that socket too. So basically, two extra lives for two OP eyes. That itself is very useful.

Even with this fix, there can be some loopholes, but it's a little bit better.

Nature Transformation: There are some inconsistent parts that make it misunderstand. So, we will already establish that Chakra can be used to create elements AND manipulate the already existing elements in nature.

Combined elemental nature can be performed if one fulfills certain conditions, at least theoretically.

Technology: The technology is very inconsistent. They have chambers to alter someone's DNA but don't have vehicles.

FIX: This will be explained as a part of the story. Go ahead and read it.

Mangekyou/Eternal: The only known current method that changes Mangekyou to Eternal Mangekyou is only possible after a few conditions are fulfilled. They are

a. The person should already have his own Mangekyou.

b. He should use the Mangekyou to most extent thereby making the eyes go blind.

c. The new eyes that he gets replaced with should also be Mangekyou eyes.{Like Itachi or Izuna}

d. When having replaced,the eyes that are being replaced must have been deactivated to normal ones. If instead of being deactivated, they are activated or in Mangekyou form, they will remain like that Mangekyou and turn into Eternal Mangekyou.

FIX: Not much. Just that it is possible with other methods.

** The topics of the three Academy Jutsu is also sometimes like a plot hole. This will also be discussed in the story.
