A/N: Once again, to those who don't know, this story will revolve around 3 topics.

1. A different Sasuke,[Not an edge lord, not an emo, not full of vengeance]

2. Sasuke becoming overpowered, and

3. Sasuke unraveling the concept of powers and Chakra.

The canon won't start until at least 15 chapters or so because Sasuke will be doing a lot of things before Canon begins. Remember! This Sasuke will seek vengeance. But it is not his main goal!!! It is only a side quest. This Sasuke is rational, logical, and A GOOD person. He will try to save the world like Itachi, Nagato or other life-giving people tried to do. If you like it, you can stay, and if you don't like it, even then you can stay because you get to see a new Sasuke, right?

3rd POV

Although Sasuke was strengthening his willpower and Mind for the past three months, he never approached the dark areas in his head.

The memories of the night of the Massacre. Whenever he remembered them, he forced himself free from those memories and thoughts by doing some work or distracting himself with something.

It was as if he was subconsciously diverting his mind away from them. Seriously, having such thoughts was very unhealthy for his mind. But, it is an actual incident that happened to him. No matter what, he can't change that right now. He can't escape it either.

He can only accept it fully. The moment he accepts is the moment his mind will change. For better or for worse. All that depends on Sasuke's willpower and how he accepts it.

The only thing was 'Acceptance'. He needs to embrace those dark memories. He needs to embrace those memories, and still be the current Sasuke he is now. If he gives in, he will surely be inclined towards becoming an edge lord.

But his mind was afraid. Afraid of that night. Itachi surely did his job well.

"Damn it!" He was physically showing the symptoms of fear when he tries to remember that night.

'Did Itachi have to make it like this? It clearly is working. My mind is in turmoil.'

"Huuuh. This isn't working." It would probably take some time for him to come to terms with it. All he can do is try every day to overcome his fears.

Do note that his Chakra control was already very good. If he maintains his growth in chakra control same for the next few years, it will be easy for him to learn Medical Ninjutsu without any effort. Although, he will probably learn it way early.

But he wasn't interested in that. `He wants to completely dominate the chakra. Chakra should listen to him. It should change shape to his will, it should change its form, or properties and completely morph according to his thoughts.` That was the level he wanted to achieve. And that too without any cheats.

Coming back from his thoughts, he recalled his time with his new and only friend, Lee.

*Flashback - A few weeks ago*

Sasuke was reading about new cooking recipes while taking a stroll in the park. This part of the park was not popular with ninja kids as it was a bit away from the academy.

"Sasuke-kun!" someone shouted. Looking towards Lee, he saw that Lee certainly had a shitty hairstyle. It doesn't get better with those round eyes.

" You should probably change your hairstyle. It is abysmal. "

"Abys- what?"

"It is very bad. You won't get a girlfriend at this rate."

"W-What are you saying? My grandma said that girls are bad. And she likes my hairstyle."

'Whatever. He probably won't listen until he gets to puberty.'

"Whatever. So, what are all these scrolls?", I asked looking at the scrolls in his hand.

"After what you said, I started looking through those things in the Taijutsu section. As you said, there are a lot of topics in it."

"They allowed you in there. Wait. You're in your 4th year, right?"

"Yeah. You get a library pass for the Jutsu section of the library from your 4th year of the Academy.", Lee said.

"And what about your medical report? Did you bring it?" I asked.

After looking at the report, I understood that there wasn't much to it. Apparently, it wasn't rare to have such an issue. Though, what is rare is that someone not giving up after their options are practically seized.

The obvious examples were Might Duy and Might Guy and now, Rock Lee. Lee wanted to show that one could become a Ninja even without Ninjutsu and Genjutsu.

Now comes the question, why only Ninjutsu and Genjutsu? Why not any jutsu altogether?

The reason is that his Chakra destabilizes very quickly. As if it doesn't want to listen to its owner after moving away from a certain distance. This means some ninjutsu should still be POSSIBLE.

So, to make Lee get stronger much earlier, he would force Lee to do things he doesn't like. Or any kid for that matter. That is sitting down at a place for a long time.

He made Lee at least get better at things like studying, and tactics. Albeit, he was a lot dumb. He also made him practice the leaf sticking technique and advanced versions where he would stick multiple leaves or rotating leaves, etc.

With this, Lee's path was set.

*Flashback-End*

In the meantime, Sasuke kept getting stronger every day. Although he didn't spend much time on body conditioning, 2 to 3 hours was enough. He had choices unlike Lee and, unlike Naruto, he doesn't have a shit ton of Chakra or a sugar momma who gives Chakra for keeping it within you or a good regeneration factor.

Seriously, being Naruto had more advantages instead of Sasuke. But, Naruto is always monitored and can't leave the village being the Jinchuuriki of Konoha. And instead of a pedo snake, he would have to be careful about a whole group of S-Rank Ninjas.

Even then, him having better genes, his Chakra was not abysmal. In fact, he felt like he had more than enough. Maybe it was because he is a transmigrator, he could make 2 to 3 shadow clones on a good day while having chakra for daily training.

At first, Sasuke thought that a shadow clone would need way more Chakra but remembered that Itachi, at the age of 7, sent his clone to Academy.[A/N: Currently, Sasuke doesn't know that Indra's soul shard was also mixed in during the soul merging.]

The shadow clones every day try to stealthily gather information from brokers, traders, and businessmen. Mostly about the technology Sasuke needs. He needed a PC with a high-performance processor. But, maybe it was wishful thinking.

All he found out was that technological information was very secretive to their own countries.

"Oh yeah. This is not the modern world." Honestly, it was one weird combination. At least that's what he thought. The reason for very less advancement in certain branches of technology was....paranoia! Ninjas are crazily paranoid. And advancement means going into the Unknown.

"I guess I have to adjust to whatever I can find." He thought about waiting for a while and creating his AI in much better conditions but time doesn't wait for him.

His biggest advantage is that he knows the future, and if he changes things before they become too much of a problem, he can reap some rewards.

'The Naruto Movies are also included in this World.' He knew that easily after knowing about Yukigakure, Hoshigakure, Roran, etc. Now he needs to know whether fillers are included too. Too bad he doesn't remember them much.

"I wonder if I can get my own Chakra battery.", Sasuke was thinking along the lines of Movies. There were weird things like Ryumaku, some kind of rock emitting radiation, oh, and also that Reibi, the Zero Tails.

It should not be that hard for him to suppress any Tailed Beast as he has Mangekyou and with enough experience, he could probably get a Bijuu for himself.

"I still didn't check my abilities till now."

Yes. He still didn't bother to check his Mangekyou abilities till now because of two reasons. When his Mangekyou awakened, he didn't instinctively receive any information on what abilities he has.

Sasuke also knows that any ability he activates, if it is dangerous, might cause problems. It might be a space-time ability, or something like Amaterasu, or some hard-to-release Genjutsu. His proficiency in Sharingan is great but not the best. Also, he doesn't have enough chakra to use it properly.

So he decided that he won't use the Mangekyou properly until at least the next 2 years or until he feels strong enough.

Unfortunately for Sasuke, if he had any idea about his Mangekyou abilities, he would be willing to dance naked in the middle of the village for how broken the abilities were compared to Canon abilities. That's how useful they were.[A/N: You can make guesses on the abilities. Also, you can suggest some cool Japanese names for the abilities.]

The main change that happened in the past few weeks was that Naruto got back to his previous self, the boisterous and noisy persona.

Except Sasuke could see it. The way Naruto executed his pranks, the way he talked everything was calculated. This was scary and amazing at the same time. Still. Sasuke took his time on forming a profile of Naruto.

"Haah." This was a little bit annoying to be like a stuck-up Uchiha. He just wanted to get done with becoming super strong easily and relax a little but this was the Shinobi world.

The typical Uchiha 'Hn' and 'Hnn' were the only language he spoke in the class.

Fast Forward - 9 months

[Rasengan]! Sasuke slammed the Rasengan he formed within a tenth of a second.

*BAM* The spiraling chakra grooved out a clean spherical shape in the stem of the tree.

"Hmm. Not bad." This level of proficiency in using Rasengan like that was crazy. But Sasuke was, like always, not satisfied.

He wanted to create a Rasengan on the tip of his fingers. On the edge of his elbow. on his feet, ankles, or knees. Everywhere there are tenketsu, he should be able to create a Rasengan. That is the level of proficiency he wants.

Even though his current proficiency was not to the level of Minato or Jiraiya, he was getting there. It has only been 3 months since he was investing in it.

'Even if this was supposed to be the highest form of shape transformation, it really isn't.' Technically, there is no highest when it comes to shaping as anyone can get creative enough to use. But he could make some practice method out of it.

And that is what he did. He asked for a blacksmith to make a lot of shaped objects. From simple 2d shapes to complex 3d ones. Sasuke's task was to completely coat the chakra inside and outside that particular shape.

This type of practice did help him quite a bit in learning the Rasengan quickly. Maybe Minato should have made the learning method have more steps in it.

Feeling that was enough shaping for today, he went back to Kenjutsu training. In the past, a lot of Kenjutsu users were there, but after the villages were created, the users declined rapidly.

The Uchiha were truly the cheat. Because of Sharingan, they could copy various styles. And now, Sasuke will benefit from all the hard work of other Uchihas.

Either way, Sasuke believes that basics are the most important. And here he is, practicing basics although he is not the best at it. To be fair, it has only been a week since he started at it.

1...2...3... and he continued the downward slash training with a bokken for around 2 hours. In the middle, he would use a shadow clone to observe his posture with a Sharingan and receive its memories.

Shadow clones.

The cheat that allowed Naruto to catch up with others. This should be the goto jutsu to learn for every ninja with a large chakra reserve.

The main reason it was not used for training is because of its side effects. After 'asking' some Chunin why they don't use that method, they told that it was because using clones for cramming large data would induce headaches that were too much to handle, and sometimes there would be memory overlaps and the original would even forget something happened in those intervals.

This showed that it was not an absolute cheat. One way to mitigate that problem was to have a Nine-Tailed Kitsune sealed in your stomach that would help in not only reducing those headaches, but any types of aches. Safe to say, it wasn't available for everyone.

Another method would be to very proficient in Mind arts. That's right. Sasuke, after grueling 9 months of continuous mental exercises was able to achieve a stage where he could access his Mindscape. When he accessed it, he was happy, surprised, shocked, sad, and determined all at the same time.

Happy because he finally achieved something novel. Surprised because of the way his Mindscape was. It was like patches of reality stuck together. Some parts had cracks in them. Some parts had holes. Overall, it was a vast desert with a night view full of stars.

Looking at the cracks and holes, he was determined to solve this problem. He knows there is something he will achieve after completely mending his mind.

By willing, he was able to come out of his Mindscape to the real world. Now a new task has been added to the list of daily grind.

For the past 9 months, not only was he able to find some new avenues for tech products, he found people with knowledge. The knowledge that he didn't bother to obtain in his other life properly.

When it comes to technology, the information available to the public was very less. They could access some comforts but not the knowledge and information. He wanted deep knowledge of Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical, and Material sciences and Engineering.

Though they were not available under those categories specifically, he was able to find people with such knowledge.

In his past life, he studied computer sciences, which too mostly on the software side, and ignored other branches of technology. All he was was a normal person with above-average intelligence.

But now, he is capable of learning things much faster with high intelligence, a Cheatingan, and Shadow clones. The only problem for him was to make contact with those tech experts as the best ones were not available in the village but throughout the whole Fire country.

But Sasuke is in no hurry.

He also has other priorities like honing his Fuinjutsu skills, delving deeper into Ninjutsu creation, and spying on others. More importantly, he made a few base plans to make others stronger. Well, except for Naruto.

Naruto, being the fanfic MC is getting stronger steadily. With my sensing ability, it was easy to find out. But even more so, Sasuke was a little bit worried about him as someone with high intelligence, and low wisdom is a recipe for disaster. 'Hopefully, Ashura's soul doesn't let him go to the dark side.'

As it has been over a year since his transmigration, Sasuke thought back to what he accomplished in a year. His biggest accomplishment was that he was able to conquer his mind. His Sharingan proficiency is astounding.

For the past 9 months, he started using Genjutsu with Sharingan on people. A lot of people. Firstly, he experimented on common folks, then moved towards some genin, and even a few chunin later on. Different ways of applying Genjutsu, mind control, and memory erasure, etc.

Lee was someone who mostly had to spend time on physical training and Chakra control. Naruto didn't have to worry about how problematic would overtraining be as he was an Uzumaki and a Jinchuriki. Any after-effects would wear off later on.

But Sasuke wanted everything. He was greedy. He wanted to be a Master of All. But he has less chakra and has to properly plan his training.

Nevertheless, he did so, and it bore results. He can finally experiment with new things as his basics were all covered. He wanted to create different fuinjutsu ideas he had in mind.

For the past few weeks, Naruto was showing little signs of jealousy towards Sasuke. Obviously, Sasuke noticed this and formed some theories on his own.

'If Naruto was mature enough, he wouldn't feel jealous. But that is not the case. He is almost like the same young Naruto from canon who was jealous of Sasuke except this Naruto has extra intelligence and more cunning behavior.'

Sasuke noticed that Naruto was using Sasuke's popularity as a cover to get any attention away from him. Though it only happened a few times. Even on today's field day, when Sasuke had a spar against him, Naruto almost caught Sasuke off guard.

'That was not something a goofy, uneducated 9-year-old should be able to think. But his soul is still young. And the other old soul that got attached to him has not done any type of merging.'

"Then this is the only conclusion for now." That soul was either teaching Naruto in his mindscape or providing him with knowledge and some experience in the form of memories. The latter seems likely as Naruto's seal shouldn't be leaking out any Kyuubi's chakra. So he can't enter into the mindscape.

"If Naruto has knowledge, that means.....", Sasuke had to keep an eye on him probably. 'I don't know if Naruto will unlock some kind of Kekkei Genkai of his clan. A lot of fanfics revolve around that.'

While having those thoughts, Sasuke arrived at Ino's flower shop. He had somewhat come to terms with those memories, new life, new people, etc. Now that he was done, he wanted to offer some flowers and pray for his family.
