13 The Elsian Kingdom

It's been 13 days since Shu entered the village, and if you asked a villager what they thought of him, they'd simply reply with

"He's a nice kid"

Shu was playful, kind, and energetic. Every time he saw a villager in some sort of predicament or if they had trouble picking up a heavy box, he'd simply walk over to them and help them out, he didn't need anyone to tell him to do so, he just found it fun to help people, besides it was getting quite boring in that village, he wanted to do something, something fun, but what he considered fun was fighting, and I everyone in the village wasn't nearly strong enough to fight him so he was quite bored.

Shu was walking through the village roads looking for something to do until he heard someone call out for him

"Hey, Shu!!"

Yelled a boy as he ran towards Shu while waving his hand from left to right

"Oh, what's wrong Oliver?"

Shu questioned while tuning to the boy

"Huff..huff, Miss Ayami, huff huff, Miss Ayami said we're going to attack the Elsian Kingdom and she said we needed your help"

Oliver said with difficulty as he breathed heavily

"For real!?, haha, finally!"

Shu yelled while holding Oliver by his shirt's collar

"Where is she?"

Shu questioned while looking down at Oliver

"She's at the training field"

Said Oliver and as soon as he did Shu leaped up into the air, creating a crater and leaving a gust of wind behind

"Woah what the hell!!"

Oliver yelled while holding onto Shu's arm tightly

"Hey, stop that, it's annoying"

Shu said while trying to push him off of his arm as Oliver simply held on tighter beginning to scream realizing how high in the air they were

"No no, please I'm gonna die if I fall!!"

Oliver screamed while holding onto Shu's sleeves

"Fine whatever"

Shu replied while landing on the training field, sliding through the ground for a few seconds stopping behind Ayami who was giving a speech to warriors in the field

"Oh, you found him, Oliver"

Ayami said while Oliver simply nodded getting off of Shu's beginning to vomit in a corner

"Oliver said we were gonna fight against the Elsian Kingdom already! is that true? if so when do we start?"

Shu questioned while walking over to Ayami with a gigantic grin on his face

"No, we're not, we'll just be sending in some spies"

Ayami replied while placing her hands on her hips as Shu's smile slowly disappeared

"Wait, then why did Oliver say we were going to fight?"

Questioned Shu while his expression became one of boredom

"Because if he said otherwise you wouldn't have come"

Ayami replied while walking over to him, to then proceed and grab his hand

"Anyway, come on, you've been chosen to join the spy team"

Said Ayami while waving her hand at a woman who would simply nod while holding onto a man's shirt pulling him as she walked over to Ayami

"Alright Shu, meet Jenna and Mikey"

Said Ayami while the two turned to look at Shu, they seemed to be twins, both of them had blonde hair, the same blue eyes, and pale skin

"Woah!!, they look so much alike!"

Shu shouted in excitement at the fact that he was learning something new as he then proceeded to walk over to the two, walking all around them analyzing all their body parts before walking to Ayami's side with a curious expression

"Well of course they look alike, they're twins. Anyway, that's not the point, you're joining them on this mission. I doubt you know anything about spying, considering you're so god damm loud but, you are one of our strongest warriors if not the strongest in our village, so having you protect our spies just in case something happens is the best thing you can do, also, please keep yourself in check, I would like to go myself but they know who I am already, in the other hand you're new to the village so having you go is the best option for us at the moment"

Ayami explained, causing Shu to sigh as he then proceeded to place his hands behind his head

"But weren't the guys in the cube stronger than me?"

Shu questioned while Ayami just stared at him for a few seconds before taking in a deep breath, exhaling right after

"Yes, they are, but we can't just send our hidden cards right into the enemy's battlefield, besides, they protect my mother, the village chief, it's their job to do so"

Ayami explained while Shu simply sighed, dropping the argument before moving his hands away from his head

"Well, I'm guessing you have no more questions"

Said Ayami while looking at Shu, who simply nodded, while the twins watched

"Well, it's nice doing work with you Shu, I heard so much about you lately, every fighter in our village has been talking greatly about you, they said you took down one of our commanders with just a kick, that's amazing, oh and I'm Mikey by the way"

Said the man while walking over to Shu holding his hand tightly as he bowed his head slightly

"Commander? what's that?"

Shu questioned, while Mikey simply smiled

"Oh right, I forgot, you don't know the rankings for our small military group yet. Well, let's just say, commander, is quite a high rank, and you took one down with ease, people have begun to call you the Unranking Admiral"

Mikey explained while Shu simply tilted his head in confusion

"When did I take down a Commander?"

Shu questioned as he raised an eyebrow as Mikey and Jenna began to laugh

"Oh right, I forgot to tell you, the guy you took out, Meriots, was one of our commanders"

Interrupted Ayami while Shu scratched the back of his head trying to remember who they were talking about

"Yeah, believe it or not, that guy can bring down a forest with just a swing of his sword"

Added Jenna entering the conversation

"The enemy calls him The Butcher, that makes me wonder, what title do you think the enemy will give you?"

Mikey questioned while holding Shu's hand even tighter while his eyes sparkled

"I think they'd call him Speed Demon or something, considering how freaking fast he is"

Said, Jenna while closing into Shu's face along with her brother

"Alright that's enough"

Ayami interrupted once more while grabbing the twins by their heads pushing them back as Shu chuckled, finding the situation funny.

After that was over, the three soon-to-be spies began to get ready. Packing up some food as well as clothes and weapons, of course, Shu just prepared a bag of food and clothes, not wanting to use any weapons.

Once that was done, a carriage was given to them by the craftsmen in the village, using a gigantic red and blue dog to pull it instead of a horse. So, the trip began, it didn't take them long to get to the kingdom, at most, it would have taken them 2 hours, but since Shu requested none stop food breaks, it took them an additional 2 more hours to get to their destination

"Alright, Shu, listen"

Said Mikey while Jenna took the carriage to a gigantic gate, with one guard at each side of the gate, carriages kept entering the gates none, and it was about to be their turn

"So, we do not have official IDs to enter the place, and if we wish to get some, we'd have to go to the center of the kingdom and get an ID, which could be pretty risky for us, so Jenna and I made these"

Mikey explained while handing Shu a small square plastic-like paper, with his name and birth date information , which was January 6th, Year 1218

"Hey, how did you get my birth information? Also, my Name's Shu Himura not Shu Hellgard"

Shu questioned while looking at the car with a bit of confusion

"Well we can't give them our actual names and about your birth date, let's just say it's part of my ability, anyway, hand the guard that card when he asks you for your Identification"

Mikey explained as it eventually became their turn. The carriage stopped in front of the gate as one of the guards looked up at Mikey, Jenna, and Shu

"Identification please"

Said the guard with a deep voice as Mikey and Jenna smiled, giving him their own version of the card they gave Shu, while Shu simply tilted his head and did the same, causing the guard to nod as he moved aside

"All good, move on"

Said the guard, giving the three of them access to the kingdom, making Mikey smile as the carriage began to move

"Alright, so I brought some money with me, first we need to get shelter, then try to fit into the environment, since Shu is pretty strong, I think they would easily accept him into the military force or the Academy"

Explained Jenna while Mikey wrote down what she was saying

"Alright, so Shu, you'll be applying for the Academy"

Jenna ordered while turning to look at Shu, who was not there

"Sorry Jenna, but that huge building caught my attention!"

Said Shu while jumping on top of a house, beginning to leap on top of other ones, heading towards a huge building, it was so huge it looked like a castle, its main color was white with red designs on it

"Well he's heading for the academy already so I guess we'll meet him there"

Mikey said with a small chuckle as Jenna simply sighed
