Samruddhi an Apartment for sale with Ground plus 3 storied,planned and started building in Rural area of India without a penny in hand, It took 1 year for deciding who is competent authority by Govt for approving plans . Myself pushed Govt authority to get one competent authority. Started construction, took finance from bank to complete the building. Got burden of interest on finance .Got the approval and sold out the units cleared debt.Project is at loss Tried hard to modify the policy of the development in that area with Govt.Got amended approval for furthur 8 more units.Again reconstruction done with approval, All debt cleared and now relaxed planning for peaceful handing over to purchasers.
