Chapter 2

**RING RING**

I groaned snuggling my face closer in what thought was a pillow.

**RING RING**

I groaned again not wanting to get up to investigate the ringing.

"Princess you might wanna get up" I heard a voice say.

I sat up quick and turned my head to see Kai looking at me with his head perched on his hand.

"Morning princess" he said

"Morning" i said with a nervous chuckle as i reached to grab my phone off the coffee table.

I open my phone to see multiple missed calls from my mom. All the tiredness I felt immediately went away as fear struck over me.

"Princess" he said

I snapped out of it and looked up at him, now realising hes standing in front of me.

"Yes i replied"

"Im gonna make us some breakfast, you can go lay down in my room" he said

I nod my head and walk to the room.

I flop on the bed deciding to call my mom now.

**phone call**

Saiye- hello

Mom- why haven't you answered my calls

Saiye- i literally just woke up ma

Mom- when are you coming home?

Saiye- i don't know

Mom- bye

**mom hangs up**

I let out a deep breath I didn't know I was holding and flop down on my back. I eventually decided to just sleep some more.

A while later I woke up when I heard clinking sounds, I slid out of the bed with the blanket wrapped tightly around me. I walked out of the bed room and headed towards where I heard the noise. I ended up in the kitchen and I saw Kai cooking some food.

Shouldn't he be done by now" i thought in my head

His back was facing me, he was shirtless and I had a great view of his back. His back muscles flexed with every move he made, it was almost hypnotic in a way.

I snapped myself out my thoughts and decided to say something.

"Hey" I said

"Hey gorgeous" he said as he turned facing me, as he scraped some eggs onto a plate.

He looked at me and noticed I was wearing his blanket.

"I'm still cooking so you can take a shower, the towels and washcloths are in the closet. You can borrow my clothes too. I will have the food ready when u come out." He said

I nodded my head and went to walk back to the room but before I could he came from behind the counter and slipped his arm around my waist. He placed his chin on my shoulder and planted a kiss on my neck. Goosebumps rose on my skin as he let me go and walked back around the counter. I finally got to the room and shut the door, I unwrapped the blanket from my body and I grabbed a towel and washcloth from the closet. I walked in the bathroom and turned the water on until it was steaming, I stepped into the shower and let the hot water run down my back.

I finally finished showering and threw on one of Kai's shirts, it was long enough to cover my butt so I decided not to put any bottoms on.

I walked out the room into the living room and saw Corpse sitting at the table. He turned around and saw me.

"Hey gorgeous" Kai said as he got up and walked over to me.

I smiled in reply, he took my hand and led me to the table.

"Sit down and get comfortable I will bring you a plate" he said

I nodded and sat down.

After a couple of minutes he came back with two plates and set one in front of me.

"Wow this looks really good Kai" I said

"Thanks princess, eat up" he replied

We finally finished eating and corpse was washing the dishes.

I was sitting on the couch watching some cartoons on the tv.

"Hey Saiye, there's something I wanna ask you" corpse

said as he dried his hands and walked over to me.

"What's up?" I said, muting the TV and giving him my full attention.

"I was thinking about what you told me, about your life" he said

I nodded my head signaling him to continue.

"i was planning to get away from here, and i wanted to know if you'd run away with me" he said

"honestly that doesn't sound so bad" I replied

He walked up to me and stood in front of me, he bent down and picked me up in his arms.

"Guess we have some packing to do princess" he said as his thumb rubbed my cheek.

I smiled in response and laid my head in the crook of his neck. I placed a kiss there and another behind his ear.

"Princess" he breathlessly whispered in my ear as he gave my ass a squeeze

I placed another kiss behind his ear out of curiosity for what he would do. I suddenly got all this confidence out of no where.

"Princess" he said again but this time his time it was like he was warning me.

"Kai" I mocked him

"Don't mock me princess, we have packing to do and you need to send that little boyfriend of yours a breakup text". He said as he put me back down.

He walked back towards the bed room and I followed him with a pout on my face.

We finally got done packing and I sat down on the bed.

Kai walked out the room with his keys saying he was going to the store. I wasn't really paying attention because I was in a daze when the reality of the situation finally hit me.

"How am I gonna break the news to my bf" I thought

"I mean we never even met anyway"

"Hell he barely even replies to me"

"He's so insecure"

"He doesn't even make an effort in our relationship"
