Worried and lost

Hunter grew worried as time passed. The man witnessed the thunderstorms becoming heavier, and wind howling louder with each passing moment.

From a distance, he could make out the 2 dragons forming a tornado, moving in circular motion as if getting ready for a fight. The rest of the flood dragons tried to hold both of them back but was too weak to apprehend the two of them.

Unbeknownst to the onlookers, the two dragons with red and blue scales were squabbling over a lost dragon egg.

"How can you be so careless! It's our baby you know! You heartless man, you know how precious our baby is and you just left it by the church when you could have look after yourself!" Cried the dragon with fuming lightnings flashing underneath her dragon scales.

"You crazy woman, you rather endanger the life of our baby by bringing it up in the skies! If it falls, who knows what will happen!" The male dragon roared out in angry defense. His scales shimmer in metallic silver, clanging heavily producing flashes of lightning in the sky.

"So you are saying this is all my fault!!!" The female dragon roared towards the hemisphere, and a strong strike of purple lightning strike down towards the earth.

The ground shook! Every civilian was frightened by the scene. No one understood dragon language except for the high ranking historians but even them had difficulty deciphering the nuances of the language. On the other hand, dragons are wise and are able to communicate in various languages.

Hunter, having studied ancient languages, could roughly understand 30% of what they say. Although, he was not well verse in the arts of dragon speech, he was able to comprehend the context in the scenario.

Before he could interrupt the flood dragons, a talisman flew into his house slipping pass the silver window grills and landed on him.

"Hmm? What is this" the clueless man tore off the talisman to have a look.

The talisman took but a second to activate. A magic circle glowed underneath Hunter.

!!!!

As the light from the magical circle grew brighter, the surroundings warped into a different place. The only constant was Hunter.

"Where am I?"
