Leroy has asked Ye Feng information about constructing a city.

There was two main obstacles when building one.

The first was the huge amount of materials, one had to gather lots of them, some were rare drops from level 50 large scale team dungeons, while others could only be found on super large scale team dungeons, with a team of 100 players.

The second obstacle would be the required Gold Coins. This, Leroy already knew, the cost of it was something that not even Super Guilds could pay in their current state.

This all would require a lot of effort and time, for Leroy the gold coins were not a problem, the materials, however, were not easy to obtain and most guilds were not willing to sell them easily.

Even so, it as much better than owning a town.

A town was not something players could create, it had a fixed location and their population was low.

A city instead, could be built in any location, any person with a working brain would choose a location rich in resources. A city's population was much higher than a town's too.

After constructing a city, one would have of defend it from the attacks of other guilds, this was the tricky part.

Even with the Dream Chaser Team's strength, their numbers were too low, it was practically impossible to protect the city like that.

Because of this, he showed Ye Feng the City Building Order.

Needless to say, Ye Feng never imagined that a player would obtain one so fast, but when thinking of Sensations's standards, he found it more reasonable.

They reached an agreement, Zero Wing would protect the city and help it's development. Ye Feng would provide information about the necessary materials and more. In exchange Zero Wing would own 10% of the city's share.

Altough it seemed a little too low, the true was that a city's income was huge, on the other hand, other than information, Leroy could solve other problems on his own.

He simply couldn't trust the city protection to Zero Wing, they were having a hard time against some Red Players on Stone Forest Town, protecting a city would be a joke.

He needed to recruit more people to his team, enough to provide large amounts of materials.

On the other hand he could attract many players with a few techniques and high end equipment.

That would make it even more easier to obtain resources from dungeons.

It's not like he would grind all the materials anyway, with his money printing machine, he could buy the most common materials from large guilds of other empires through Black Wing City.

However, Ye Feng explained the need for towers in a city.

Such a towers were not just necessary for protecting the city, they also increases the mana density, attracting more players.

Managing a city wasn't easy, but he was sure that Elise and Felicity would make it work like a charm.

Thinking about Felicity, it should be time for her to arrive soon.

Still, she would move to the room in front of his.

Thinking about the future of his plans, he first needed to nurture a large amount of people, that meant to expend high amount of money. Then he would need a lot for the city.

He also needed to improve his levels and obtain equipment so that the team could grind things faster in the future.

Not just any team could clear a large scale dungeon.

As for level 50 dungeons, currently no one has cleared one, even in Normal Mode.

It was strictly necessary because he also needed blueprints for the buildings like a battle arena or the Auction House.

Different from other city building orders, his could only be created in a neutral map, outside of the jurisdiction of the empire.

Neutral maps were usually rich in resources but the level of monsters were high too.

Knowing what he had to do, he started making money and also started recruiting.

He would only recruit people that passed the sixth floor of the trial towers, where players tested their combat standards.

He could've set the requirements higher but what he needed was numbers. He also announced that those who signed a contract would obtain combat techniques.

Almost everyone understood the importance of combat techniques, this offer was enough to tempt anyone. Even more so, Leroy's reputation also attracted other people.

Even tough he didn't participate in pvp battles, everyone still remembered his ridiculous combat power.

The new team members would enter Zero Wing but would only follow the Dream Chaser Team orders.

It didn't take long for many people to apply to join, even if experts of the sixth floor were rare.

Leroy didn't care as much for their current combat standards, those who signed the contract would improve their standards quickly with the combat techniques. While those who didn't signed the contract would find themselves being surpassed.

Besides making money with gemstones or materials, he also had potion recipes to sell.

And he even had the Starfire Potion, currently, even him didn't consume it. He didn't know if the potion would affect just his curremt attributes or it would increase them at any time.

If it was the latter, he could easily sell it by at least one thousand gold coins per potion.

It wasn't easy for experts to increase their attributes, with time, even epic rank equipment would be commonly seen in experts with high standards.

Zero Wing members didn't even go outside the town.

He sent a few messages and the team gathered after some time. They have recruited 80 new members, but he didn't plan on having them participate in the war, they have been recruited for a purpose and should focus on leveling and improving their techniques now.

Only the team's core members would go with him.

While on their way to Stone Forest Town, someone reported that Ye Feng has moved to the town with the Dark God Legion.

Hearing it, Leroy sighed 'It seems that he has tought of something'

He was honestly feeling a bit disappointed. He had given Ye Feng enough money to make Super Guilds salivate, and yet so far all the guild could do was to hide.

He still didn't change his plans. Participating on the war would be a good advertising for his Dream Chaser Team.

After all, the enemy had 150,000 people on their side, including people from the famous Flower of Seven Sins.

Stone Forest Town, Ye Feng has shared his battle plan with Leroy.

Not really caring, Leroy would just follow it.

If he joined the main battlefield were tens of thousands of players were going to battle, the Flower of Seven Sins would target them too.

Robb's elegant swordplay killed anyone in front of him with a single strike.

Olympus, on contrast, was not elegant at all, he just used the most directo amd effective way of getting ride of his enemies, even as a tank, his damage wasn't any lower than an elite player.

Trafford used some spells to help gather the enemy in a single area, maximizing the aoe spells effectiveness.

Aeden just fired from a long range, an enemy didn't last two seconds under his damage and attack speed.

Ye Feng's player aoe classes killed the players easily.

At the foot of the mountain, 10,000 Zero Wing players were fighting against more than 20,000 enemies.

'A good oportunity to upgrade the Soul Orb' Leroy sighed. He still wanted to see what this Ye Feng plan was.

A while later, frost grenades exploded everywhere, killing by the thousands.

After clearing the top of the mountain, Ye Feng gave new commands to his team.

Leroy just waited there calmly, the enemy would definetly come unless they wanted to become a joke.

A Great Lord was a walking disaster for Zero Wing's elite. It wouldn't be easy to kill it by itself, much less along the enemy players.

Leroy was getting irritated, he couldn't join. the main army because of the casualties that the guild would take when the Flower of Seven Sins takes action.

And even now...

His main goal him was to increase the team reputation and recruit more players anyway, the assasin organization would be a good stepping stone.

Ouroboros was the guild to face the stone giant, but the battle was one sided.

In a short five minutes, they lost a legion lf 3,000 players.

Not long after the appearance of the Mountain Giant, a Level 54 Great Lord ranked three-headed hound appeared on Overwhelming Smile's side of the battlefield.

Leroy noticed that the dog was even nore proficient than the giant when killing players.

Just as the two Great Lords were pushing forward relentlessly, a beam of alternating black and white lights flashed down from a distant mountaintop, directly piercing the advancing Mountain Giant.

A black-and-white pillar of light then appeared, devouring an area of 200 meters around the Mountain Giant.

When the light dissipated, nothing remained in the area other than a large crater and a half-kneeling Mountain Giant.

The attack has dealt more than 4,000,000 damage to the giant, it was left immobilized.

The giant was left alive, but it's summoner has died already, the giant also vanished.

One could say that this dependence on the summoner was the weakness of a Tier 3 Summoning Scroll.

The price of such an scroll was huge, and yet it was gone, just like that.

Even Leroy was surprised by the attack, specially the range of attack.

And only 1,000 magic crystals were needed for it, that would be just 200 Gold Coins.

It was the mana pulse cannon that Ye Feng payed 20,000 Gold Coins for.

200 Gold Coins was not a little amount even for first rate guild.

Even if first-rate Guilds possessed a Basic Mana Pulse Cannon, they would not be willing to use it unless absolutely necessary.
