It was a peak Dark-Gold equipment for it's level. Among the drops from the boss, these was he only item that caught Leroy's attention. The team of players switched tens of equipment pieces from the loot, the boss actually dropped so many items they were shocked. The only people that were not surprised were those close to Leroy, they knew that everytime he killed a monster it would drop much more items. Most items dropped were Dark-Gold equipment, usually a High Lord would only drop five pieces at most, while the mayority being Gold Rank.

After the defeat of the Goblin Lord, no more goblins came out of the doors. The party reorganized and entered the gates.

The shrine was delapidated, just after entering, they spotted their target. It was a goblin wearing dark robes, sitting on a chair next to the silver fire of a lamp.

"You came to steal my treasure! It's mine! the gods sent it to me!" The goblin angrily said and rose from his chair.

Starfire Goblin Warlock, Setkel (Great Lord Rank)

'It surely has a lot of hp' It wasn't Leroy the only one to think so, the aura it radiated was also many times stronger than a High Lord Boss.

The goblin waved his hand and summoning arrays appeared on the ground, from which came 30 Goblin Warriors and 10 Goblin Mages.

The summoned monsters inmediatly attacked the intruders.

These ones were different from the previous one, they were no different in rank from each other, all were Chieftain Rank monsters at Level 29.

With Olympus leading the defenses, the team clashed with the goblins.

Leroy looked at the Warlock who waved his hand and suddenly the fire in the lamp glowed brighter.

The eyes of the summoned goblins grew red and entered a berserk state, increasing their power greatly.

'That Lamp...' Leroy obviously noted that the lamp could increase the strength of the warlock spell. 'Interesting...' with newfound power, the goblins started to push back the team defenses.

Leroy commanded the Raven Knights to sorround and attack the Warlock but the goblins retreated and stopped their advance.

'Dark Arrow' Leroy shoot an arrow toward the goblin warlock but it managed to move from the way in time.

'His combat capabilities are stronger than other monsters'. Other bosses wouldn't be capable of evading his arrow at this distance.

The warlock once again summoned more goblins, inmediatly increasing the pressure the team was feeling.

'Unholy Domain' 'Call of the Sage'

Leroy inmediatly casted and weakened the enemy monsters while strengthening himself and his summons.

Suddenly, from the domain came shadows that condensed in the form of a tall black plates knight.

'Good, an Abyss Knight' Leroy was pleased with the monster that came out from the Domain. A High Lord monster would be usefull in this fight.

The Abyss Knight inmediatly rushed toward the goblins and streaks of light came out from his sword and attacked the goblins in the area. All goblins lost half their hp and were forced back.

It as at this time that Leroy commanded the Ghost Wolfs to attack the Boss. Being weakened, the boss still reacted fast and started pushing back the wolves with barriers similar to the Shielf of Heity. He then casted and green fire spread in the area sorrounding it. The wolves let out a howl and received great damage.

'If a player were to face that attack it would die no matter what' Leroy realised how strong a Great Lord monster was, finally felt like laughing at the other guilds attempt at raiding it. 'Such a monster can't be killed with numbers alone' was his conclusion.

After forcing the wolf to retreat, the boss was reading to attack the team when an arrow stunned him in place.

'Dark Rain' 'Dark Spear' 'Nether Bite'

Suddenly dark arrows started raining down on the boss with fierce strength while a illusory snake bited his leg.

Cracking sound could be heard as a flash of black light traveled and impacted fully against the warlock along with the arrows.

'His defense is actually this high' Leroy once again was surprised at the power of the Great Lord. Just now he killed a monster just a rank lower but dealt almost 65% more damage to it.

The Warlock this time was incensed, it lost 8% of hp in an instant, yet he hadn't even kill any of his enemies.

Waves of mana infused in the creation of a larger summoning array. From the summoning arraw came twenty tall goblins radiating powerful auras.

Goblin Knight (Lord Rank)

The Goblin Knigths charged into the enemy formation along with the other goblins.

"Leroy, we need some support, the formation is about to fall" Ford called out and slashed at his enemies forcing four goblins back.

Leroy moved from his position while commanding the Abyss Knight to attack the warlock instead. He positioned himself at the goblin's flank and draw an horizontal line with his finger.

An explosion sounded as wave after wave of mana shot towards the goblins.

Six waves hit most goblins and killed those with lower hp first, even the Goblin Knigths received 40,000 of damage per hit. With his summons about to be defeated and the Abyss Knigth holding him, the warlock panicked and summoned green fire around himself, the Abyss Knigth was forced to retreat once again.

The goblin then summoned an even larger array, from which came 30 Goblin Knights.

"This is getting troublesome, we need to kill him fast before he grows too strong" Ford said while commanded the formation once again. The strength of the Goblin Knights was no joke, even at full power they still managed to suppres their tanks.

"Indeed, buff me" Leroy said and retreated from the goblin knight.

'Raven Knight Summon' 'Ghost Wolf Summon'

He summoned more knights and wolfs as most of them were killed already.

Bang! Abyss Knigth was sent flying with green fire coming out of his chest. His hp inmediatly falling by 20%.

'This monster is too strong' Leroy had a sense of urgency building up, the longer a boss battled, the stronger it became, they would even enter a berserk state.

'Dark Spear'

A dark spear materialized in hand, but instead of launching it to the target, Leroy tried to manipulate it. 'I need to make it's explosion to damage the target from the inside' he tought and manipulated the mana forming the spear... Yet, he wasn't satisfied and launched it.

The goblin warlock saw the incoming attack and moved to the side but still was caught on the explosion, receiving damage.

Enraged once again the warlock started casting buff spells on himself and his minions while a dangerous light flashed on his eyes as he stared at Leroy. This is the most dangerous human, but I can't reach him from here...

Suddenly, the goblin warlock started gathering mana at his hands.

"Everyone move away from my position" Leroy inmediatly warned and the team inmediatly spread as far away from him as they could. While retreating, the priests didn't forget to cast shields on him.

'Shield of Heity' 'Soul Guard'

Leroy inmediatly used his protective skills, Shield of Heity reduced damage received by 40%, while his Soul Guard reduced the damage received by 25%.

Just as the Shield of Heity formed, a storm of green fire devoured Leroy's body.

As it wasn't a blocked physical attack, the Shield of Heity didn't heal him. And the light element buffs and heals casted by the Priest and Oracles on the team was also greatly reduced in effect. The spell also seemed to grow in power as time passed, leaving Leroy no more choice but to try to move, however it as useless, the area of attack was just too big.

As the flames stopped, Leroy remained there with only 30% of his hp. Even as a magic class he still received so much damage.

Half the goblin knights were killed there by the storm of fire.

'Tyche's Path' 'Tyche's Destiny' 'Goddess Luck'

He used the three skills as an aura of fortune came out from him.

'This can't be dragged any longer' If this continued at this rate, they would all die here.

'Unholy Domain won't last much longer, I need to rush' If the supression from the skill was lifted from the goblin, the results would be much worse.

While he was thinking, runes appeared in the air in front of the warlock and were sent at high speed toward Leroy.

'Mirror Curse' he inmediatly chanted as runes also appeared sorrounding him, the runes seemed to absorb the ones created by the warlock. Leroy then relflected them toward the warlock.

The warlock face grew ugly and dark marks started spreading on his body.

'Curse of Piet' 'Curse of the Elements' He chanted and reduced the boss's attributes even more.

He then commanded the Abyss Knight and the Raven Knights to go all out toward the goblin and gain time. This put more pressure on the rest of the team.

'Magic Synergy' 'Sin of Fury' 'Sin of Greed'

He used his Tier 1 Skill, increasing his skills efficiency by 30%. Sin of Fury increased his damage by 20%, and he set the target of Sin of Greed at the Abyss Knigth.

'Dark Spear'

The dark mana started to condense at his side, while he tried to manipulate it further before the skill was formed this time. Suddenly an even more horrofying aura manifested as dark hairs of mana floated outside the spear slowly, this aura took the breath out of the team while the goblin knights almost fell on their knees.

The warlock saw this and felt a sense of doom from this aura. If this attack landed on him while on the effect of his own curse and this weakened state, it would definetly be no good.

Three illusory shield appeared in front of him while a protective aura also flashed on his skin, he managed to do this while being held down by more than 15 creatures including a High Lord Rank.

'Finally, this is more how it should feel' Leroy locked his gaze on the goblin warlock and waved his hand.

Screeeeech! The spear seemed to disappear and reappeared at his target, the shields were penetrated as if they were made of air. Following the path left behind by the spear, the curtain of space started to break.

Effortlessly penetrating the protective aura of the goblin, it inmediatly pierced his chest and the goblin inmediatly let out deafening shriek, but was drowned by the sound of an explosion that shook the entire shrine, the estructure felt as if it was going to fall from the power of it.

The goblin exploded as hundreds of items fell, the goblin knigths disipated inmediatly.

Leroy had a wide open mouth seeing the damage numbers... checking the Skill Completion Rate, it was at 104%.

It even landed a Critical Hit on the goblin. With so many players debuffing the boss and even receiving his own curse, it's strength was far from his peak already and now an attack exploded from the inside of his body.

Everyone gained one to two levels inmediatly after the boss died.
