1 Chapter 1, Waking Up

I wake up in a room, memories flooding.

It happened again? Why is this happening to me?

For your information, I keep reincarnating into these worlds, Just when things start going good for me, I get reset somewhere new.

Sucks I basically relive the memories of each one, each time. I tend to ignore the memories, because I need to focus.

I look around the decently sized, maybe 15 ft by 10 ft, dim room, and I realize I'm in a bed. To be exact, a bunk-bed like bed, with the bottom being a desk. A nice purple sheet is on the bed, which seems to be stuffed with feathers. All the wood is a deep red, almost like blood. It's very pretty. There's a coffee table in the middle of the room, with a note on it. I get down, and continue looking around.

There's a armor stand in the corner, specifically having a don't touch sign on it. It seems like either English here is slightly different with the symbols, like a curve or bend in some places. Simple enough to read.

" The note on the table says: Good Morning, sorry to wake you up without letting you finish the dream. The door over there will take you to a room that will spawn waves of enemies when you're ready. A fridge is in there, should have some food. If not, I'll have some boars and fire supplies spawn in. It's like a indoor terrain. Oh, and there should be a crafting area with some tools. Please don't use them as weapons. You are going to be released when you're level 30. Should take about, 3-4 months, up to a year. Good luck, try not to die."

Oh. Well, thanks, to whoever did this, but I guess this is what's happening. Oh well. I walk into the next room, and I see the work stations, and I head over. They left me a Broadsword, and some other tools. Well, I'm glad I took blacksmithing that one life. Before I decide to melt down the sword, I look around to see if they left any materials for me. Found 6 bars of iron. I set them near the furnace, and looked around to try to find something for a mold.

Found a sandy area alongside the river they left here, now I need a bucket. I'll work on that tomorrow. I need to find that fridge. Exploring the area, I found a small woods-like area, a rocky area, a desert area, and just a lake. Walls are around it all, stretching upwards, hundreds of meters up. Still getting sunlight, somehow.

I'd say it's a square mile, of a room. I'm just glad that the river goes upstream to the room, or I would have lost my way. I look around the workshop one more time, and then I noticed a box to the other side of the door. 6 by 6 feet, 3 feet up. Is it a giant cooler? How did I miss that?

I open it up, and it has a good arrangement, with walls and labels for what food group it is. I noticed how it's only half way down, and I pull it all out and it's like a panel that opens to another section. I rinse the food, that touched the ground, and put them back in. I notice how there's runes on the lid, and it seems to be how these stay cold. I draw the rune in the ground, and that spot starts to get colder. Yep. Interesting how it doesn't need materials.

I end up making a axe, and chop down a tree, and start making wooden weapons. You know, chopping it every five feet, chopping it down the middle, getting decent sticks, and just start carving using a knife they left. Eventually, a goblin spawns in, maybe 50 feet away, but by the time it reached me, I beheaded it with the axe...

The way it spawns in is interesting. It gets built from the ground up, like flesh coming from the floor, and coming together to form a monster. But what more interesting, is that it has organs and bone, even though I didn't see it from here. I mark the spot, a line in the ground, and continue working.

By the time I'm done carving, I have a couple knifes, a broadsword, and a great sword. I tried a katana, but not the best idea, I need to save this wood. I pile the rest into a wood pile, after chopping it. I use some for the bucket, by tying the wood tightly together. The bottom was tricky, but I found a big flat rock that I broke the excess off. I tied that too. I then carried sand over, and dug a hole using the great sword. Probably should have made a shovel, but...

Anyway, I dug a 5 by 5 hole, made it 2 feet deep, or estimated, anyway, and started moving the sand over. Now, I can make proper molds, for metal tools. I place one of the knives in, making three different ones. I then, shape out a kitchen knife, with some wood, and I head over to the furnace, and notice a note, and more runes.

"Place your hand on the circle to activate it, you'll need some fuel, but other than that, you should be fine to craft. Wish you were actually a master craftsman, but crude is fine. The runes are powered by the dungeons mana, and if you use one out there, you'll need to channel mana. In a drawer under the bed, you should find a pinkish crystal. Eat it. The green one, break it. Those will start your mana circuits. You have to use it with self teaching though. Just use your imagination though. Mobs spawn once a day. Day 7, you'll get a new monster. Every day adds one, until seven days pass."

I wonder who left these notes. Last guy? Welp, I dunno.

I start melting down the axe-head, and pour the metal into the molds. I Managed to fill two of the knives, so I start with a bar of iron, and finish the last ones. I take the down to the river when they're done cooling, and wash them, and grind them on the grindstone until they're actually sharp. I make handles that are made of wood, and tie them on tight. Once I'm done, I make a "Shovel", but it's just a flat piece of metal on the end of the axe's handle. Then I make a fire place, and then a roasting spit with some long sticks I find in the woods.

I grab a hunk of meat from the "Ice box" and cook it.

When I'm done eating, I go inside and look around the room a bit more.

There's a light switch next to the door. I flick it, and I can see as clear as day. Ceiling lamp. The walls are painted purple, ceiling black, and a nice red fluffy carpet. The armor stand has a bird-ish design, bone white humanoid armor I find familiar. Oh, yeah, it's from one of the past lives. It's the speed version. I examine it, and I find some runes on each separate piece.

Not much else in the room, other than a chair and table. Oak.

I look in the drawer the note mentioned, and there's a bunch of paper, a ink well, a feather pen, a alphabet with the adjusted English letters, a piece of paper with some runes and what they mean, then the crystals. There's also a blue crystal the note didn't mention. I'll wait to figure that one out. I swallow the pink one, and bash the green on the desk. I may have broken a spot of the wood...

Green energy flies around the room, and my stomach glows pink for a second, and then the green light flies into my face.

(System Integration Commencing. Please hold still.)

(Are you sure? The others are much better choices.)

Yes. I don't think the others are the right choice for me... They are better, but more mana is good too.
