A name for a new home?

Ayden was in his meditation position his golden and red aura surrounding him, his ki and aura pool had easily tripled since he left vale to train and thanks to his looks he could plainly let off steam during his fights without being worried about being out of energy, at least if he did not fall against an opponent more powerful than him.

He was on the head of golgoroth followed by the rest of the hive which made a bunch of people who moved at once. He took longer than expected because he wanted to avoid passing through inhabited areas in order to avoid any conflict or create a general panic which was not easy when you walk around with a complete army behind you.

The journey was rather quiet, the few grimms who had the misfortune to cross the army ended up completely dismembered by the thralls who strangely managed to eat the black matter that composed them.

Ayden looked to his left and could see Maria sleeping on Phogoth's head. She had decided to rest a bit after everything that had happened and what ayden had told her.

At first he thought she wouldn't believe him, but after seeing him fight and become one of the gods of one of the most violent species in existence, the fact that he doesn't come from this world and that he was reincarnated by a god with other people didn't surprise her more than that.

They traveled for a few more hours when they finally arrived in front of the castle in the mountain that he had found a few days before.

They stopped in front of the entrance to the small town and ayden jumped from golgoroth's head while phogoth had to lean forward to allow maria to get off easier.

Once on the ground she turned around and patted his head.

Maria: "Thanks for the ride big guy!"

Phogoth just gave a low growl in response and sat up.

Maria: "( Whistle ) Nice castles but are you sure there will be enough place for everyone?"

Ayden: "Unfortunately no, but that's okay, I had other plans in mind anyway."

He turned to the hive and spoke.

Ayden: "I want half of you to go to the mountains near the castle to find a safe place and build a new nesting ground there!"

When he said this, the army split in two and a large hive group headed for the mountains.

He then turned to the rest of the hive and said.

Ayden: "Everyone else you settle in the city except you phogoth and golgoroth, I want you to stay in the forest and protect the surroundings, destroy everything that seems hostile!"

The two ogres headed for the forest at his command while the rest followed them into the town. Once entering the city he asked zulmak, alak-hul, omnigul and four other wizards to follow him into the castle.

They entered the castle and walked down the long hallway, Ayden stopped in front of a door. He opened it and entered what was a library. The room had a circular shape with several floors, statues placed all over the room and a huge chandelier in its center.

He turned to omnigul and told her.

Ayden: "You and the four other wizards can install you here to do your rituals and do not hesitate to browse the books of this library in order to expand your knowledge of this world and perhaps find something useful and in passing omnigul if you can create a protective barrier around the city and the castle I would appreciate it."

Omnigul and the other wizards bowed and began to fly through the shelves of books.

Ayden exited the library and headed for the throne room. He entered followed by maria, zulmak and alak-hul then turned towards the two great knights.

Ayden: "You two will be the throne room guards!"

They bowed to him accepting their role, Ayden turned to Maria and told her that there were several rooms and that she could choose one to rest. She thanked him and left the throne room to go to a bedroom.

Ayden sat on the throne and zulmak and alak-hul came to stand on each side of the throne like real guards. Ayden let out a deep, tired sigh.

Myo: "Things have changed a lot in a very short time, haven't they?"

Ayden: "Don't get me started on that....and it's just the beginning!"

Suddenly the door to the room opened, Ayden raised an eyebrow when he saw five knights different from the others as well as another knight at the head of their group.

The five knights had armor covered in pikes as well as light and green symbols that covered their bodies and their swords.

But the one who caught Ayden's attention was the one who seemed to be leading their group, he wondered how he had managed not to see him among the other members of the hive but now he was happy that he was standing in front of him.

His appearance was certainly the most common apart from his eyes which seemed to shine with an immaculate light but what really made him stand out was his sword which was completely different from the rest of the hive swords. Its shape and the fact that it is made of pure energy made it truly unique.

(Ecthar, Sword of Oryx)

Despite the fact that he was smaller than zulmak and alak-hul who were real giants in comparison this did not make him less very powerful, he was easily one of the best warriors in the hive thanks to his mastery of the sword but especially at the barrier that protects him.

The only way to hurt him is with a blade, firearms, magic or any other type of weapon is perfectly useless against him.

The group of knights advanced and stopped a few meters from the throne and put one knee on the ground and their sword in front of them and bowed.

Ayden was surprised when ecthar spoke up and spoke in his language.

Ecthar was one of the few in the hive who could speak our language which somehow made him even more special.

Ecthar: "My lord, I come before you with five other elite knights to put our combat skills at your service!"

Hearing this ayden got up and walked towards ecthar, he put his hand on his shoulder and asked him to get up.

They stood up and Ayden continued.

Ayden: "I'm really glad to have your help and I'll probably need it in the future but for now you will be the guard of this castle until I need your service."

Ecthar: "Of course my lord! If I may say so, this new place needs a proper name."

Ayden: "Really? Hmmm why not Hive Castle.....no, too simple, Bastion of Horror!.....No not that....oh well I'll find out later. "

He turned to zulmak and alak-hul and motioned for them to approach, then he made three ki spheres appear in front of him.

Ayden: "This is a gift to make you three the strongest fighters in this army so work hard to master it!"

The three spheres moved towards zulmak, alak-hul and ecthar and entered them.

They could feel a new power within them and they bowed to thank him for this new power.
