32 Chapter 31

A few days had passed as Nova was currently in the deep parts of Emerald forest practicing his silver eyes.

Around him were broken trees, the ground charred as the grass was black with smoke coming out as the area was completely destroyed.

In the middle Nova was breathing heavily as he caught his breath from the training.

' Alright I managed to finish making elemental attacks using the silver eyes. Fire and lightning were very useful including wind. Recreating the rasenshuriken was to much fun and making lightning and fire versions was also fun. The fire will be called Cruel Sun.

Better though is that the chidori is also available to me now. Coating my black blade in lightning, wind or fire is now possible. I can even make water and earth as well.Water was useful as I can control it's temperature and even control surrounding water. I can do the same with earth for control purposes.

However my biggest advantage was genjutsu. Neo and Emerald can make illusions. Difference is that Emeralds version is stronger.

Keeping an eye on her was a good idea as I can now see how she makes the illusions affect the person. It works similar to genjutsu in that regard.

With enough training like I did I can affect people with illusions with just a thought. Useful and with En no one can notice it being set up.' Nova then looked at his screen.

' I swear it's way easier to level up now. It's like the first 4 years of my life was basically god just making sure I didn't get over powered before the show started. '

[ Took you long enough. Yes I did do that. Must say it was better that I did. ]

Nova had tick marks on his head from the message.

' So god decided to be the author of my life just to nerf me to make the plot interesting when the story started. He basically used author rights to nerf me. '

" WWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY... !!!! " Nova screamed in frustration.

*Ozpins office*

' What a nice beautiful day. The ball is coming soon. Nova will cook the food and I get a day off from dealing with paperwork and I have my favorite coffee blended to the utmost perfection. Nothing can go wrong. '

" WWWWWWWWWWWWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYY.. "

Ozpins choked a bit on his drink from the scream as the hot coffee spilled on his clothes.

" My tailor made clothes!! These cost a fortune to make and their ruined." Ozpin dropped to floor on his knees to morn.

* Girls discussing the party decorations *

" Okay that's a good idea. " Blake said without her bow on her head. She opened up a lot during these days and went to class with her bow. Cardin tried to bully her but he was sent into the hospital and now has ptsd.

" Yep. Now then we need to get started in the actual decorations now. " Weiss said.

" Relax Ice queen we can finish in time. " Yang said.

" Yep. Now let's start. " Ruby said.

" Yeah they cheered. " The rest cheered.

Even was scared of that scream. They were trembling in fright.

" We agree that we will not go anywhere near whatever made that noise right? " Jeanne asked.

" Hell yeah man it was great. "

* Back to Nova *

' All that time. 4 years. I had 4 years to get a head start, faced powerful Grimm and God was the one who nerfed me so that I wouldn't get to strong!!

Sigh you know what let's leave it. It would have been boring to one shot everything anyway.

Since that's over let's go back to the kitchen. I have to make food for the ball. Still dont know why I agreed. '

* Girls making annoying him and then using the puppy eye jutsu *

' Oh yeah that's why. '

Nova then stopped after taking a few steps.

' No. '

He then slowly turned his head around.

' No. No. '

As his head was able to look behind him he saw a gate right in front of him.

' God fucking dammit!! ' Nova thought. ' I now have to deal with a gate. Sigh let's just get this over with. '

As soon Nova entered the gate he felt water on his face before falling down.

' Shit I got dropped in a rainstorm over the ocean!! Zekrom. ' Nova thought. Zekrom came out and Nova got under him as they flew.

As Nova flew he saw cyclones in front of him. They ranged in size but there were more 12.

' This is just chaos. What is the boss that I have to beat? Zekrom get closer to the water. '

Zekrom went closer to the water surface but made sure not to get hit. Nova used observation and noticed creatures coming toward him. He activated silver eyes as he waited for them to attack.

They jumped out the water getting closer to him but were then sliced into pieces. Nova used the water in the air and used them to make threads which sliced the creatures up. He kept one alive though.

[ Trench monster.

Level: 160

' I see. They hunt in packs. I'll kill some for experience before moving on to the boss. '

More trench monsters showed up but Nova was prepared. He made Zekrom stay in the air in case he needs to fly as Nova proceeds to cut them up.

Using water walking he waited for them to come to attack him before he used his daggers to decapitate them and slice them into pieces.

He switched things up by changing from his scythe to his gun and so forth. He also used renewal taekwondo to kill them by smashing their heads in.

' Hmm staying here to realise stress was a good idea. Now then let's go to the boss, kill it and get the fuck out of here. I need to go make some food. '

Calling Zekrom he got on and increased his observation. Spreading it out he managed to get a reading on something strong.

' That could be the boss. The only problem is that water is all around us. If it has the ability to control water then that's going to be a pain. '

Nova followed the reading as it got stronger. After flying he stopped and tensed his muscles. Nova knew the monster wants to fight him. So he waited till he saw a shadow droning under the water as he got the outline of the creature.

The creature surfaced and Nova just stared in awe and horror at the monster. As the giant came out along the multitude of tentacles and what followed after was the creatures mouth which had razor sharpped teeth in a jagged way all across it's mouth.

[ Sub Boss: Kraken

level: 250

]

' Level 250. Not that bad however I'm pretty sure I read incorrectly. I was sure it said sub boss. ' Nova thought he read the screen. His face then paled.

' Are you kidding me?!! Sub boss!! I'm going to die with the actual boss if I don't die from the tentacle porn monster in front of me!!' Nova said in his mind breathing heavily.

' Deep breaths Nova you can do this. Also Zekrom thank you for dodging the tentacles. ' Nova thought while Zekrom roared in happiness from getting praised.

' Alright then Zekrom electrocute him. ' Nova thought before jumping down to the water standing on it like a ninja Jesus. Zekrom went into the sky as he controlled all the lightning and aimed at the Kraken. The Kraken roared as he tried to hit Zekrom but Nova was faster as used Dash to get to the tentacle and cut it off.

The Kraken roared in pain. He then gathered seawater and made spears heading towards Nova. Nova though wasn't worried. He rushed into the rain or spears.

Using his daggers he added armament to them while using observation to slice through the ones coming closer to him while dodging most of them with ease not wasting any movement.

Getting in close he activated dash as stabbed the Kraken in the head. The Kraken roared in pain while thrashing about. The screech was very high pitched. This caused Zekrom to lose control over the lightning he was controlling making them stroke in all directions.

Nova noticed that multiple would hit the Kraken as it's body was large and had many body parts. Knowing this he used dash and critical chain to leave many cuts on the Krakens body. It cried out in pain as half of his arms were cut off while having many cuts over it's body.

His crying didn't last long as multiple lightning strikes hit his body electrocuting it. However Novas observation noticed it was still alive as jumped away from him avoiding the ice spears trying to stab him.

Nova gained a lot of distance from him as he watched in fascination when the monster regenerated it's lost limbs and healed from lightning strikes.

The Kraken looked at Nova diving underwater. Nova noticed how his mouth was facing upwards to the surface.

' Ssssssshhhhhiiiiiiitttttt. ' Nova thought as he jumped above the water avoiding the giant whirlpool. The whirlpool was about 50 kilometres in diameter as the Kraken used his tentacles to try smacking Nova down from the air.

Nova could see this coming so he switched to his scythe as cut his tentacles. They grew back fast though as Nova needed a plan.

' This whirlpool wouldn't kill me but getting swallowed would probably will or won't but I'm not taking the risk. ' Nova kept thinking as he kept cutting the Kraken arms before an idea hit him in face.

' I'll paralyse him with my lightning. This will stop him from making the whirlpool. Once that's done I'll freeze him solid. It will stop it's heart and brain killing him. '

Nova waited for the right time as tentacle came to knock him down. He clinged on to it as this silver eyes activated and sent an electric shock through the Kraken.

The whirlpool stopped as the Kraken writhed in pain. Nova held on as he dragged me threw the sea and kept the voltage up before letting go as he got flung out of the water and Tokyo the air before landing on the water.

The Kraken came up and looked at Nova with weariness. Nova just looked at him before becoming serious.

' Time to end this. '

Nova then rushed at the Kraken as he sent high pressurised water at Nova which he dodged easily before jumping in the air above the Kraken. The Kraken attacked with his tentacles but Nova used daggers to cut through them.

As each one came close to him they cut as he jumped from one to another closing the distance. The Kraken got worried as he blasted water at Nova jumped on the water as used aura to water glide on the blast.

He then got up in the Krakens space before using armament along with electricity. He activated dash and critical chain as he appeared behind the Kraken landing on the water. Behind him the Kraken was cut up into chuncks as they fell into the water.

Nova ignored the message as he went up to the Kraken parts.

" Arise. " A giant shadow formed in front of Nova. The Black tentacles with blue highlights and giant body where seen. Nova stared at him thinking of a name.

" Hatchy. "

' My naming sense is terrible. For now though let's go finish the boss. '

Nova recalled Hatchy as he stood on Zekrom heading towards the actual final boss. Nova sensed the creature coming to him. Nova couldn't tell if the liquid dripping down his cheek was sweat or water.

' This guy's aura is insane. He is really powerful and judging by its outline it's freaking humongous! '

The creature then bursting from the water while roaring loudly. The creature had a long bodyvsimilar to a dragon has it also had hard scales that covered it's back and head. It's face was also similar to a dragon head however it's fins were different. It multiple fins on the back of his body but the ones in the front looked more like scythe.It also had long tails stuck on its back with tips resembling daggers. It towered over Nova as it looked at him.

' Holy shit!! That is one the coolest and most terrifying designs I have ever seen. However it's not the time for that.'

[ Levathain

level: 300

]

' Its much stronger than the Kraken. Should I face it on my own.

Nope. I'm pressing the big red button and backup. Godzilla and Hatchy. '

From Novas shadow Godzilla and Hatchy came out and stood next to Nova as they roared at the Levathain. The lecithin roared back as it's mouth turned blue.

Godzilla! " Nova shouted. Godzilla got ready as Nova jumped away while Hatchy dived under water. The levathain fired a blue beam at Godzilla stood in front of it and then ate it.

' So that's basically plasma blasts. Good to know. '

" Godzilla Hatchy watch him closely. Aim for its weak points. "

The levathain roared as it dove into the water.

" Godzilla after him. "

Godzilla then dived after him. Nova got on top of Hatchy as he created an air bubble using silver eyes.

They then dived down after them. Underwater Nova saw the Levathain and Godzilla fight each other.

Godzilla was slow that much was obvious and the Levathain knew that so it used it's superior speed to circle around Godzilla attacking it with its blade like fins at the front that were harder than steel. Godzilla took those attacks will as it stayed still while gathering energy in its body. Due the damage taken Nova didn't interfere until Godzilla needs aura.

The Levathain on the other hand got restless as it noticed it didn't make much of a dent in Godzilla. Using that frustration he accelerated at Godzilla and bit into his shoulder.The levathain bit right through the shadow. The levathain was confused as Godzilla had not moved as he looked at the Levathain.

The levathain felt it's senses telling it to retreat but it was to late as Godzilla send a pulse that hit everything around it. The levathain got hit at point blank range so it took a lot of damage however having it's own plasma breath it has some resistance to it.

Godzilla a took advantage of the time delay and stabbed it's claws into the side of the Levathain. His claws pierced the levathain skin as it roared in anger.

One of its tails with daggers rushed at Godzilla and pierced his hand phasing threw it. The levathain then used the other three aiming for Godzillas left leg, stomach and left shoulder. They also phased through and it repeated.

Godzilla then slammed his other hand into the levathains other side putting it in place. He then chopped down on the levathains neck as it roared in pain.

Godzilla crunched harder and harder on its neck breaking it's armour a little. The levathain roared out in pain and rage. It then charged the energy in its body. Godzilla noticed and threw the levathain away as it used a full body pulse.

The levathain looked at Godzilla with gear in its eyes. He kept a sharp lookout on him. He then attacked with three continuous blasts.

Godzilla absorbed the blasts but it was distraction as the levathain came from behind the blasts and used it's scythe fin to slice the left side of Godzillas face off.

Godzilla noticed but didn't care as it's energy was low. He then slammed his claws into the same place the first time and bit down on the levathains head. The levathain struggled to get free but Godzilla did not let go before firing a point blank plasma blast at the Levathains face.

The blast went through the Levathain like a knife through butter. The Levathain died as Godzilla brought it's body to the surface and roared in his victory.

Nova watched the entire battle and was having awe in his eyes.

' That was fucking epic!! '

Nova walked up to the levathains body.

" Arise. " The shadow version of the levathain rose from the corpse.

" Your name will be Levi. "
