84 Youki?

"And.. that's what happened" Neo finished explaining the events which took place in the alternate Remnant to Rias, Raven, Neopolitan and Pyrrha while toweling herself off.

"But you became a Goddess so.. suddenly. That doesn't seem normal" Pyrrha commented as she covered herself up.

"Yeah, I know. I think Michael probably helped there" Neo answered, smirking at Rias' still reddened face.

"Hm.. I'm more interested in this other Raven and Artoria" Raven added, crossing her legs.

"You can all meet them. I set up a hub world on a layer in that dimension we share" Neo replied, seeing Raven nod in interest.

"I'm more worried about the Goddess you hit on" Blake sighed, though both Neo and Neopolitan smirked.

"I couldn't help it. Artoria gave me strong lust vibes and Momma Lilith? Hard not to appreciate a Goddess like that" Neo high fived Neopolitan as Blake facepalmed.

"So what now? We've trained the three groups and the ORC up to this point. The reincarnators are still on the moon too" Raven asked, leaning back and glancing at the fidgeting Rias.

"Well the reincarnators aren't an issue we can't deal with any time. But as for the ORC.. You guys have a home, lives and families to return to. School too, right?" Neo asked Rias, who exhaled and looked in her heterochromatic fox eyes.

"Yes I think we should eventually return. But I.. I'm part of this group now and I want to contribute and continue to be part of it!" Rias declared as Neo cupped her chin in thought.

"What about the rating games? The issues your world will face?" Neo asked.

"Those.. ergh.. reincarnators.. that left my world in chaos caused more problems that are still likely being solved even now. I miss my family, yes.. But this is just.. so much bigger than everything I'm used to. I wasn't very motivated to train before but now.. With your future fights so.. grand, I.." Rias looked at Neo and resolutely clenched her fists.

"I want to be stronger too. I want to help you, Neo. I don't want to waste the opportunity you gave me" Rias declared, hearing a small giggle from Neopolitan.

"I like you, Rias. Done deal. You stay with me then. Ask your club if they wanna return to their world or continue training in the hub. After we're done here, I'll connect this world to the hub along with our Remnant and the other Remnant" Neo explained as she looked over to Raven.

"I'll bring my tribe over to the hub you mentioned. We just need a facility" Raven said with a small shrug.

"Oh, I can bring a detachment of the new White Fang. Get them to discover different cultures.. Maybe mingling with non racist humans will get them to accept cooperation.." Blake thought aloud.

"Oh I'd like to bring our teams over too!" Pyrrha excitedly added.

Neopolitan looked at Neo, conveying she wanted to bring Roman along and meet the other Remnant's Neopolitan's. Neo smirked wryly and nodded in agreement.

"Good! So it seems you have some work to do yourselves. This will be our home and main area where we stay. Any buildings you wanna add? Talk to me. There's a lotta work that has to go into the hub to make it shine but we can pull it off. Buuuut! Before that, let's kill off these two Dark God lackeys" Neo snapped and dressed herself once again.

"Going to one shot the moon?" Blake asked with a slight smirk.

"I could. Unless you wanna all go up there and kill them in melee combat?" Neo asked, pulling out Rhongomyniad, who appeared as soon as she was summoned.

"I could.. but the four hour long marathon really relaxed me" Pyrrha shook her head.

Neopolitan put her thumb down, looking more interested in the hub city.

"I wouldn't mind but I'd like to hurry up and see Yang" Raven shrugged.

"I'd like to see a reenactment of your battle with the Goddess actually.." Blake said with a small smile.

Smiling and nodding, Neo flies up into the air. She was hesitant to unleash Rhongomyniad in Death City. As she soared above the clouds, she looked up at the moon and rolled her shoulders.

"Alright.. this should be a far enough distance" Rhongomyniad hummed.

-Moon-

On the moon, Tenmei Mikogami and the Witch Arachne were inside a cave on the moon. They had been watching the cast and generally stuck to the moon's surface. They were feeling anxious at the moment, due to their lack of communication with their boss.

"Aaaah.. Still weird we're breathin' on the moon.." Tenmei said, biting his thumb.

"I told you this three times.. We're not out in space. The way this world works is weir...d... Hold on.." Arachne stood up, feeling a sense of danger.

"Ah? What? Boss get in contact with you? When do we get to fight those women? I want the MILF-" Arachne shut him up with a snarl.

"Quiet! I feel.. something. It's ba-" And then everything was drowned in white light.

Their very beings obliterated in an instant before they knew what was happening. While the culprit stared at the moon with half its crescent form missing. Neo whistled and softly pat Rhongomyniad's shaft with a smile as she descended back down on Death City. The city was clearly in a ruckus and Death himself seemed flustered, by what Neo felt from his massive soul.

"Damn..." Raven muttered, looking up at the moon.

Neopolitan panted with a renewed desire in her eyes. Pyrrha and Blake just stared up with a wry smile. Though the best reactions had to be Rias, Akeno, Kiba, Gasper and Koneko's reactions. They all had the color drained from their faces as they stared up at the weird moon.

All of them felt a particular authority hit them all at once. Rias shivered as she felt her magical power increase over ten fold, along with Raven, Neopolitan, Blake and Pyrrha's. It felt like being enveloped in a safety blanket. Though it certainly made them stronger as parts of their aura's gained a small amount of divinity. Which was strange, considering Rias was a Devil and Neopolitan was a Succubus.

"Good! Now.. let's get the hell outta here. Death is coming over and he seems kinda pissed" Neo cackled before opening up a rift.

"Hurry up, that motherfucker's flying here" Neo snorted as Kiba, Akeno, Koneko and Gasper hurriedly made their way in.

"Not going to fight him?" Pyrrha asked as Raven stepped in.

"Nah. He's a fun guy to watch and I don't wanna kill him just because he might hit you" Neo replied as Pyrrha nodded and walked in.

"You're gonna have to talk to him when he cools off though, if you want to keep teaching these teams" Blake said as she stepped in.

Neopolitan licked her lips and shot Neo a look. One Neo instantly understood.

"Haha! Guilty as charged.. I wanna fuck with him a bit, I can't help it" Neo snickered as Neopolitan grabbed Rias' shoulders, both watching as Neo's tails wrapped around them both.

Suddenly, a black figure with a very angry looking white mask landed in front of them. Neo put her hands in her pockets and grinned at the display. Death stood up and glared at her, Deathscythe in hand.

"You..!" Death spat out in rage.

"Me!" Neo replied with open arms.

"How!? No.. WHY!? Why did you do this!?" He pointed up at the sky.

"Oh relax.. Not like your tides will change or anything. Shinra made this world and didn't bother to think of common sense. I mean what the fuck is up with the sun and moon having FACES!? Motherfucker watched too much Popeye" Neo sighed with fake lament, hearing a snicker behind her.

"What..? You can't be allowed to roam free with this kind of destructive power" The Reaper readied his scythe as Neo held the back of her hand to her head and sighed dramatically.

"Oh no! I'm going to be killed! If only I had an escape plan... Oh wait!" Neo hit her palm with her fist and flipped Death off before disappearing into the rift with Rias and Neopolitan.

Once appearing in the town square of the hub, Rias squinted and shot Neo a look.

"Was that really necessary..?" Hearing Rias ask, both Neo and Neopolitan looked at the other and snickered.

"Yes" Neo answered.

"Now! For the busy part. Relocating people here, hiring staff for the stores, introducing the different worlds and more building!" Neo sighed before getting a sympathetic shoukder pat from Neopolitan.

-A week later-

It had been a busy week for them all. Pyrrha had it easiest, only having to bring Nora, Ren, Ruby, Yang and Weiss over to see the town and set them up in a large house. Blake was the second easiest, though that's not saying enough, as she had to move an entire detachment of White Fang over for excursions to the Hub. There were plans to get more Faunus over to work on the farms and house those who lived in bad conditions here. Neopolitan, for only having the plan to bring Roman over, had her hands full trying to keep the thief in check. On more than one occasion, he tried to rob some of the cultists. That ended poorly. He was abruptly turned into a woman and relentlessly chased down by a dozen cultists, only keeping his female virginity in tact thanks to Neopolitan consistently saving him. Raven was completely occupied with moving a whole group of mercenaries over and accommodating them all with living quarters, weapons, workshops and everything else a mercenary group needed. On top of that, she was spending time with Yang and Ruby.

Neo, was by far the busiest. With so much coordinating, she was stuck at a desk, doing her most hated activity. Paperwork. Turns out setting up a functioning town was quite time consuming. Luckily, she didn't need to sleep, so any downtime she spent was often spent either with the girls, playing with Tearwyn, watching Artoria and Raven (Sin Raven, as she calls her) or training Rias to mold her destruction power more precisely. After a week of hard work, she returned to the thought of how to progress in her abilities.

~I have more authorities I can hold and I still need to fully grasp what I already have.. Hm.. Best way to do that though, is through another adventure in another world. Mumei gave me an idea though.. Ki. That's a way I can go. Though I think thanks to the Divinity and species, mine is fundamentally different in how it works~ Neo spun in her swivel chair from within her apartment flat outside the town center.

Rias had been trained earlier until she dropped from exhaustion. Currently she was face first on the couch while Tearwyn poked her red hair, giggling. Rias groaned and looked up at Neo while she thought of what to do.

"How can you use your tails in a fight like they were spears.. Fluffy... spears.. I've never heard of Yasaka doing such a thing.." Rias grumbled as Neo's fox ear twitched.

"Huh.. Yasaka?" Neo asked, an idea forming.

"The leader of the Youkai faction in my world.. Thankfully that psychotic loli or Shirou didn't mess things up further.. Akeno tells me they're setting up a treaty with her and her group" Rias explained as Neo slowly nodded in response, a smile creeping its way on her lips.

"Oooh~ I know that look! You have an idea on where to go next, don't you?" Tearwyn asked, hopping off Rias and into Neo's arms to be hugged.

"Yup! Rias gave me an idea. One world where Youkai or Monsters exist. They all have this form of 'Ki' unique to them. Considering I'm a nine tailed fox, I'd be considered a Youkai. So theoretically, I could learn this power myself. I just need to suppress my Divinity is all" Neo got up and started to rub Tearwyn's head affectionately, much to Rias' slight jealousy.

Until she was swept up in one of Neo's tails and pet too, that is. She smiled to herself with a slight blush that made Neo and Tearwyn snicker. Her blush deepened at the embarrassment before she shook it off and cleared her throat.

"S-So what world is this? Who's going?" Rias asked, seeing Neo smile at her before her nose was poked by the Goddess.

"You, for one. Tearwyn for two. Annnnd..." Neo looked at the door as Neopolitan burst through with an excitable smile.

"OG, for three! Tired of dealing with Roman and your counterparts?" Neo asked, laughing when she rolled her eyes dramatically.

"Aww.. not as fun as me? I love you too" Neo swept her too up in one of her tails and shared an affectionate kiss with her.

"I take it you heard my idea? Well, Succubi are monsters there so you could learn it too. Not sure what a Devil would be considered there.. An oni? Could be interesting to find out though" Neo wondered aloud, seeing Rias think.

"It could expand my skillset.. When do we go?" Rias asked, barely containing her excitement.

"About an hour. I wanna let everyone know. The rest are kinda busy with the town still so it'll just be us four" Neo answered.

"I wonder who the reincarnated will be~?" Tearwyn wondered with a cute yet menacing smile.

"I'm betting on Tsukune but I hope I'm wrong. I kinda like the guy.." Neo hoped.

"All we have to worry about is our papers to get into the school itself.." Neo muttered.

"Well I'm pretty good at forgery. We can alter the memories of someone, forge the right documents and give them false memories of adopting us?" Rias suggested.

"Or we could use violence.." Neo whispered.

"Hehehe~" Tearwyn giggled, eager to see the world they would all venture to next.
