Chapter 202: Battle of Beacon (5)

~Third POV~

The Wyvern flies past the hijacked Atlesian Airship, as it looks at the metal Kiryu in its direction with a growl with C. Jack piloting inside the machine responds back, "Ok ugly have a good old taste of German science!"

"Rooarrr…!"

Roaring out rushing towards the Wyvern with the surrounding Griffons roaming the skies being shot down with the turrets on Kiryu's body killing them on sight.

*Bang*

Multiple rounds go as the Mutant Griffon lands on the Kiryu but then cuts short as an electric current pulses around Kiryu's body causing the Mutant Griffon to hiss in pain before exploding, "Arghhhh -- *BOOM*!"

Despite exploding it did no damage shown on the model Kiryu pushing back the Wyvern by the shoulder bones of its body holding its wings with C. Jack responded, "Heheh… sorry but do you have Visa to enter this Kingdom?"

"Roarr…!"

The Wyvern response was roaring out trying to bite down on Kiryu but is protected by an electric barrier with C. Jack sounding unimpressed, "No? Welp time to deport your sorry ass… to Detroit!"

"Beeeee…."

"PAWWWOOO!"

Hearing a low beeping sound of engines inside the Kiryu began to open its mouth to unleash a concentrated beam of an Arc Reactor beam straight to its face with C. Jack yelled out in excitement, "Activating the Arc Reactor Scream! Man… I get to do this twice and I love it!"

A bright blue beam began to emit from the mouth of Kiryu landing its hit on the Wyvern stumbling in pain at the attack with C. Jack kept the monster at bay, "Now then let's tango Kaiju wannabe."

With C. Jack kept things busy with the Wyvern keeping from spawning any Grimm into Vale at bay he continued to make short work with the Grimm in a hurry.

*PEW*

*BOOM*

However, a sudden blast of green energy ingulf the two completely evaporating everything in its wake without cause or reason but a loud roar was heard during the attack...

"RAAAAARRRRRGHHHH!!!"

Beating and killing off the remaining Mutant Grimm away from the citizen's Jack finds himself panting feeling the stress keeping the monsters away speaking to himself, "Pant… fuck… I'm being drained too fast. Shit… I was really hoping to save this for later but…"

*Click*

Using up his rewards of instantly healing him in his quest to become strong feeling immediately refreshed after what seems like hours of fighting growling at the Mutant Grimm in front of him, "Grr… I can't give up just yet. Not when I have to kill Grimm in front of me."

Cracking his knuckles and neck popping some bones having his eyes on the horde of Grimm coming out from the hole Jack used <Telekinesis> to rebuild the wall, "You fuckers shall not pass!"

*THUD*

Using the debris around him holding his M.V.S. feeling the exhaustion again feeling annoyed mumbling to himself, "Of course out of all the Grimmified counterparts it had to be the MC of this world to cause me trouble. Of course, she would --"

Suddenly Jack's eyes widen in horror realizing turning his head in the distance reciveing the memories fighting the Wyvern at large creature at possible size of Mt. Glenn or bigger using <Observe> to see the creatures name making him grit his teeth.

Rounds of gunfire and clashing of weapons could be heard right outside of Beacon's dining hall, Blake Belladonna backs away from the shattered window, staring in horror at her counterpart swiping away the bullets with her questioning the G. Blake, "What are you!?! Did… did Salem send you here to deal with us…"

The G. Blake could only chuckle lightly licking her wide-open jaw as her whip-like arms are at the ready with bladed tips at the end resembling fingers, "Hahahaha… in a way yes but no. We want to demoralize Jack Nights before fighting him. When he learns of your head falling off to him will stun him in shock…"

*Clang*

Backing away from the clash with Weiss fighting against her Grimm version could only grit her teeth in clear anger expressed asking why harm Jack, "That's it?! You want us dead just so you could see the one man that gave Remnant everything we still stand for today emotionally distressed to kill?!!"

G. Weiss merely nodded her head still having her cold expression on her face readying again for another clash as her eyes has been sit ablaze showing the magic of Ice coming off from her, "Blake… end… this… soon…"

Speaking in fewer words G. Blake flashed her eyes as more shadow comes to life Blake recognized it as similar to Jack's pet Koromaru <Shadow Control> being on guard, "Careful Weiss… my Grimm counterpart seems to have Jack's pet Semblance – wait…"

That was when Blake realized something seeing her Grimm self does with confusion shown on her face with her Grimm counterpart speaking out lightly, "Hehehe… no. Unlike you all we don't have Semblances but rather…"

*WOOSH*

Avoiding a quick shadow slice attack narrowly coming off from G. Blake shadow finished her reply, "…Magic."

The two made a simple glance at each other as G. Weiss uses Ice Magic to cover the field with one word filling their thoughts facing against magic-powered enemies, 'Fuck…'

G. Weiss and G. Blake smile and begin walking toward the two...

Back outside the Beacon grounds, Velvet Scarlatina groans as she struggles to get up, only to get knocked back down when Coco Adel bumps into her after getting knocked away from a Mutant Beowolf.

Neon Katt and Reese Chloris as they dodge and weave between groups of students fighting against Mutant Grimm plus the former White Fang Adam Supporters. The rest of Team ABRN surrounds a Griffon attacking it with bullets and fireballs, as Bolin knocks a Knight aside. Reese spins her board and slices through another as she passes by it.

Nearby Sun and Neptune try to hold back a Mutant Ursa, while Nora and Ren decimate another group of Mutant Creeps with the Knightmare Frames assisting the fight shielding them from the spike explosions. Yatsuhashi Daichi is seen fighting another Griffon while Fox Alistair dashes over from a pile of crystal spikes summoning up thanks to the Mutant Bewolves.

Two Mutant Creeps rush at Flynt Coal who uses his trumpet to send the first one flying. Neon and Reese use their weapons to freeze the second Creep's legs in place with Flynt sending them flying when they exploded into the normal Grimm killing them easily.

Everyone is doing good work handling the Grimm with Atlas Soldiers, Paladins, Knightmare Frames, and YoRHa Battle units assisting the students fighting back against the hordes of Grimm and White Fang Adam Supporters.

Ruby Rose then arrives on the battlefield, and charges in but gets swatted aside by an arm of a Mutant Beowolf getting close to her while Neptune reaches his hand out summoning water to help her out, "Ruby duck!"

*Woosh*

*SPLASH*

Listening at the last second Ruby ducked away as Neptune sent a water blade at her direction avoiding the attack and slicing up the Beowolf in half Ruby thanked Neptune, "Thanks Neptune for the save!"

Neptune nods returning his attention to the massive forces of Grimm coming out along with White Fang Adam Supporters using stolen Paladins coming out with Yatsuhashi tries to hold back a Paladin's fist with his sword, but he gets overpowered and knocked back.

The Paladin then turns and starts approaching a distracted Lie Ren, Nora yells out to Ren, "Look out!"

*BAM*

Nora pushes Ren out of the way of the Paladin's incoming strike, taking the hit instead causing him to worry, "Nora! No!"

*BAM*

Ren tries to reach out to her but gets knocked back by the Paladin too. This went unnoticed as Coco and Neptune Vasilias fire their weapons at the Paladin, but it is unfazed.

*Bang*

Neptune seeing how bad their situation is voices out their predicament, "Uh, this is bad."

Coco seeing how bad their situation is with the YoRHa Battle units busy with other Mutant Grimm and Atlas Soldiers helping the people out talks to Velvet, "Well, I guess now's a better time than any. Velvet!"

Velvet excited at seeing her team leader is allowing her to use her strength, "Really?"

Coco nods in response giving her a nod of confidence at her holding Light Dust thanks to Jack providing them earlier before the madness, "Just make them count. And if not, we got extra go crazy girl."

Velvet nods as she walks up to the Adam Supporter Paladins, with Ruby expressing concern for Velvet, "What are you doing!? She's going to get hurt!"

Coco responds to Ruby reminding her of her conversation with Ozpin trusting others when saving Weiss comes to mind, "Just watch. And remember… she's someone I can trust when we fight monsters, kid."

*Shiii*

Velvet holds her hand out as Anesidora glows, forming a scythe. Grabbing the copy of Crescent Rose Velvet leaps into the air, dodging cannon fire as she imitates Ruby's overhead spin, she descends slashing at the Paladin.

*Swoosh*

*Bang*

*Shiii*

She then replicates Myrtenaster to deflect the Paladin's punch and land a few blows before pushing it back with an Ember Celica imitation.

*Shiii*

*BAM*

Once she lands a few shots, she slides under the Paladin's fist, similar to Blake as she uses a Gambol Shroud copy and uses its string to trip over the mech, before moving to the second Paladin by lopping off its hand and jabbing it in the head with the cleaver.

*Shiii*

*CLANG*

Before it can react, it is immediately peppered with holographic bullets, thanks to a copy of Gianduja. As it moves forward, Velvet switches to using Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang to counter a blow, as she lands another few hits while landing a downward blow from above with a copy of Magnhild, severing a limb.

*BANG*

As the first Paladin attempts to recover, Velvet immediately copies Floating Array, as she leaps off the second Paladin and slices apart its legs before blasting it at full power. However, the first Paladin sucker punches Velvet.

*Shiii*

Velvet is sent skidding from the blow, landing on her back gritting her teeth switching to Jack's weapon a copy M.V.S. quickly follows using <Soru> rushing at the first Paladin slicing it clean in half with no hesitation.

Velvet swipes the sweat off her feet feeling sore from using Jack's Six Powers for the first time turning her head towards to Coco, "Phew…! Note to self-train legs more. Coco got it done from here!"

Coco smirks seeing Velvet defeat the Paladin like nothing Ruby sees their confidence with each other readying her own weapon Crescent Rose twirling it around ready to assist others in need.

*Thud*

But before they can take a breath, another advanced Paladin controlled by a White Fang Adam Supporter rushes in from the corner and begins to charge at them.

Sun yells out loud at the scene in front of them clearly annoyed by this, "You have got to be kidding me! Seriously god?!"

*Shiii*

Before Sun could argue more a black color coating was apparent on the new Paladin as it began to get crushed internally by the metal keeping it in place before…

*CRACK*

The cracking sound was heard as blood began to flow from the pilot seat crushing whoever was inside Pyrrha lowers her closed fist with a resolute determination with everyone's attention on her, "Everyone we can't spare the enemy here and now! We can't allow the people we were meant to defend to die like this! We need to stand tall as ever right here and now! We have to do what we can to defend our home and not let these monsters of Grimm take our homes?!"

Listening to this got a moral boost but that was lived short…

*WOOSH*

*Zzzz*

"Cute girly."

Everyone's eyes soon widen seeing a G. Ruby and G. Raven coming along with more Mutant Grimm on her sides holding her Grimmified scythe blinking at the original with G. Ruby continuing, "Sorry but this is where everyone dies. This is a battle between Heroes and Monsters after all…"
