~Ozpin POV~
"… And that's what happened Oz."
Sigh…
Placing my hand over my head it is no doubt to be the work of Raven taking Jack Nights with Qrow and giving me a report of what happened.
Everything has been going quite well and then this kind of news suddenly appears out of nowhere.
Jack Nights has magic and kept this from us or not. If that wasn't worse enough the info and the pendant that Qrow gave me in also very concerning with Salem bolstering her own forces and her own agents coming to the light.
All of this just smells the problem of issues going to happen.
Something big is going to happen but what it is I don't have any idea of what's going to happen.
For now. though with the information at hand I can only give Qrow this report of what to do next in a serious tone, "I understand Qrow. For the time being, can you train Team RWBY and JNPR for the time being to prepare them for the Vytal Festival? I'll contact Theodore, and James to search for the boy in the meantime. And I also have to get the new Mistral Headmaster updated on current events."
Qrow sighs at this before responding to me who could be the next one in charge in a defeated tone, "Sigh… with Lionheart gone and his assistant for the next Headmaster gone who did you choose to be the next one?"
Soon smirking at this thinking of who I have in mind Qrow's eyes suddenly go wide eye as I respond to him, "I was thinking of having you or Glynda be the next in line to be Headmaster of Mistral. Although I'm more in towards favoring you because of your experience of the lands and what happens."
Qrow just stood there shocked at what I'm offering him.
He stood there not sure how to process it giving me some time to think of the offer I gave him.
Qrow ponders a bit before he finally responds on what he wants confusion in his voice as he spoke out unsure, "I… I don't know sir… but… isn't this too soon. I think Glynda would be more useful for this kind of thing. Can you give me time to rethink this?"
I simply nodded at this allowing Qrow to have time to adjust to the offer and if not, I can have someone else from the Mistral Kingdom fill in the shoes of our Inner Circle Member in Mistral although I prefer it to be Qrow.
Glynda would fit in but the people of Mistral aren't what Glynda is used to Qrow however knows how the Mistral Kingdom works and its underground criminal system.
But for now, I could only wait until the time is right.
For now, we have to plan what Salem is up to and have to talk to Jack about why he has magic but…
There is a time and place to ask.
I'll ask when we have our time of peace for the time being before I jump to any conclusions, for now, I have to start researching more on how to seal Salem.

Damn it!
Holding on to my arm bleeding profusely against my own students not wanting to harm them much I didn't expect to one day be attacked by my own fellow Vacuans.
Although I bear the blame for letting this little shit go off ruining what we tried to fight against after a long time.
Holding up my Spiked Wheel in my other hand feeling my aura drained as is facing hordes of students along with Theodore winded out as well.
Everything was just fine till one day like today our students stared at us like prey in the sand desert before we knew it got jumped on by our own students.
At first, I thought they would be a bit grouchy with our teaching methods but no when we fought back in defense Theo and I noticed they all have the same color of aura meaning it was a work of an enemy.
We fought long and hard but in the end, we tried to hold up what little stamina we could.
"There Rumple!"
Theodore pointed at the nearby elevator to the Headmaster's Office we both booked it trying to avoid the students attacking us with Theo punching in the air hard enough to cause a shockwave sending them flying.
"BOOM!"
When we managed to get away to the elevator to and go straight up to the Headmaster's Office Theo immediately began to call for help but soon curses out when he spoke, "Blast it! The communications are turned off! We have to inform the Huntsman and others about what's happening in Vacuo!"
I couldn't agree more but we needed time to –
"Clap. Clap. Clap."
That was when we heard clapping sounds as we turn our heads around to see a former student of ours while I glare at him along with Gillain's team consisting of Gillian Asturias, Jax Asturias, Rosa Schwein, and Argento Pocoron a group of students defective from our Academy.
Jax merely laughs at us taking in the glee of our pain while he told his group what to do, "Haha! Everyone… catch them."
Before we knew it tired and exhausted, we soon fell down with me on my knees glaring at Jax as he holds his hand towards me as spoke with a sadistic grin, "Hahaha!! No worries former instructor once I have you in complete control, I will rule Vacuo as its king with no one to disagree with its rightful ruler!"
"Pew!"
Spitting at his face in defiance with a smirk Jax merely growls at me…
"SLAP!"
Slapping me on my face he soon grabs for my throat feeling something foreign invade my aura having… hard… time to…

What happened?
Before I knew it, I was confused glancing at a room I don't know with the figure in front of me sitting on a throne before he spoke to me, "Now then Xanthe Rumpole you shall serve your new king of Vacuo!"
Serve my new king?
Turning around I see others kneeling before him then… does what he says true?
I don't know why but I feel as if he does speak the truth then… as a servant I guess I should do as he says if his our King he might know what happened and… I feel like I can trust him.

Ok.
Finally using my reward from Ozpin, I finally took the chance to start on my research of how to depower Raven Branwen out of her Maiden Powers into a new host without killing her off accidentally.
Right now, she's currently in a cryostasis chamber for the time being knocked out asleep keeping her body preserved with me watching.
Man, it's back to being on my island again.
Taking a glance at her I could only frown at how lucky she was that I'm so merciful in letting her life just enough for her to meet up with Yang again and get their emotions out of the way.
The things I do for my loved ones.
Now then… time to check up on my status.

Taking out the item of question the Skill Card: Random and my chest of my choice.
I choose Blessed Chest the last time I'm so going with the Cursed Chest this time around and hopefully get something good.
Choosing the Cursed Chest this time I saw the notification screen pop up while I see a chest in the palm of my hand I began to open it up to get….

A pair of Skill Cards: Random with the chances of getting a random skill. Maybe I should see how this works before I start judging it.

All I need to do is have greater LUCK to have the best chances of getting a useful or possibly powerful skill in the process huh?
And I have 3 of these cards in the palms of my hands…
Welp.
Guess I got to start adding up my LUCK Stat now. Maybe a nice 200 would be enough to satisfy this chance of getting good skills.

Raising an eyebrow seeing I got a new skill when I reached the stat of 200 instead of 150 like usual in the past it seems like the skills, I gain from this point further won't be able to increase any more than they should be.
Not going to complain since I got a new skill that might be more helpful for me.

Description: This passive skill can be unlocked once reached 200 stats in LUCK. The user has luck that is applicable to heroic situations, meaning that heroic figures are always fortunate in heroic circumstances, causing good luck to themselves and their companions because of a shared heroic quest while also bringing bad luck to their enemies in the right and specific circumstances.
For example, a crime boss pulls out a gun and pulls the trigger and the gun is jammed, or when a hero with no combat experience defeats a group of people singles handily.

Essentially what I got is basically plot armor in a sense considering how high my LUCK is compared to everyone in Remnant. Not going to lie it's probably the best skill I could gain from this.
Please with the literal power of LUCK on my side please give me something really good….

When I used the three cards in my hand, I soon see a pop-up screen telling me if I should accept to use the three cards in hopes of getting a skill.
