Chap 18) ????

Passing curve after curve, street after street chasing after the Faunus, the gang kept on running and chasing after their target.

"How much longer is he gonna run?" (Yang)

"More likely as long as his miserly life gives him." (Weiss)

Hearing this, Blake did not say anything but looked at her with killing intent. Weiss not noticing this, just continues the chase while Kiana was the only one that noticed it.

"Oof!" (Weiss)

Turning around a corner, Weiss immediately bumps into someone which causes Weiss to fall. However ignoring this fact, she just looks up and got saddened that her target ran away.

Catching up, the girls just see Weiss on top of a green haired girl but noticing that Weiss did not notice, did not know what to say.

"Urhm... Weiss." (Yang) While pointing at the girl below her.

Noticing where Yang was pointing, Weiss looked down to see a girl with green hair beneath her.

"Euh.." (Weiss) While recoiling backwards.

"Salutation!!!" (??)

"....." (Weiss, Blake and Kiana)

"Are you..... Ok?" (Yang)

"I'm wonderful, thank you for asking!!!"

"...." (Gang)

"Do you wanna get up?" (Yang)

As if taking some time to process whatever Yang said like an old lady at the market deciding whether to buy apples or tomatoes, the stranger just starred at the sky.

"....Yes!" (???) 20 sec later.

Jumping up, the sranger just looks at the gang. This results in most of the girls except Kiana whom immedietly knew what she was.

'WELL THIS IS INTERESTING.' (Draig)

"Yup." (Kiana)

"My name is Penny. Its a pleassure to meet you." (Penny)

"Hi penny names Yang, are you sure you did not hit your head?" (Yang)

"I'm Blake" (Blake)

"Names Weiss" (Weiss)

"Kiana and i need to go somewhere." (Kiana)

Before Yang and co could process what she said, Kiana just dissapeared like a hologram.

...5 Min later in a remote alleyway....

Looking around and noticing that nobody was looking, Kiana took out what seemed to be a 'earth' designed smartphone and saw who was calling. It was her dad.

"Dad it's been awhile." (Kiana)

"Indeed its been awhile..... Soo how's your studies in beacon academy?" (Azure)

"Its been rather well. Now i would like to ask, where have you been to last month. You left a note on the table saying that i can attend beacon academy and left saying that you will be on a trip." (Kiana)

"If you remember me being king of the Azure continent then i should now change the name of the kingdom. Its now called the floating Azure continent of babylon. Something came up and it resulted in the kingdom becoming a floating continent and i was busy handling it. Also good news i found you a potential suitor so during your holiday i'll send general storm to pick you up. Now be good in your studies dad loves you bye." (Azure)

"....Dad you SONOVABITCH!" (Kiana)

"Ding*" (Phone)

'HAHAHAHA KNEW YOUR OLD MAN WOULD DO THAT TO YOU HAHAHAHA' (Draig)

"Partner not another word." (Kiana)

'TRY ME' (Draig)

...At a random castles balcony in the middle of a modern day city.....

"You daughter seems... unhappy." (???)

"Yah well if you want to see youth blossom and hope your daughter does not lead a miserable life, this is the only way possible." (Azure)

Sitting across Kiana's dad, was a blonde female. She wore a white dress and had a golden crown on her head. The two rulers sat across the table having afternoon tea while discussing politics. If you were to take a picture, most people would think that the rulers were old friends if it were not for the 2 battle maids and 2 blue armoured soldiers behind the 2 rulers.

"...But you do know my son may not be able to follow her forever right?" (???)

"I know, my daughter has a half god body so she can live as long as time itself. But if your son has the hidden power as you say and is as you describe, i will give him a granted cultivation and longlivity." (Azure)

"Wish you would be willing to give our kingdom some of your 'cultivation' manual." (???)

"Yah i prefer not to. Most of the cultivators have a soul oath to prevent the manuals from going to the wrong hands. On the upside at least your country benefitted from the 'Infinity' and 'Yamato' battleship designs." (Azure)

"I cannot disagree with you on that, through you we now have means of standing up for ourselves. Cheers Azure, to a new future!" (???)

Raising her cup of tea, she proposed a toast to a alliance with Azure. One that he would be willing to take for the future of his daughter.

....back at Vale...

'PARTNER STOP BEING ANGRY, ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOU AS A PRINCESS.'

"...Just why did dad not discuss about this with me earlier..." (Kiana)

Sitting down at a regular cafe, Kiana was just drinking tea while looking over the city of Vale. She was severly pissed off and confused as to why her father had chosen to arrange a suitor for her even if he did not want to force a relationship on her.

To her her dad would never do anything to harm her. Yes although Azure did punish her time to time, he still loved her. Hence this new development became a mystery to her.

"Alright, we finally unloaded all our stuff....." (Kiana)

It was deep into the night as Kiana and co had spend most of their time packing after they moved in.

"Well it is rather cramped now." (Pyrrha)

Looking at the room, Kiana and her team finally realised how little space they had left for their beds after setting up the shelves and wardrobes. The space they had left was barely enough and they had 4 beds to cram it.

"Well we could try bunk beds." (Jaune)

"That sounds awfully dangerous." (Weiss)

"Well if you suggest it Jaune, i think we should try it out." (Pyrrha)

"Can we at least put it to a vote?" (Weiss)

"Well me and Jaune agreed to it so i see no reason why not to." (Pyrrha)

"Well how about our leader? She hasnt vote yet?" (Weiss)

"Well Kiana whats your choice?" (Jaune)

.....silence

With the silence, Jaune, Pyrrha and Weiss turned their head only to see Kiana snuggled in her futon under her desk. Apparently instead of arguing about their bed problems, Kiana just decided to lay her futon under her desk and go to sleep.

In the end, Kiana slept under her desk while Jaune slept closer to the door. As for Pyrrha and Weiss, they slept next to the windows.
