Weird Gem...

'am I cursed to live without a mother? How I wish she stays alive'

Hoping for the impossible Jack can only look with helplessness not noticing the multicolored light flashing in his own eyes

Suddenly a multicolored light appeared in the room startling everyone, Adam flared his energy making a shield around Jack and his wife

But the light seemed to ignore it as it entered Jeanne slowly, as much as they tried to prevent it they couldn't, so they could only watch helplessly

"What's happening!!!"

"First a soul injury from nowhere and now this? This situation is weird"

Adam can be seen clenching his fist hard as drops of blood are dripping from it, his eyes seemed to spew fire as if he is about to explode

'MY WIFE, FIRST I HAVE TO WATCH HER DIE AND NOW THIS!!!'

Everyone seemed to be in their own worlds thinking of different thing but most of their attention is still focused on Jeanne

Well, everyone but Jack as he kept looking at that light with amazement

'That's… yes no mistake about it it's the same energy I have seen in the ruins'

'if the energy is here that means the gem is also here...but most importantly let's see my mothers situation the gem seems to be doing something to her'

Focussing his spirit sense on his mother he noticed that her soul injury is healing fast

'huh? Why is the gem healing her? Why didn't it heal her earlier? Did it respond to my wish? I mean I did bind it like magic treasure before I found my self here'

'i heard that some magic treasures hide inside the body or sea of consciousness, depending on the level of treasure and characteristics'

Knowing his mother is gonna be okay jack started focussing on the gem, so he closed his eyes and tried searching for his 'force sea' where his sword force is but after searching for a couple of minutes he found no clue of it

'like I thought...new body I have to cultivate from the beginning'

'but how was I able to use my spirit sense earlier….uh nevermind spirit sense depends on the soul aka sea of consciousness, so the gem should be there...'

closing his eyes again he found himself in a huge body of 'water', the water surface seemed calm like a mirror, this view was nothing new for Jack as he had seen it for thousands of times

What really shocked him was the multicolored gem floating and rotating slowly atop of it, thinking for a second he Extended his sense towards it

'nothing to lose, I mean I am already here'

as soon as his spirit sense came into contact with it a huge wave of information appeared in his mind causing his eyes to widen from shock

'So that's what the multicolored gem is….'

'no wonder so many fantasy beast appeared around it'

'now it all makes sense'

Closing his eyes he could see a multicolored orb floating in the middle of his sea of consciousness, seeing it his lips formed a devilish smile...as devilish as can be for a baby at least

'so I can basically do anything I want…. But..'

Reading more of the information he shook his head mentally

'indeed nothing is free, I gotta work for it…'
