25 Unexpected Arrival

The Haute Couture Fashion show ended well as expected. It was already late, My mom and I arrive at our home the Vascana Villa, safe. Everybody on the mansion was already asleep in my guess. I was in my room staring at the dark sky.

I can't help but wonder what was that about what I felt earlier. Those tight grips on the chest. I suddenly feel worried for Clark who is not yet home I wonder why. We both know he doesn't need my worries since he really can't take care of himself. Like really...! He could even take down 100 men right this instant whenever he wants to. He's ruthless personality have ready proven that. But Why do I feel like somethings wrong? I'm not really that worried but I feel like somethings wrong. Ugh... I don't know anymore.

Well... Luckily, The CEO of Elisha Modeling Company help me out earlier from guest panicking about what was happening. I admit, he's a total gentleman and has a good manner and knows how to convince others but he hasn't fully got my trust yet.

He even insisted on riding me back home but I decline his offer due to different circumstances. He might know my relationship with Mom and also she will definitely brag something about this. Asking tons of question, like who he is, what does he do, what is our relationship and stuff. It's so freaking annoying! Mom is so impatient about getting me a husband. To be informed, I don't have time for men ever! I still have many things to do.

I sigh in frustration. Why do I keep thinking about things like Clark... He totally could take care of himself. I thought as I was admiring the sky. Those shiny stars giving relaxation. The night view really makes me feel so good.

As I was still standing in front of the Glass wall, my phone vibrates loudly. I reach it out of my bed immediately. A message.

"Come outside." As I read the letter out loud, I slightly got confused. Outside...? Wait... I check the right top corner of my phone to see who it was. Brother? I still hold onto my phone as I wear my coat ready to go out. I'm sure the breeze outside will be cold as hell, I wouldn't like to get a cold about it. I reach the door and head downstairs.

I was running downstairs hurriedly but trying to remain silent, don't wanna wake someone. Or else it will be an awkward meeting this night. As soon as I was in front of the door. I open it right away. My eyes went widen on something I didn't expect to see?

"What happened!?" I loudly whisper making the two man standing in front of me hears it. Ohmygod... One side of Clark's stomach was severely wounded, its skin was totally ruined. Its head was dripping in blood, one of his eyes was close trying to cover itself from the pool of blood. What the hell... I look from head to toe on him. Clark's not the only one shocked me. William was beside him. He was carrying Clark's shoulder as he was holding his waist, helping him stand on his feet but can't do it. William's not completely wounded. His head was alike form Clark. His attire was covered in Clark's blood. What in the world did these two were doing!?

"Are you just going to stand there?" Clark says coldly to me. His voice was quite weak but he's not giving any signs of giving up. You even have the nerve to joke about this. You really are something...! Showing up in here still wearing an assassin suit...!?

"You really an idiot. You guys better have a good explanation for me...!" I rush towards them and carry Clark's other shoulder to guide. So it'll be better for us to carry him upstairs. Clark's was quietly groaning in pain. Shit! I need to treat him right away...!

"Where are we headed?" William asks impatiently. His voice was panting. Both of them look tired and need medical assistance immediately. We need to hurry!

"My room, You guys need medical right away!" I was having a little difficulty with speaking since I'm carrying someone and we were on the stairs. I was rushing on heading to my room learning someone might catch us. Why do I feel like sneaking around in my own house...?

"Young Mistress? What's going on?" Shit! Really at a time like this!? William and I both give each other a glance in surprise. Luckily, we were at the stares and it's hard to see us since the mansion was pitch black. I took a glance downstairs and see Butler Davis still in his pajamas. He was rubbing his eyes trying to fix his eyesight. Good! He's still half-awake!

"Oh...! Uhm... It's nothing! I just went to the kitchen to get some water..." Will he but it...? I look at William again who is getting impatient. I totally read in his face that he wants to yell so badly. This guy better not burst in anger or I'll really kill him...!

"Just knock him off or something!" He whispers to me.

"Are you an idiot!? Why would I do that? Just calm down for god sake!" I whisper back at him. God, This guy...!

"Is that so? Sorry for disturbing you." Butler Davis yawns silently before turning his back and heads toward the other way. William and I sigh in relief. Phew...! That was was close! Even though he's still half-awake he still spoke politely. I nod in William signaling to head to my room now before someone caught again. Clark was still groaning in pain, quite breathing heavily.

"Hold on a little bit longer. We'll be there." I say assuring Clark.

"This is just a piece of cake," Clark says mocking me.

Piece of cake? Tsk! You can't even stand up...! Of course, till the end, he won't still let go of his ruthless personality.

We were in my room, Clark was resting on my bed after I finish treating him. William was standing in the corner, he's already fine. Thank god, he isn't the same state as my brother. I only wrap a bandage around William's head. As for Clark, luckily I was able to treat it on time or things will go worse as it is now. He still needs some time so rest if he doesn't want his wound to open up again since it is hell as big than I expected. I put down the worst aid kit on my drawer as soon as I finish it. I raised my left eyebrow as I sit on my chair facing both of them. Now... let's see what really happened here.

"Care to at least tell me what the hell happened on both of you?"
