1 Chapter One

When the ominous blood red moon rose to it's highest point in the night sky, the search began.

Inside the Forest of Darkness which is forbidden to be entered by humans:

The sound of crickets chirping and the groans and growls of beasts suddenly stopped at midnight. The eerie silence was a sign for what was arriving. If you made your way to the very center of the forest, you'd see a giant tree over 10 stories tall. Normally, it looked like another other tree in the area, besides looking very old. But currently it was glowing a faint red. Although it was currently late summer in this country, deep red and black flowers were blooming on its branches and gently falling on the ground.

In this day in age, only a handful of humans would know what was happening. Last time this had happened was several millennia ago and any information about it would be kept top secret in hidden ancient history books or in the records of a country's leader.

What they would see vaguely written is the birth of the fated Queen of the Demon World. Information many humans died to acquire just to inform their people of.

After a few minutes, a small black fruit was seen on the lowest branch. Quickly growing until it was five feet tall and bending the thin branch at a concerning 180 degree angle.

Suddenly, the branch snapped. Even though the branch was the lowest to the ground, it was still very high up. Too high. The fruit rapidly fell and hit the solid ground.

The small light of light inside slowly faded away.

The tree dimmed and the leaves grew back like before.

All that was left was the dead fruit with a large crack on its side and dried black petals on the earth.

A cold wind blew. Stronger and stronger until a beam of white light hit the center of the fruit causing to to explode on impact. Once the smoke cleared, a pale naked body was seen laying on the grass struggling to breath as it coughed out the remaining smoke.
