Her Wrath

As soon as the grey mist started engulfing him, Aziel felt drained. He tried to move his horse and stay away from this stinking fog but the more he moved, the more it engulfed him, hugging him like a person and absorbing his energy like a soul vampire. The mist seemed to be an individual with draining powers, lashing out at his self restraint, urging him to cry out loud. Aziel felt as if his whole body was being dismembered, being pulled apart from all four directions. He clenched his fists tightly to fight back the murderous pain. It was like his soul was forcefully being dragged out of his body, leaving him a panting mess. Silver beads of sweat started appearing on his forehead and back. This grey mist... he tried to open his eyes and look at it, but the pain from his whole body made his mind hazy making him unable to focus on anything but this killing pain. He could however notice that his soldiers had disappeared from sight and currently he was completely covered with grey fog, leaving nothing to see.

"How could a fog have this power to make a person feel like hell?" amongst the chaos his body was, he managed to think. "It seems to behave like a person." And before he could think further the grey fog enveloped his head in shape of a clamp, closing in on him. This sudden attack left him with uncontrolled pain. He was a prince and Stalwart prince at that. He grew up facing tests and hardships and was taught to bear the pain no matter what.

On normal occasions, he'd often get a deep wound and won't even hiss. But right now, he almost lost his mind. Not being able to bear the pain anymore, soft whimpers of pain started escaping his tight shut mouth. His horse, engulfed in this mist alongwith him, however didn't show any sign of discomfort. It was as if the colored eyed witch was showing her wrath to her culprit's grandson.

"But it's not like she was innocent"

The last thing Aziel saw before closing his eyes was that the grey fog which completely covered him earlier was gone and he was lying on the ground with dark, blackish green trees above him.

"Welcome to Death Forest Prince Aziel. I promise to give you a taste of your Grandfather's medicine." Aziel tried to open his eyes to look at the person announcing this but his eyes refused to cooperate. However he could still listen that eerie voice clearly.

"Picking the Forest route to reach here was your choice, but whether you'll go back alive, is my choice."

With that,he felt his eyes giving in to deep slumber despite the throbbing pain in his head.

From afar, two different colored eyes piercingly gazed at him.
