Ruby Ravenwing and Tom Riddle's Diary (Harry Potter)

What are the chances of muggle-born Ruby Ravenwing receiving a diary inscribed "T. M. Riddle?" Does it seem fishy that a certain Lucius Malfoy sold it only three days prior? When Ruby ends up going to Hogwarts that same year with her new diary, does that not make you pause? What would you say if I told you she opened the Chamber of Secrets? You probably wouldn't believe me. Don't worry though, none of these things have happened yet, so now I leave you here to ponder a quote from our lovely character.
