Royal Duties

Since my mother had made me start my royal duties and left me under Mr.Gernards care.

From that day on I regretted showing off my skills to anyone who knew ill bite more than I can chew. Slowly and surely I made huge progress in knowing more about this world since I have knight ant scholar Mr.Gernard showing me around, He guided my as my tutor and protected me like Im his little princess. Mr. Gernard was a handsome looking man his facial structure gives him that sharp and cold feeling but if you look at him as whole his ears and tail makes him look like a cute pet that has a bit of an attitude, but around me he never directs his temper or impatience towards me. He made me feel like I have a Father and a loving and caring one at that.

Under Mother Empress command my schedule exploded overnight. My Schedule is as follows: (Time is 24 Hours Format)

8:00 - 9:00 Prepare for the day and Breakfast with Empress Sapphire

9:00 - 12:00 Lessons (History, Economics, Etiquette)

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch with Empress Sapphire

13:00 –14:00 Inspection of the Castle

14:00 – 14:30 Subject Viewing

14:30- 17:00 Lessons (Physics, Language, Magic History)

17:00- 18:00 Dinner with Empress Sapphire

18:00-20:00 Checking tax, accounts, ect

Starting when I wake up I have a breakfast with mother and discuss what we will be doing that day afterwards Mr. Gernard will bring me to my newly assigned study and start giving lessons on History of the three countries Nubsun, Rogue and Zekulek.

Learning about the power status of each country it made me realize how young our country is and how it won't stand a chance if a war where to break out. Simply choosing a side cannot be an option either since too many factors comes into ruling a land such as connections and man power.

Although we are at peace as of the moment it won't take long for any of the country's to make a move and I'd say that in fifteen to twenty years' time the situation between countries will break out. Just thinking that the new place I found as my home being taken away it reminded me of my past life how my mother died after my birth leaving me to fend for myself from an abusive father.

Thinking back to the past I remember how I already had very unlucky start to begin with and when I thought my life finally started when my father was arrested for drug possession but nothing goes as expected after my father was arrest I had a bunch of people chase me asking for the money my father borrowed from them, without and other family members to rely on I had to sell our house and start selling away mothers few jewelry which was the only reminder I had of her. All of this happened at the age of thirteen (thirteen) that year was super unlucky.

Gathering my thoughts I try to forget the past at look ahead and look at my current life. Aside from History Mr. Gernard also thought some economics and etiquette but since I did have my previous life memories I did not have any problems in those area since I position myself as an adult even though my looks betray me. After half the mornings schedule I then proceed to have lunch with Empress Mother. Even though my current mother is super busy she always makes sure I eat with her and it always made me thankful I have been blessed enough to have her as my mother she shows unconditional love towards me even though she is super strict she only gives me work she knows I can handle and make sure I have fun at it.

After lunch I would tour and inspect the castle with Mr. Gernard and Bea then head to the Subjects hall afterwards, the Subject Hall is where our citizens would visit if some problems can't be solved by the town and needs assistance from the Royal Palace. Mothers reason for giving me such a huge responsibility is so that I can interact with Nubsuns Citizen and so that I would come to love it more even if it has may problem. After talking and discussing with the citizens I would then return to the study with Gernard to start lessons again but this time regarding Magic, Language and Physics. Though I can now understand the language 'sun' I still have much to learn regarding it and some words are still hard to pronounce. I always like afternoon lessons because I get to learn more about Magic and its origins.

On dinner time mother would discuss the problems of the citizens with me and would give me time to prepare proposals on how to solve them. For the rest of the day I am given some self-time to do some taxes and make proposals for the citizens problems. Then after that I rest then it starts all over again from the morning.

Aside from my daily busy schedule they also gave me two (2) day offs which I can enjoy however I want.

Since finding that my time is very limited and I know war may break out any time in the future I asked Mr. Gernard to teach me self-defense, he was more than happy to do so and in addition to that he even though me swordsmanship and archery but due to my small body I can't wielded a sword or a bow so Mr. Gernards made efforts to ask a blacksmith for a customized one just for me. My sword was light and easy to carry and looks more like a dagger and my bow on the other hand looked like a toy made of wood. Although they look childish these weapons were made for me so I appreciate them and I know the royal blacksmith put a lot of effort into them so I do cherish them a lot.

With my schedule packed 5 months passed by super quickly and in the span of five months I became super famous in both the castle and the citizens. I was famed for being the 'monster genius' or 'wonder child'. Due to my popularity many celebrated and cheered on my birthday knowing the next in line for the throne was already capable at such a young age.
