2 Azure Siblings
Late night at a certain mansion...
Politicians and several others are gathered there, celebrating for a party. Until suddenly, blue explosion garnered their attention. A dozen people got caught in it, tearing them limb from limb. At that instant, the people realized who was the perpetrator, making them tremble in fear. He is known as "The Blue Carnage."
"HURRY! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!"
"HE'S HERE! THE BLUE CARNAGE!!"
Cries of terror and fear were heard on a mansion full of politicians. Blue explosions, azure flames, and gunfire indiscriminately engulfed and killed anyone and anything on their path. That night, many were killed, and there were no memories of what occurred from those that survived. It’s as if their memories were completely wiped.
News about another incident regarding the blue carnage spread terror once again to the people of the City of Diamond. Until now, nobody has ever revealed his identity. Not one clue about him was ever retrieved.
There are also rumors roaming the city, about the blue carnage only targeting people that have corrupt connections and has done illegal works. Some even say that he is a secret agent of the government, eliminating threats around the country.
At the same time at a certain house...
"15 people burnt to death by the blue carnage... "
A certain short-haired girl is watching the news.
The girl had shoulder level naval blue hair, wearing casual clothes, just an ordinary cream-colored v-neck shirt with a sky-colored hoodie on top of it, with shorts of matching color. This girl is around the age of 16. Her bangs cover her right eye, her left one shines an aquamarine-colored eye. Her hair is somewhat curly. She is cuddling a pillow comfortably on the couch, watching TV.
An opening of a door was heard. A man about 18 years of age entered the house, wearing a jet-black blazer without a necktie and carmine colored polo, two open buttons at the top underneath the blazer, along with black pants and leather shoes. He had an earring on his right ear patterned as a cross with circles on the topmost, center, and bottom of the cross with a diamond-shaped gem positioned beneath the bottom-most circle. He has a blue-colored hair, as blue as the sky, and silver ash-colored eyes. There is also a handgun resting on a holster by his waist.
The short-haired girl, sitting on a couch took notice of the guy.
"Welcome Home big brother Dright..."
"Yes... I'm home Quare..."
Their responses were somewhat cold. None of them made eye contact.
Dright, the elder brother went straight to his room. Meanwhile, the younger sibling stayed on the couch.
Morning came...
Dright and Quare went towards their school, Royal Chaos Academy. Quare's uniforms consisted of peach-colored long-sleeved polo with a red, yellow-arrow-striped necktie, coated with a black blazer. The skirts are above the knee level and it's colored in maroon. Dright, on the other hand, wore a white blazer with gray polo underneath it, along with white pants. His necktie had the same pattern as Quare's but the base color was black, and the arrow patterns were green.

A lot of time had passed since the time when humanity almost ceased existence because of the monsters roaming all over the world called The Oblivoids.
As these changes occurred in the past, people with supernatural abilities were born. These people's abilities are referred to as Blessings, and to match the person with these abilities, they are called “The Blessed.” These individuals fought bravely, gambling their lives for the sake of humanity.
In time, weapons were made from the remains of the oblivoids, further enhancing technology and for the people without abilities to use. Though they are weapons of extreme danger. Only people with high compatibility can wield these killing machines which are not on the majority. There are also technologies that were made from the same materials but are not used for combat, which makes it usable by anyone, causing the revolution of technology. These people without abilities but are highly compatible with these weapons called "Zed," were classified as the “Haulus.”
In this particular world of rare abilities, there exist a person called the "The Blue Carnage." Nobody has actually seen any pictures of him/her. After all, he/she just suddenly appear, cause terror, and instill fear in people. No one has ever escaped alive on all the pandemonium he caused, and if someone was lucky enough to survive, their memories of the carnage get wiped. The only thing that the mass knows about him is that whenever the blue carnage brings destruction, blue flames are always present. Consuming anything on its path until its left to ashes.

Dright, full name Dright Azure, is known as a prodigy of Royal Chaos Academy. He has earned lots of awards by presenting the school on sports, combat, academics, and many others. He made his very own Zed at the age of seven, and he has also helped in making machines that further advanced technology. Though he has these characteristics, his attitude is not on the good side. He doesn't talk much and if he ever opens his mouth, there is always a curse word or hints of disrespect. He is sharp-tongued, is cold, and is also quite rude. Dright also has a good looking face so girls fawn over him but he ignores them. He is also already involved in their family occupation. Even in his occupation, he is considered a genius, though their occupation is a bit on the dark side. Perhaps this is the reason how he developed such a personality. His blessing, Dimension Manipulation, lets him manipulate the space around him. He can use it to store items, can use it as a portal, and can even use it to devour enemies. Normally, an average human with a blessing can only wield one or two Zeds but Dright owns a wide variety of which he made personally and can wield proficiently. Though he has a lot of Zeds, he can't wield them as good and efficient as a trained Haulus because the Haulus are naturally capable of bringing out a Zed's true power, unlike people with Blessings.
On the other hand, his sibling, Quare, full name Quare Azure, was not born a prodigy. She was not born with supernatural abilities like her brother, nor has high compatibility with the Zeds, on top of that, she is also somewhat absentminded, making people look down on her. With no power and low compatibility with a Zed, one could say that she is talent-less. Through her 15 years of living near her brother, she has always been compared to him, insulted, and was pierced by sharp words for being born without any useful skills. Because of this, she developed a rather weak characteristic, nevertheless, she and her brother are still somewhat close. She prefers staying indoors and has very few friends. She is shy, somewhat air-headed, and is easily discouraged. Perhaps her personality was the reason why she hides half of her face with her hair.
As both of them were on their way to their school, a weak tremor was felt by mostly everyone within the city. Then suddenly an alarm resounded across every corner of the city and an announcement was made.
"WARNING INCOMING OBLIVOID OF S+ DANGER THREAT! THIS IS NOT A DRILL! REPEAT, THIS NOT A DRILL. PLEASE MOVE THROUGH THE EVACUATION ROUTE..."
