1 My ride.

"Alright that's all of you isn't it?" Everyone nodded in unison. The teacher's words just morphed into meaningless drivel as Kira slouched onto the back of the bus. 'No way anyone's going to sit with me' she thought to herself. Biting the cuticle of her thumb lightly. Her legs wobbled. One breath in... and out.

Everyone went i, circling around their usual friend groups, she paced over towards the back and sat. "Okay everyone, we're going somewhere new. So just remember we're guests here so let's be respectful" She lifted her palm up to the side of her chin. 'as if anyone's going to listen' she thought to herself, a little remorse hung over her head at that thought though, it's impossible to keep rowdy teenagers quiet at a situation like this.

But that didn't matter, several conversations happened amidst her. Several trees flew past at the buses speed, farmland, animals could also be seen. Her earphones plugged in. Her eyes begrudgingly fluttered shut, ignoring the noise as she smiled warmly, multitudes of animals could be seen. Despite the noise, it truly was a beautiful scene.

Warm light crept into the bus. A much needed stop was mandatory, yet she entered a deep sleep encompassed in dreams of limitless fantasy escaping the world completely. Until.

"Everyone lets enter an orderly line please!"

She scowled, slowly lifting up her legs to move towards the door. Completely crowded, students shambled in front of each other, she gambled if she could waltz past them yet paused, waiting for everybody to get past. Her fingers brushed passed the seat lightly setting her feet down delicately, strolling down the seats.

"Hey, Kira!" Hearing her name called, she froze slightly perplexed. "H-hey" 'idiot' she grumbled in her mind. It was vexing not being able to articulate words correctly. In spite of this, her face remained unreadable.A brown haired slightly tall boy stood above her, he had his jacket hung over to the left side keeping his bag in tact. Amber eyes met hers.

"Uhh.. I don't really have anyone to share a dorm with.. so can I stay with you!" The boy smiled. She kept a straight face, her breath wavered slightly. Bringing her fingers up to her hair she nodded. To this he held out his hand. "I'm Eren by the way" "Pretty name..." Kira muttered lightly, brushing it off he beamed walking towards the front office.

"Man... were pretty late huh?" Turning himself over to her her placed his right hand on her shoulder. Noticing her trembling knees. A small yelp of shock escaped her. "Don't worry, we'll be okay. Mrs faraway is a total softie. I'm sure we won't get in trouble" Her head hung to the ground, her thumb brushed against her fingertips, yet a soft okay escaped her trembling lips. 'If I managed to get in trouble, I don't think I could handle biting back tears'

Already her eyes were starting to well up, she could almost feel droplets hitting the ground. To this action, she shook her head profusely, strutting towards the waiting room sitting alone again, waiting for her room to be announced. She doubted she would make it in time, and feared about staying in a room with another but tried to push away these feelings, focusing on the present.

"Oh are you waiting for your number?" The woman spoke softly. "Yes" She answered, biting her bottom lip. Awaiting the response of the'res no rooms left, or you'll have to go home.

"Its upstairs o-on the second floor... head to the right." She answered, a little bit of fear danced in her eyes mentioning where it was. Kira didn't desire to ask why and did as instructed. 'on the second floor.. to the right.. on the second floor.. to the right..' muttering to herself, her eyes pinned themselves onto the number.

Number 13. Her hand reluctantly skimmed the metal surface. A light whiff of cigarettes hit her nose. Calculated steps were taken towards the room. her form lay dormant on the bed, curling herself up. Her orbs scanned around the room, catching sight of two bookshelves each of which comprised of black and white novels, below that the floor wooden yet sort of defaced. Some of which stuck out to her.

She found it odd that the planks seemed to stick out in a pattern, as if someone was looking for a secret. Her brows furrowed at the sight of a suspicious substance that submerged itself to the walls.

All of a sudden the door knob began to shake. up and down up and down. Violently, she shoved her hands up to her ears and screeched.

Yet, Asriel made himself into the room leaning towards her. "Hey, I just came here looking for you... Is everything alright" She darted her eyes away from him. Embarrassed her face resembled that of a strawberry. Ashy blond locks hung over her face, "Sorry... I don't really scream" Her mind was screaming at her with alternate responses, yet he smiled lightly.

Placing a hand on her head he ruffled her hair. "That's okay. Could you come with me? I've got nothing to do"

She nodded. He exited the room swiftly, as she sauntered behind. Both of them excitedly paced downstairs, unbeknown st to the fact that the door slammed shut.
