It was late in the night. Husker sat up in his bed and rubbed his sleepless eyes.
'What the fuck? it's four in the morning and I still can't sleep?' Husker facepalmed himself as he stood out of bed and headed down to the bar. Just as he was about to grab a bottle of booze a voice echoed threw the large room.
"Husker? What are you doing up so late?" Husker slightly jumped and spun around.
"Oh, hey Alastor." Husker sighed in relief.
"Didn't mean to frighten you old friend! Can't sleep?" Alastor sat at the bar as Husker made himself a drink.
"Yea" Husker sighed, "I got no bloody idea what my problem is." Alastor tapped his chin in thought at his friend's problem.
"Perhaps someone is thinking about you!" Alastor smiled. "I heard someone once say if you can't sleep then your deep in someone else's thought!" Husker rolled his eyes at the radio demon.
"Who in their right mind would think about me? Did one of my old gambling buddies want money or somethin from me?" Husker chuckled at his own joke.
"Anyway, I think your thinking of someone yourself there Husker old buddy." Alastor's smile glowed a soft red as he stares at the cat.
"No clue what your talking about weirdo." Husker picked up a bottle of booze and headed back to his room. Husker stared at the wall as he drank the bottle of alchohol.
'Who on earth would I be thinking about? Honestly...' Husker thought.
Another hour went by, making Husker get back up and head into the kitchen. Every morning he made himself a bagged lunch for the day to follow, and today was no different. However when Husker opened the fridge to out the food away, he noticed a bag sitting there with Angel's name on a sticky note attacked to it.
'Did he actually make a good lunch?' Husker pulled the bag out and looked inside. Only to chuckle and shake his head to see a single piece of lunch meat in a bag and a lollipop.
'I can always make another sandwich later' Husker smiled slightly as he switched the name tags on the lunches, and out then back in the fridge.
