Daniel grew up with powers and which in a world where magic exists it is rare for babies to be born with magic. 1/37217 babies are born with powers. which the rarest powers possible are Demon and Light. Daniel got dark powers which is rare being the 4th rarest. He decided to sign up to be roommates with Kristina which he really didn't have a say. He grew up with Kristina as kids. So his life living in the mansion begins with all of Kristina's friends.
