I never thought that I would be tagged and bagged, then kicked out of my pack. Now I'm a rogue. My father, Beta Andrew Spiritglade, had to abide by the rules of the Elders. Father had done a disgrace to the Dark Moon Pack. He had been feeding information to our sworn enemies, the Red Moon Pack.

I was kicked out as well as my little siblings, Sebastien and Sienna. Sebastien and Sienna are twins. Trying to find refuge in a pack lead by one of the most ruthless Alpha's was, in Sienna's words, a really bad idea. I don't disagree. The twins are nine while I'm fifteen.

There was no chance of us ever going back unless the Alpha of Dark Moon, Jax, was my mate (which was a very slim chance). We were on our way to Half Moon Pack. I figured we would be safe there because they are a relatively big pack as well as very powerful.

"I'm hungry," Sienna whined.

"We'll get food soon, okay?" I replied to her incoherent screeches. She nodded, but I could tell she was still upset. Then I heard the sound of a twig snap. I immediately swung my head around to spot the threat. I heard a growl and pushed Sienna and Sebastien behind me. I growled back to show dominance but was quickly shut down.

Feeling the need to submit, I dipped my head and showed my neck to the Alpha that approached me and the twins. The wolf approached, still shifted, and growled down at me. I continued to look down, but the slight sound of whimpers and sobs broke me out of my state. I'm a Beta! I shouldn't be crying like a pup!

Slowly I stood up and attempted to keep eye contact with the wolf. The struggle was real. My wolf was running around in my head, demanding I submit. Sia! Shush! I yelled at the wolf in my head. She was a medium-sized, black wolf. Raegan was sitting trying to calm her down. I know it's weird. My parents always worried about me. I had two wolves. Raegan arrived on my fifteenth birthday, two years after I had first shifted into Sia. With both wolves, I was stronger than the standard female or Beta.

Surprise flashed on the Alpha's face as I withstood his glare of submission. As quickly as it was there, it was gone in a flash as he pressured me more. I withstood it to the best of my abilities, sending him a glare back.

"Leave. Us. Alone." I accentuated every word with force, attempting to make a grown Alpha submit. I'm a female Beta. It's not going to work. My thoughts tripped about in my head.

"I got this." I hear a new voice in my head. The voice radiated power. It pushed power into me, and I could feel it coursing through my veins. I pushed the power out and forced the Alpha to submit. He dropped his head and exposed his neck as submission. I could see the surprise and fear etched into his face. He obviously had never been forced to submit before by a female.

"W-who are you?" He stuttered. I took a moment to think.

"Well," I started. "You're an Alpha, so you know me as Rogue 17, but my old pack knows me as Sadie Spiritglade, daughter of the executed Beta."

He nods at my response, excepting it without question.

"Why'd you attack me and my siblings?" I nod my head to Sienna and Sebastien. "You knew they hadn't even shifted yet, nor were they even close to that age."

"You're on my territory, get out." His hostility towards me returned.

"Where else are we supposed to go? All of the US is pack territories, and frankly, I don't feel like running all the way to Asia," I snap back.

"That's it! You're coming with me." His eyes glazed over for a moment, I assumer to use the mind-link. Before I could do anything, shift or use my epic warrior skills, wolves poured from the trees into the small clearing. Both of my arms were grabbed and twisted behind my back. I yelped in surprise as pain was scrunched up on my face from the harsh grip.

"Who are you?" I asked the Alpha.

"Alpha Jay Black of the Red Moon Pack." He gave me a sickly smile before something was bashed against my head and I fell into darkness.
